I was in a rush and stopped in here on a random afternoon and ordered the Seoul salad with shrimp. Parking is behind the building off the main road (by Target) and was scarce when I got there (I actually waited a few minutes for people to leave). It was my first time and the staff didn't not seem like they wanted to explain how the menu worked, so I ordered something close to what I would typically eat. Salad appeared fresh and was a pretty tasty meal. It was a little expensive, but that's Denver for you. Only taking off a star because the salad made my car smell like moldy vegetables. We went to the event at 7:30 pm on Friday night and we're warmly greeted by the staff. I created my own salad with butter lettuce, mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, avo, egg, bacon, blue cheese, edemame, chicken, shrimp and croutons. I topped it off with croutons and had ranch and peanut dressing on the side for dipping. All the ingredients were fresh and the salad was fabulous. My only gripe is that if I were to pay for this salad, it would have been $24.15, which I think is a bit overpriced. I also ordered the Date Night smoothie, which was unlike any smoothie I've had before and delicious. I know I will be getting cravings for this smoothie and will make the trip back to Crisp and Green just for that smoothie! The space in Lowry is bright and beautiful. I love the mural of Denver they have on the wall that says "Locally Owned and Locally Loved". They also have a beautiful chandelier in the restaurant that you think would be out of place, but actually gives the space a warm feeling. Randomly stumbled onto this spot while waiting for the wife. Pleasantly surprised myself with a refreshing Acai bowl. It was delicious and came with some very fresh and healthy ingredients. Very spacious and the decor is vibrant. This will be a go to spot to meet up with friends for a nice lunch. The service was great and the line wasn't very long. One of the things that really caught my eye was their in house made aguas frescas they have over 6 different drinks and looked amazing. I'll probably try that and a salad next time read more

I was not sure what to order so I decided on the "fan favorite " Cob Salad and hope it is good. I was a bit unsure and was also thinking about creating my own salad but it turned out delicious. Was craving an açaí bowl and found this place super close and it looked amazing online. When I went to order my bowl, the lady just seemed incredibly angry. Looked at me like I was stupid for asking to make my own bowl and just a very unfriendly person. When I got my bowl the "açaí sorbet" was just full of ice chunks like it was old, almost like it has freezer burn. First they did not answer the phones prior to me driving over, had they answered the phone I would have found out that they were out of chicken, which 90% of their menu contains. I went in at 1:30 and they were running out of dressings as well. The staff member that helped me, was more than happy to fill a dressing less than 1/2 full for a huge salad and not say anything. Could be a decent place to get a healthy meal, just need to get their supply chain in order and hire better staff. read more

I ran across Crisp & Green when I was grabbing a pizza next door, but since then, I have probably been back two to three times every week. The menu has a ton of clean items that include acai bowls, smoothies, grain bowls and salads. My favorite (and current go to) is the fiesta bowl (sub tofu). This place definitely has five star potential, but I think they are still working out some kinks from being so new. The few times I have ordered pick up from them there has always been one to two things slightly off with my order, like something missing from the bowl etc. Eating here can definitely get expensive, and I rarely leave without spending at least $20. Some of the premium ingredients, like corn, seem on the very high end of what I'd expect. If dining in, there is plenty of seating indoors, as well as a small patio in the back. Despite the few issues I mentioned, I really love this place and will continue to be a regular! read more

I've had some good experiences here before but today was very disappointing. It wasn't clear who was making my bowl and though my husband was asked about modifications, I was not. We both ordered a salad with daikon radish. Apparently they were out and had they informed us when we ordered we would have gotten something different. The person making my husband's salad at least informed him during the process of making it and offered him a replacement ingredient. First time at this place. I tried a Tropic Time bowl. So beautifully prepared by the person at the front counter (after donning gloves to prepare it). It is very sweet, almost TOO sweet. It contained mango sherbet, dragon fruit ices topped with bananas, strawberries, kiwi, blueberries and toasted coconut chips, amazing! The price was over $7. I inquired about the Seoul Bowl (it is the only vegan bowl offered) for a future visit and the kind man at the counter said it would be $16.95 plus taxes. Very tasty and only healthy food option in the Lowry center! If you can resist the temptation of torchys next door then this is an awesome place for a bowl (salad, grain, acai). Prices are standard. My only issue is the acoustics made the place extremely loud so it was nearly impossible to make-your-own order or to hear so my meal wasn't made quite right. When I looked at the menu, I was more drawn to the kid's menu and asked the staff if I could get the Little Chef salad as an "adult" version. The staff were more than happy to oblige and I got the toppings for the Little Chef salad as a combo of salad/grain bowl. I also ordered the Maple pea-nut. Although I love a good smoothie, I found myself not appreciating the pea protein powder which resulted in a grainy texture. The flavors of the smoothie were great. Wasn't sure what to expect, other than something to do with salad, but what a great place. Clean, bright and welcoming. The open kitchen let's you 'feel' the freshness and 'next level' of this healthy eatery. We're fans of Mad Greens, but this is so much more! 5 different lettuce options, freshly cut veggies and fruits, meat and vegan options and well displayed. But, the stars are the house made dressing! I had the Cobb salad, which had fresh sliced jalapeños, along with a jalapeño dressing and it was outstanding. Lots of flavor and that little heat that creeps up your throat about 30 seconds after your first bite. Now I like things spicy and this was more flavorful than just hot, which works well for a salad. They topped it with blue tortilla chips, a perfect finish to a delicious salad. My wife ordered the Caesar salad, again filled with fresh ingredients, which on its own is great, but the dressing station wins it again! First they squeeze fresh lemon juice on it, then mix in their Caesar dressing, which was outstanding. They top that off with a parm crisp. Now the salads are quite large and a meal for two in themselves, but we had to try the smoothies as well. Firstly, I grabbed the pea-nut offering, made with almond butter, maple sugar, coconut milk and pea protein and it was really good. My wife ordered the Date Night, which was another tasty smoothie. Service is good, the location looks better than any other salad joint I have been to, and they use quality ingredients in the creative salads. Nothing to blow you away in terms of taste, but it's a salad bowl and you will not be disappointed. First thing you note when you walk in is the smell. Fresh, earthy, herbaceous yummy smells. The place is really bright and airy. My daughter had a strawberry sunrise smoothie, she said she could taste the healthy, in a good way. We also had the Pep in Your Step salad and the Bold and the Buffalo grain bowl. My family started ordering dinner for takeout on Sunday nights when the grown children and grandchildren visited grandpa and grandma. What a wonderful place to get dinner! Became a favorite. But mistakes and omissions became the norm. It seemed that with every order someone was missing avocado or dressing or meat(!) or vegetable. And it is not just paying for something you don't get. It's anticipating a nice meal and being disappointed repeatedly. This last order was ridiculous. I ordered a build your own bowl with just 5 items plus dressing. This Denver offshoot of a national spot has a few things going for it - convenient for Lowry, generously sized bowls with lots of options (both pre-made and customizable), and a large open space with plenty of seating as well as natural light. The company offers free exercise classes intermittently at their locations, which is a cool bonus that suggests a commitment to overall health. The staff are very nice but definitely young and disorganized - with no one in front of me it took about 5 minutes to place an order, and then I waited another 25 for my smoothie to be made. The bowl was good and again, generously portioned. I'm not sure if it was the green flavor, the pea protein powder, or something else, but the smoothie I had was unfortunately undrinkable (combo of gritty and flavorless with no hint of the fruits included). I might try the agua Fresca, and would get food from here again but would probably order ahead to avoid a long wait. read more

The vibe of the inside was fresh, bright and clean. Staff was friendly. It was a little slow but I am assuming that it's just because it's new. I admittedly do not eat a lot of salads but a lot of the options appealed to me. I ended up going with the Seoul bowl. Portion size was pretty big and I definitely got more than one meal out of it. I was expecting a bit more flavor based on the description, but overall I enjoyed it and felt good about eating something fresh and healthy. Back to back mess ups here. Placed a pick up order of two kids bowls and a build your own. Avocado was missing from all three bowls. Build your own was missing three ingredients that we paid for. No contact from store to ask for substitutions. I had to call and ask for compensation, which the manager offered the cost of the missing ingredients to be used at a future visit. That was fine. Placed an order most recently and the order was not ready at the pick up time. I had to ask where my order was until it was finally made 10 minutes after estimated pick up time. Really hope the customer service here can be improved. When it's good, it's great! However when it's bad, it's very bad. read more

They have no print-out menu on site. You'd better print it out from their website or make decisions before you go. No roasted sweet potato and peppers, two ingredients that I consider are "the must" for many kinds of salads. I also didn't see fresh mushroom. The toppings are limited comparing with Giardino Gourmet Salad at Pine Ridge. Dressings are also very limited and nothing outstanding. I ordered roasted chicken as protein. it's dry and no flavor.
