Take your TV, small electronics, anything you want to repair, this guy will do a good job. I had a fine experience when I took in my small Jackery power bank. He went beyond normal service and looked far and wide for a new mother board. The Jackery had been dropped. I think he has a $60 fee just to open up a piece and diagnose it. I gave him $25 as a deposit. He could not repair it and did not charge me the balance of the diagnostic. This man embodies American values and fairness and good will. His shop is unassuming and could use a facelift on the front door, but the human experience was fine.

I brought in two vintage stereo receivers for minor repairs. One had a switch issue and the other had a FM-related issue. Switch Issue: They could not repair the problem. They stated that a new switch was needed, but due to the age of the item, the switch was not available. I already knew that, which was why I wanted the switch repaired (i.e., disassembled and cleaned). Apparently, the technicians do not know how to do this. I've seen YOUTUBE videos that show you how to do this, but I don't have the tools to do it. FM Issue: They could not repair the problem. After replacing a part (that I paid for) that they said made the condition worse, they put the original part back in. Obviously, they identified the wrong component. Then, I was told that the entire tuner board would need to be replaced, but due to the age of the item, the board was no longer available. I already knew that, which was why I wanted them to trouble-shoot the board and replace the faulty components. When a repair shop tells you that you need to "replace the entire board," it means "we don't know how to figure out what is wrong." When I brought in both items, I was clearly told that the items may not be able to be repaired due to their age. I understand this. However, the problems were not that complicated to figure out with good trouble-shooting techniques, given the correct knowledge and equipment. Again, I've seen related YOUTUBE videos, but I don't have the equipment or technical expertise. Since neither problem was corrected, I have no other choice but to conclude that the technician's knowledge and abilities regarding vintage stereo receivers are extremely limited. Needless to say, I was disappointed. They should not even accept vintage stereo receivers for repair. I gave them 2 stars (instead of 1) ONLY because of the PROS listed at the beginning of this review.

I had to call my wife and my daughter to see if the deal was in one of their phone #'s and it wasn't. I told him Ok, try my # again because my wife and my daughter said the deal was in my number. He tried it again and he said it came up and if I had given it to him correctly the first time he would have seen it. I told him I gave it to him the same way each time and he wanted to argue with me that his screen only showed he did my number once. That's because that was the first time he put it in correctly. Then he charged me $8.59 for putting the screen on. I never paid to have them put it on before and he told me they stated charging a fee since this January. That wasn't part of the plan when I bought it a few years ago!!! Don't buy any plans with Best Buy and don't let Lucas try to help. He told another customer he was a manager at chipotle's. From dummy grenades to manikin heads, it's here! Then, oh my goodness, wander out back in the "yard" and your jaw will drop five inches! I could have sworn I saw components of the Philadelphia Experiment out there! A sea of metal cabinets, lockers and safes! ATTENTION aspiring restaurateurs: They have a whole mess of used kitchen equipment! Stainless Steel Sinks in various sizes, large ovens and everything in between.
