I met Matt inside and told him what I have and that I was just browsing. I went to look at the latest LG OLEDs and he walked me through the new changes that I was unaware of in some of the recent LG OLEDs. I had been disinterested in LG OLED models because the improvements have been extremely minor until these newer panels. So not only was Matt deeply educated, but he also showed me the current deals they had going and it was roughly $700 dollars less than the same model on Amazon. I was also offered free shipping and installation on its stand and a 5 years warranty, including burn-in. It was an amazing deal and put the price of the 77" TV within $300 of the original purchase price of my smaller 65". I let him know I would think about it and took his card. I did additional research online and compared prices to confirm the size of the deal. A few hours later I called him back, and we had a deal after only a few minutes. He was kind, reasonable and respectful. This was one of the best brick and mortar experiences I have ever had. Great service, gentle selling, actually knowledgeable staff, and a truly best deal (I compared Amazon with my % back, Costco with my % back, and B&H). I HIGHLY recommend coming in if you are in the market for mid-high tier TVs. I have zero negative notes.

I understand that these guys are "tech savvy" but don't be fooled. I am a professional music producer and I had the amps set up in my studio right before I came and they worked fine. It's not a very good business practice to slam your items down onto the glass cabinet while you make snarky comments about how no one else in Portland wants to buy your cameras. Be patient with your customers and don't use your sarcastic remarks to push a customer to buy. The only thing it does is push them away! The only positive thing I have to say is that the prices are decent and I was able to negotiate on an item I wanted. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend this business. Look elsewhere.

However you cannot purchase the replacement roller or filter if you need too. It's a one time use. I contacted Dreame and they do not have any replacement parts that you can purchase. I asked several employees to show me where (a sign, a website , etc.) they have specified that the store closes 5-10 minutes early, and none of them could. One of them refused to speak to me (he actually ran, & gave a snarky response while doing so), even though I was very polite when asking. None of the employees I've encountered over the last few weeks should be working in customer service. If there was another Target nearby, I would frequent that one, but unfortunately, this is it. Hopefully, the people working here will receive the necessary training on how to work with the public, & how to execute proper customer service at all times. I understand wanting to get home, but there is a better way to go about doing things. If the store is going to close early, the hours that are posted should reflect this.

Fortunately, I decided to venture down a search into the more local small businesses and came upon this cool old school & quirky shop. I think the gentleman's name was Jim. Older dude that could pass as your nerdy techy friend who's probably collected every tech gadget since the original Tron came out. Told him what I was looking for but I gradually got discouraged as all he was showing me were the bigger style bigger sound units that are common for home systems. But, alas! With a little patience we revealed a new treasure: smaller desk top speakers! Minor speaker mesh stains on the front but super decent with a little TLC. He was super friendly and chill, even making an effort to find parts that could potentially be missing from this set (like compatible power cord). It also came with an amp box that I've got sitting below my desk table, which was a nice surprise (I keep it plugged in for the deeper sounds or just unplugged for more "regular(?)" crispy audio). All that for a really awesome deal; I think it was something like $15-30 or something crazy like that. Good shit, dude! Thank you. If you're looking for small speakers, I probably snagged the last set but I definitely recommend this place for any help with acheiving 2 things at once: reusing/upcycling any sort of old working electronics and supporting a damn good local friendly small business.
