This morning, I was upset and frustrated about a billing issue. I was unable to resolve it on the phone, so I went in to the store. WOW! Was I glad I did! Trevor was calm, polite, friendly and caring! I felt better just being there! I would add that Trevor is also knowledgeable, patient, and professional. My issue was completely resolved, thanks to Trevor, (and Kevin in Customer Care), and I felt like a weight had been lifted from me. if you are Verizon customer go elsewhere. I mean anywhere, but here! We had a death in our family, so we needed to change our phone plan. The person that we worked with took advantage of us rather than trying to help us. We were lied to about the cost of our plan. When we received our first bill recently, we noticed it was double what the victra associate told us. He also said he would upgrade our phones with no cost we just needed to turn in our old phones and pay the taxes on the new ones. Of course, when we got our first bill, both phones we're on our bill, We spent at least six hours at this location annd nobody was able to help us. I finally had to go to a corporate location and they were kind enough to help fix what they could. I wish I had gone to the corporate location in the first place because they were so kind and seemed to be people of integrity. They helped resolve what they could. I am still dealing with issues with this new phone and I'm really sad because I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. I've never had this kind of customer service from Verizon so it has been surprising. Not all Verizon stores are created equal. I wish I would've known that before I did business with this one. Hard lesson to learn, but I hope other people don't make the same mistake. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I've been there twice to do a simple internet purchase pickup and left without my purchase. They wasted my time and have the worst service ever - and management is non existent. They are not an actual Verizon store so stay clear of them. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Dec 19th I bought a bundle - phone, iPad, watch. They said it would take 3-5 business days for our specific watch to come in. A week goes by, no call. On Dec 28th we go to the store, wait for over an hour only to be told our watch was SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE. Ok. They say it'll take 2-3 business days for a watch to come in. Time passes. No call back. I call the store - there's no direct line for someone in the store - so it kicks me to customer service. They say, still no watch. I just called today, Jan 8, 3 weeks after buying my bundle - still no watch - still no way to speak to someone at the store - still no offer for any sort of solution by customer service because this store doesn't have a direct line for the public to call and ask questions. On top of it I just got CHARGED the monthly fee for a watch I don't have! Where is my watch? Why won't anyone call us back from the actual store and not some callbank overseas? Deceiving. Will pretend like they are there to help you but in reality just will try to add any and every little addition to your account until they make you entirely broke. Do NOT let them switch you to a business plan, it is NOT in your best interest. It is in their best interest so I they can reach a bonus or quota. They will do whatever they can to max out your bill to the fullest and even after asking them throughout the process many times to update you on what these changes will cost you monthly, they will simply lie to your face about the amount that will actually be charged to your account reoccurring. This is THEFT, they are shady and put on a really good fake front of being customer centered. They've made my life a living hell this past week, tripling my bill and causing my to be late on rent and other bills. Absolute crooks read more

We came in at about 5pm on December 22. They were overrun with Christmas shoppers. It was a nightmare scenario, however the two people manning the store were doing an incredible job of satisfying all of the customers. Once I saw the situation walking in, I decided that I was going to try to just go to Verizon online to buy a phone for my son. I have the app so it was simple to navigate and try to do just that.... except it isn't that easy. I thought I was a genius for trying (don't ask me why I came to the idea in the damn Verizon store and not home but that isn't the point) I had not made it to choosing the storage and up walks the guy who was helping three other customers while the phone was ringing in the store- It was madness- seriously I can't understand why the two workers were willing to work there. Anyways I told him what we wanted and asked straight away how long it would take- he said "tops, 10 min, but closer to 5." He nailed it and we were in and out in under ten minutes, also with a modification to our plan that improved our value! He did a great job, I would recommend this shop- it is way better than online and other Verizon shops I have been to. He did a great job and I wish I remembered his name. Bottom line, he saved me what I thought would be a nightmare experience and at least an hour, as well he saved the day for Christmas and one of my kids! Go here, they are great! And it also is nice because next door is Menchies yogurt to help calm the frayed nerves of holiday shopping! read more

They are not a Verizon store and would lie to you about services and cost just to sell you up and later don't take any responsibility. they even have a fee to transfer your old phone information to the new phone. Better go to a Verizon store and avoid a lot of frustration! read more

Do NOT ever use this store. They will rip you off! They said my Apple Watch was a promotion and was free with the phone I purchased. Then they charged it to my account, they said the phone case was 50% off then charged me full price. They gave me chargers and usb ports saying they don't come with the phones telling me all I had to pay for were the taxes on them. The LIED and completely messed my bill up. Yesterday I updated my phone and had another office switch out the sim card from my old phone to the new. However, my new phone wasn't working so I went to this office. Brooklyn was friendly, helpful, personable and efficient and fixed my phone in an expedient manner. She made sure everything was working before I left. My mother and I just visited this Verizon location in hopes that my mother could buy a new iPhone. We walked in and there was only one other customer who was being helped by the only employee there. The employee never greeted us or acknowledged that we were even there. He never even looked in our direction. We sat and waited a while in hopes that he would eventually say hello but he never did. Our rep added on a service plan without our knowledge or consent. Applied the glass covers, after we had asked if there was an additional charge and were told "No, its covered" however did not tell us it wasn't under the standard install fee. Lied to us about the cases he set in front of us being no extra charge (roughly $110 in extra that we would have not accepted, only when we asked if they were charged separately we were again told no, they're no additional charge.) I live in a different state with no dealership near me so unfortunately I'm stuck with the cost of the cases. We were rushed out of the store by the 3rd member of our party so I regrettably didn't get a chance to go through my invoice as carefully as I would usually. Be 100% sure you make whoever is helping you explain every single small detail about what they are doing or you'll get stuck with extra charges. After attempting to return the products (via mail) to get our money back, we were told there was basically no way to refund them without the card I used being present. I came in the Verizon Store to upgrade my phone and I was greeted at the door by a group of associates that couldn't have been more helpful. Not only did they work together to get my new phone synced "Apple to Apple!" which had problems that came up because of two different Apple log ons. While I was there they ended up selling me a new iPad too. They made you feel so comfortable that I left there thinking I had gain a new family of friends.
