Manager Perla was at home by then, but responded immediately to his text and waived my activation fee. As he was finishing everything up, he noticed that he'd forgotten to put one of the routers back in its plastic bag before boxing it up, stopped, unboxed it and put it in its original packaging. It's not a big thing, obviously, but I remember being impressed by his dedication to doing things right. Keep an eye on this guy; I predict he'll go far!

Once my phone came i had to go back to the store to activate my phone and Corissa helped me, I believe that's her name. She was helpful and even got me to purchase a Google watch to avoid this from happening again. The first time I went in I waited about 5 to 10 minutes to get help the 2nd time I went in I received service right away. You have to go on days and times where it's not too busy or you'll be waiting a long time. Overall I had a good experience and will go back to this store if I need help.

The woman appeared to be around 24 years old, and the man appeared to be around 40. I came in to explain my situation and get help, but the representative did not seem to pay attention to me or understand what I was explaining. She was looking outside and appeared distracted while I was trying to explain my problem. The other employee who was with her also made the situation more confusing instead of helping me understand what was happening. I left feeling even more confused and frustrated than when I arrived. I honestly don't understand how this level of customer service is acceptable. When a customer comes in with a problem, they should be listened to, treated respectfully, and given clear information. I expected much better from T-Mobile. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training.

Frankly, I was a little annoyed. But then I realized, this is part of the auto parts store experience. You don't get this when you buy things online. People sharing ideas and experiences. Joseph, the security who got my partner and I registered, was very friendly and informative of first time customer discounts (30% off) and the monthly deals. He gave us some of his recent recommendations and favorites. Cool guy This location is about the same size as the one in the Mission Bay area and has equally as much variety. The shelves were fully stocked but we noticed that there was only one Budtender who looked very scrambled, trying to restock and man the register simultaneously. At first we were taken aback by his short responses. It was evident that he wanted to get folks in and out so he could wrap up for the day (which by this point, he has at least two more hours since they close at 10). By the time I was ready to check out, I asked him if he was feeling okay. He apologized and explained that he's been having a long week and that it was his tenth day working in a row with little help. He was kind enough to apply my first time discount in addition to the sale price of the disposable I got which came out to $20. I hope this review reaches the right people and that this man gets the support and break he deserves.
