I love Crisp & Green but I am DONE with the Blaine location. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered my food and had items missing from my salads (when I pay via the app). Tonight I ordered a Cest La Viche salad (my favorite) and instead of corn, I was given a couple of pieces of APPLE instead. It was mostly greens, shrimp, a few tomatoes, hardly any red onions or cucumbers. What an absolute embarrassment of a location. I'd love to say that this was a one off- but no. This routinely happens here. There are so many places to eat in Blaine, do yourself a favor and skip this one until they hire competent workers. This Crisp and Green has an awesome patio with some midday shade! I got the new BBQ chicken salad and I loved it. It was so delicious! The agua Fresca tasted a little light compared to other locations. I don't know if they make it fresh, if the recipe changed, or if my taste buds are different, but it didn't taste as strongly flavored as it used to. I was really disappointed in my interaction at this location. We were in line and I made a special request for a bowl due to some dietary needs for my friend and I. The general manager, Angel was extremely rude and denied our request. She raised her voice at us in front of everyone in line and then asked us to skip the line and go directly to the checkout so we could just order smoothies. We had tried to be very respectful and to de-escalate the situation because she seemed really stressed, but unfortunately she kept being rude and used a loud/angry tone with us for the second time. I understand that our request might not have been possible, but the customer service and the communication was disrespectful, embarrassing, and unacceptable. I don't want to make any assumptions about racism or Angel's biases here-- but it just didn't feel great to be the only two brown people in the line in a majority white environment being yelled at and asked to go to the back of the line. It was just so uncomfortable, sad, and humiliating. I'm disappointed because I usually have overwhelmingly positive experiences at CRISP & GREEN and especially the Saint Paul location and the chain of Lakes location. They are happy to work with us to meet our unique dietary needs. So this was really shocking! I think I would just highly recommend some customer service training for this individual in particular and the staff in general. Furthermore, a multicultural awareness training or the IDI for learning about biases etc. would be great! read more

The placement of this location cracks me up. It is right next to a planet fitness and as you exit you get to decide will you be "good" and go to Crisp and Green or "bad" and go to five guys next door haha! I opted to try Crisp and Green for the first time and what a wonderful experience! I got the Classic Chicken Caesar and shared the Imagine Dragon Açaí bowl with my son. They were both full of flavor and textures! The salad had fresh lemon squeezed in which added a bright touch to the dish! The açaí bowl was cool and refreshing! The staff really make this place special though. Even though they were busy, they still were very polite and helpful! There is a fair amount of indoor seating and a small patio outside. Disappointed in trying this place yesterday. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch salad. The girl making my salad asked if I wanted the recommend amount of dressing and I said yes. She then proceeded to squirt a ton of ranch all over my salad, which was a take out order. After that she shook it up so dressing was saturating everything. I would have assumed for a to go order the dressing would be in a cup. By the time I got home my salad was very soggy already. Bummer for a $15 salad. read more

We first came during grand opening. It was crazy busy and took forever. Staff was learning everything. I thought it was overpriced then for walhat you got. Second vist because my daughter wanted a salad. We had extra mushrooms on the Soule (sp) and I added extra olives to my Greek rice bowl. I checked the board it said $1 for additions. We were charged $1.25 for the olives and $2.25 for the mushrooms! Either I read the wrong part of the menu or they need to redo the menu board. The take out bowls were not super full. I frequently visit the Crisp & Green in Coon Rapids where I have had very positives experiences. My experience today at the Blaine location was not the same unfortunately. It was not a big deal to wait longer than usual for a protein power play to be made even when I was the only one left in line. However, my protein bowl ($14) once made was only half-full of ingredients. After saying something, another employee who was very friendly made the product correctly. This one just opened near me and we were real excited to try it! My husband had the fiesta bowl and I did a BYO with shrimp! Everything was SUPER bright and fresh and flavorful. I generally like Crisp and Green. I have had a couple customer service issues with the Blaine, MN location. So today we ordered online and picked up. We ordered 2 C est Laviche salads and a Caesar Wrap. My husband went in and picked our order up. He realized on the way home, they had given us only 1 Cest Liviche salad. He went back and got the other one. Once home, one of the bowls was full and the other bowl was only half full. We figured out that they didn't give us any mixed greens in one of the salads and my daughter's Caesar Wrap had no croutons. I called the store and I'm frustrated at this point, again, because we had to return to get our second salad already. The staff are so rude at the Blaine location. I don't think they are rude to everyone though. Then, to get some kind of resolution, you have email, no one in the store can do anything for you. Let's see if anyone responds to my email. Went in excited another location was close by other than maple grove. Wasnt as impressed as I usually am with maple grove. All my strawberries looked like they were either frozen and thawed or were past the point of eating along with part of my lettuce. My oranges didnt have any juice in them and were mostly rinds. This place is very clean and quite ritzy looking. The ingredients are always fresh, almost as fresh as will smith. Know what I'm sayin'? I enjoy the food, it's wholesome and tastes quality, if price is a factor for you, it wouldn't hurt picking up a second job. I believe they have worked on doing more appropriate portions since I've been there, amazing work truly. It is sooo expensive but I know that's the price we pay for fresh clean food in America, so it's not their fault. I love this place, I do. But it's not a place someone can eat often given the price, but you can definitely treat dining here as a fancy night out. Dress up and have fun with it. It's in a good location too, I like to go to target after and pick up weekly supplies because I can't stand the demographic in Walmart, I'll pay the extra money to avoid those animals.
