He made it seem like the Apple Watch was only $128 with my new plan but then when my boyfriend asked for the cost breakdown it said $500 on the paper receipt. He did not let me know of the AAA discount which I found out about when I went to another AT&T location. Very disappointed.

Well thank you Dwayne, we went over to Verizon and are saving $100 a month on our bill, are now getting unlimited data and the employees there were happy to answer all our questions without treating us like morons. My advise is that you should find a job in another field because customer service isn't your gig and you just cost the company a $400 a month account.

It is more affordable than the other services that we've had the customer service on site isn't always that great. When I arrived at the store, he looked at my phone and gave me a more detailed understanding of each step, and which components might be affected, and gave me enough information to know at which point we would fully repair the phone or fix it enough to salvage data and replace it, or not bother and save my money for a replacement. I felt well informed and knew that I would not be stuck with more costs than would be worthwhile. In half a day, Jordan called to tell me what the damage was and had my phone fully repaired and in better shape than it has been in years.
