I tried various dishes and while great tasting nothing really stood out like lots of the reviews said and I tried a bit of everything that was recommended in the reviews. (Even ox tail empanadas which sounds weird but weren't bad). I think the biggest appeal here is that it's 24 hours so you know you always have a quality place to go to that is great. I would recommend it to anyone in the area but I don't know if I would go out of my way for it. I know that if I'm watching another play, it is a great stop for either before or after.

It clearly worked: they've since grown to nine locations around Manhattan, and this Times Square outpost took over a corner of the old New York Times building back in 2017. The no-seating, standing-room setup is baked into the concept itself, not just this location. I don't love the location though, it's on a busy street in a very touristy area, which tracks, since that's exactly what it was built for. And yes, I was being a tour guide, taking friends and family to Times Square for what felt like the 80th time. At least the tacos make the trip worth it.
