I was so happy to be attended to by - not just one but three - knowledgeable and patient staff members. My main contact was Amanda. My phone was pretty old so there were problems with switching it. Amanda went out of her way to make sure my problems were resolved, and she even stayed late. Thanks to her advice, I even got a new phone on a no-cost promotion other than tax and a promise to stay with TMobile for 2 years. There's no substitute for a living breathing human being to talk to. So many other companies rely way too heavily on artificial intelligence. Thank you for extraordinary service, Amanda and the two young guys who helped.

Eddie was a very aggressive man who was not really trying to help out. He had us call customer care for a sim card change in which we obliged. None the less the service was restored when the SIM card was switched out. He made the interaction overall very hostile and unwelcoming literally just stating that he is the store manager and doesn't have to deal with this. He left to the back in the middle of the SIM card transfer after 5 minutes of waiting for him to return he never came back, but one of the associates helped me out and completed the transfer therefore restoring my services. I spoke with a supervisor over the phone and we decided that I would just pick up at the store. CS called the store to be sure the product that I was looking for was in stock. OtterBox Defender pop for the iPhone Xs Max. The rep at the store told his yes we do have this product in the store. The rep also informed him that he would be at the store for several hours. I arrived at the store and thought I was getting the product that I was told was in and long story short they did not have it in stock and assumed that this product did not exist. And of course the rep that customer service spoke to was not there. Avoid this store and goto a real Verizon store and not one of these want be stores. The reps can care less about the customer and are there only for the pay check.

I sent her to get the upgrade that we qualified for while she was in Ft. Worth at 1201 Martin Luther King Jr, STE 101 on Jan 26th. The sales lady gave her the wrong phone, a Motorola G Stylus, not the 5g version of the same phone, and did not offer options. The sales lady did not provide a receipt as she didn't know how to load the printer tape. I am writing this just two days later. My daughter was sent to San Antonio, about 300 miles away. She went to a Metro store there, with the new phone and packaging materials. She was told that she could only make the exchange at the Ft. Worth location. It was a $60 difference in price. The state that all sales are final (on the non-existent receipt). I spent hours, on the phone, between corporate stores and "customer care". The best solution that anyone could come up with was for her to buy the correct phone at full retail, and sell hers privately. The customer care is horrible. They won't let to speak to anyone that could help at the corporate level. Worst experience.
