    WARNING: Predatory Sales Tactics and Deceptive Practices here!…read more The salesperson in this store engaged in a classic "bait and switch" with us. We were told we were signing up for one mobile plan, but the representative rushed us through the digital signing process and secretly enrolled us in a much more expensive plan that we cannot afford! I see from the comments we are not the only ones who were defrauded with a Bait-and-Switch in this place. They did not provide us with a copy of the contract before we left. We didn't see this until the bill arrived. This was clearly a deliberate attempt to hide the fact that the plan we signed for was NOT what we were promised verbally. Management has been zero help, dismissively telling us it is our problem. It is not a mistake; it is fraud. I am currently filing a complaint with the FCC, CPUC and the Better Business Bureau, as well as a consumer protection claim with the California Attorney General. Stay far away from this location. They rely on rushing and withholding paperwork to trap you in contracts you didn't agree to.

He showed us the differences between models, and when my mom had difficulty seeing the screen due to her eyesight, he printed the plan documents to ensure she'd be able to see everything. He really went the extra mile with us, even showing us in clear handwriting all of the specifics and detailed numbers/ math associated with our plan. I'll definitely be coming back to this Verizon next time I need help with my phone. I can tell the team members here are genuinely friendly, kind, and professional people. Thanks guys!

    This is NOT a Verizon owned store. Go to the Iron Point location! Or just call Verizon directly…read more This store does nothing that calling directly can't do except overcharge you! Wanted to upgrade phone to get free Apple Watch. After THREE hours being held captive and AFTER shutting off our old phones we were given the bill to pay taxes (545.00) which was $100 dollars too high! Had we not questioned the calc, they would have charged our card. In addition they charged us $185.00 in "their" service changes AFTER telling us it would only be ONE charge of $30 dollars. Horrible experience. Employees are incompetent and manger is crabby and unhelpful! We ended up calling Verizon later and they made it right for us by removing all charges from their store and then some.

I couldn't reach my sales agent for over a month, as he was suddenly "out on sick leave". When I did reach him, he gave me one song and dance after another, as to why I wasn't receiving the benefits and rebates he promised. Months went by, and my bill never came down, so it cost me much more than the provider I was switching from. Trying to contact anyone for support is nearly impossible. If you do get lucky and manage to connect, you invariably get abruptly disconnected. If you go into the local office, they say they can't help you, that you have to contact a phone agent. When I paid off my lines with Verizon in order to get the payoff refunded by another provider, they would only provide me with a statement showing the amounts paid, but not what it was for. At this time, I have still not been able to get this sorted out. RUN the other way, fast!!
