The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is that there is not a variety of filters available like the original brand carries. The price is also close to or even equal to the brand product when the brand is on sale. So I called customer service today and they said it was probably lost. They offered to ship via FedEx Ground which would take another 2-3 business days or middle of next week.
