I arrived at the store and was the only customer present. The sales rep told me my phone was being prepped and it would "only be a few minutes." A few minutes later, I was told to leave the store and come back in about 10 minutes because the system was supposedly down. While waiting, I watched the employee put the phone that was being set up for me back into a drawer. I returned after about 13 minutes and was then told that the phone I ordered was no longer available, but they did have the "next model up" -- conveniently with an upcharge. I was also told I'd need to call customer service myself to cancel the order. This was a complete waste of time and felt extremely dishonest. The phone was clearly available when I arrived, and it's hard not to conclude this happened because mobile pickup orders don't earn commission. I got a call at 5:15 pm telling me it was all finished, too late for me Friday. So, I came in today, Saturday (my 6th trip to the shop) feeling assured that I had finally reached the finish line. Only to find that, in spite of the Friday evening call telling me it was all ready, that they had not fixed it at all! Very inconsiderate lack of communication. The only redeeming part of the experience is that they gave me a full refund. But, here I am at square one again with a broken computer, after 3 weeks and 6 separate trips to the shop.

I needed a new charging port and I also got the cover for the charging port. They had a reasonable price and convenient location. Their repair guy was only there part time. At first they said they had to order it. I waited a week, then the repair guy said he had the part, I came by and he said, nope it won't work. Then they said they had to order the part after all. A little confusing, but once the part came they fixed it in about 30 minutes. More recently I ended up getting my phone wet and for some reason the new charging port cover did not work as well as the original one and the phone got wet inside, but over-all I'm a happy customer.
