Joseph, the security who got my partner and I registered, was very friendly and informative of first time customer discounts (30% off) and the monthly deals. He gave us some of his recent recommendations and favorites. Cool guy This location is about the same size as the one in the Mission Bay area and has equally as much variety. The shelves were fully stocked but we noticed that there was only one Budtender who looked very scrambled, trying to restock and man the register simultaneously. At first we were taken aback by his short responses. It was evident that he wanted to get folks in and out so he could wrap up for the day (which by this point, he has at least two more hours since they close at 10). By the time I was ready to check out, I asked him if he was feeling okay. He apologized and explained that he's been having a long week and that it was his tenth day working in a row with little help. He was kind enough to apply my first time discount in addition to the sale price of the disposable I got which came out to $20. I hope this review reaches the right people and that this man gets the support and break he deserves. And to the Budtender, I didn't get to catch your name but I truly hope you enjoyed your time away from work Remember to give yourself and those around you a little extra grace from time to time. I was with total Wireless for 4 years. I had to purchase a new phone because my other one broke…read moreonce I got that phone and activated it I no longer received my data even though I paid for it and had already paid for extra data and I didn't get it either. My biggest complaint is when I called to get my account number and the pin number I needed to change to a different carrier they did not want to get it to me. I spoke to three different people it took over 2 hours of my evening after A hard Day's work. I was crying I had a asthma attack while on the phone with these people, but they did not care they wanted me to stay with total Wireless and offered me a cheaper plan (although I wouldn't be getting any data I would be paying for the data) I begged them for a number I could call so I can make a complaint on them and they refuse to give it to me so after the two and a half hours I was on there to get my bloody account number and pin number I needed to change companies I wanted to make sure I let the world know that total Wireless sucks. If you pay them money for data and you don't get it you're not going to get your money back you're not going to get an apology if you're crying and have a asthma attack in front of them they're still just going to sit there and go on about the big deals I can make you in the future. The pluses: Easy parking. clean store, helpful employees, reasonable pricing, and they came out and installed the wipers This all made this a 5 star auto parts experience. They did have the product on the shelf and then when I asked her about a particular item I was looking for she said no they didn't have it however, I saw it on the shelf when I looked so I know that they had it and then when it came time to work the register she didn't know how to properly put in the tax amount and it kept changing.
