I didn't have to pay anything, but I still wind up paying my phone bill due to the fact of that patient and I'm doing everything that I can do in their power to help me to get a new device I would recommend this location to anyone who is in need of a new device and great customer service ask for Nathan of one of the guys that worked with him. Went in to buy a battery for my car key fob. Had already opened up the fob and taken out the last…read morebattery. Employee asked me if I need help finding the battery and I say yes. He takes it behind the counter and puts in a new battery. I don't even have the car with me. I go to the register and I get charged a $15 battery installation fee. I could've bought two batteries for $999. I told the employee that you should tell people before doing the service that it's going to cost money. He says most people know when they come in. I feel very deceived. I could easily put my own battery in the key fob when I've already opened it to take the old battery out. Instead, I get one battery and pay 1.5 times the amount for what would've been the cost for two batteries. Be cautious when you go in there because they make you do a service you didn't even ask for.

ALL of the professional working at this Ace went out of their way to ensure proper new keys were made and they did not rip me off They even provided some tips on keeping the lock mechanism working well on my now 25 year old Honda (I'm original owner). I would even go as far as saying that counterfeit juice is being sold at this location. I purchased a juice that made the inside of my mouth swell up, so I asked if they would switch out the juice and they did, which was nice. I wasn't offered a choice about which juice it was switched out for, but I was not going to be picky. However, the juice they gave me was just as horrible. It was extremely harsh, and tasted poisonous. The color of the juice that was given to me did not match the color of the juice on the manufacturer website. To make sure it was in fact the juice, I put my sister's juice in my tank with the same coil, and it has been fine since!!! I tried bringing this juice back to show them this, make them aware of the quality issue, and buy a new juice. I did not expect them to switch it out again, and I made that very clear, but I was yelled at by the older owner and told they would not give me another "free" juice. I am extremely offended, especially as a regular customer, and I will not be coming back! Do not buy their knock off, dangerous juice!!!!
