Most unprofessional Cricket I have ever been to. I asked for activation of esim for my new iphone. Jess, the salesperson did not want to help at all. I went to the Cricket in South SF the day prior and the salesperson was so wonderful and helpful. But because I had to exchange my phone for a different color, I decide to come to this Cricket the next day to activate my eSim. Big mistake. Jess was so rude and you can clearly tell he HATES his job. There were no customers there when I arrived and I asked if he can activate the eSim and that I already paid $10 the day prior to activate the eSim but I had to switch phones and my friends that had switch phones as well was able to call Cricket and it on the Cricket line. Jess says he can't do that and he would have to charge $10 again. I told him I already paid $10 yesterday to the other Cricket store and that people didn't even actually have to pay $10 for the eSim activation as Cricket online or the phone services can do it for free so I was wondering if I can do it at the store since they are a Cricket store. He says "No, we don't offer activation here, you need to call them yourself. I said "I do no have any data right now as the phone is not activated, how can I call them?" Then he said "look online and talk to them". Again I said I don't have an eSim to have internet access to talk to them, can I use your landline?" He says he can't give me a landline to call. (The SSF Cricket store I went to the day prior was letting me use their landline to activate). Then he goes "if you don't have internet, go home and use your internet and says I'm rude". I didn't even begin to say how rude he is yet and he calls me rude? LOL what an idiot. Basically he didn't want to provide any services to help a customer activate their phone. A simple and basic necessity as a salesperson/rep working for Cricket. I ended up contacting Cricket with my friend's phone and was able to get an eSim activated for my new phone for free. Do not come to this Cricket as they are super rude and will not help you with basic services such as activating a eSim card for a new phone. Jess should find a job where he doesn't need to speak with anyone as he has a nasty attitude. Go to the Cricket at Serramonte or South SF as they have way better customer service and they actually want to do their job and help you with your phone. read more

Cricket has free phone upgrades, I did 2 lines on the other store they just process them as is no extra charge, but this store made them into a bundle trying to trick you buy more, they don't just want you to get a free phone. Try other store if you have before going here. read more

Poor customer service!!!! I hope Cricket can follow up with the owner here because they do represent Cricket Wireless. I walked in wanting to buy a SIM card, the gentleman in the glasses, greeted me and ask if I am the account holder or do I have the account holder's ID. I said, I'm not and I don't have it. He then said, he cannot sell me a SIM card, they must verify the information, and that is the Cricket's policy. So then I walked out the store to call into Cricket to check if that was true. Cricket representative said they do not have such a policy plus, I am authorized on the account (FYI, account holder is my dad and I'm authorized on the account) they want the account holder's ID NOT MINE. So I went back into the store 2nd time, lady sales greeted me, I ask if the gentleman may talk to the representative on the phone, gentleman refuse to do so. Then both sales start giving me attitudes, I told them that I'm authorized on the account but they insist to verify with the account holder's ID. The lady sales said if I don't have the actual ID they may verify with a photo of the ID! But the problem is, Cricket DOES NOT HAVE SUCH POLICY so I don't need to show them any ID! They then change their statement that it's their store policy and the owner need them to do so. Then I ask if they have a business card so I may provide the address to the representative that's on the phone, they said No! So I ask what's the address, the gentleman spoke it so quick that it's unclear. I didn't want to deal with such attitude anymore so I just yelped it while still on phone with the rep. PS, they don't deserve a star at all! But I must to do so in order for me to write this review. Or maybe the star is for the greetings. read more

I would highly discourage you from using this particular Cricket branch. The level of professionalism is at an all time low. I signed up for Cricket service here and the associate asked if I wanted to sign up for a free two months trial of Directv Now. I politely declined due to already having Hulu live. She signed me up without my permission and gave me the username and password. I cancelled it one week later when I had some time. I was charged 20 dollars for it even before the free trial expired. I called to have that charge refunded and then I was charged again a month later. I honestly don't know if this will continue and if I will have to keep calling to have the charges reversed every time. Also, you have to do a live chat to get the charge reversed as Directv Now does not have over the phone support. It takes quite a long time and hassle to type out everything back and forth twice. I am thoroughly annoyed at this point and would again advise you to never use this store's service at all costs! read more
