This is my third visit here & it's my first time leaving a review because I keep forgetting but it is extremely delicious! If you're looking for a healthier lunch or dinner, especially a post meal after a gym session look no further! their salads are delicious. My favorite is this summer salad with the strawberries, which should be coming back in the next few months and their cowboy cookout salad with a little kick but today I tried a bowl for the first time and it did not disappoint. I got the Heart & Seoul steak bowl but also added grilled chicken and spicy pumpkin seeds! I had a lot of questions about what could be added or subbed out and Addie was extremely helpful. Not only was she knowledgeable about the menu and all of the ingredients she was also able to tell me about flavors that mix well with certain salads, bowls, etc. and was very patient with me. Great customer service! Also, the restaurant is very clean & tidy, which I really appreciate. Every time I've been here, the staff is always cleaning or prepping, and never standing around on their phones, they stay busy. Great work ethic. Definitely a good place to take work colleagues for lunch or to take family and friends for a healthy dinner. You also have to try the watermelon soda. In the cooler by the register, it's a healthier type of soda with less sugar, but it's really good. I will definitely be back to this location. My goal is to try everything on the menu. read more

The food is always fresh. The dressings sometimes vary day to day even if you get the exact same one, but it's because they make them fresh which I appreciate. My favorite staple menu item is the Edgar Allen Poe or the Athena. The Harvest Grain Bowl is season but by far the best salad they make! The service always seems rushed but for the most part to be expected of a fast-food style set up. Inside is always clean, and the patio is my favorite place to sit when it's warm because they have shade umbrellas and cement tables. read more

I was in town for a week, and came here twice: once for lunch, another for dinner. I got pre-named salads both times. Everything was fresh, and the place was clean. Upgrading to the larger size for dinner was the way to go; I don't think the regular size would have been enough. You can add whatever extras you want as well. This location literally has the best staff and they actually care about your food and your experience. They keep the spot well maintained and clean. My sister and I love Mad Greens. But this location is a Bad Greens. The food is fine. However, this location always over charges and the workers obviously don't want to be there. They're short, unknowledgeable when it comes to gluten free ingredients, And repeating myself numerous times to an employee wearing an AirPod is pretty annoying. read more

Food, I felt like a rabbit eating more lettuce than anything else in the new Berry Boost Salad. I was very disappointed in the minimal chicken, berries and didn't receive any Tofu as I paid extra for. I also asked for extra dressing which I did not receive. Service: Missing items but the food was ready as stated on the online order. Edit: I did receive Tofu in my salad but it looked like and some of it had the texture of chicken which was weird. However, the chicken pieces were 1/2 the size of the Tofu. By the time I took out 1/2 of the mixed greens I didn't need the extra dressing so that was good. Guess I'm not a Mad Greens Gal! I have been here a few times. Always order online and pickup. Almost zero interaction with staff. Only gripe I have is that their portions are not consistent. Light mix dressing or medium is different depending on who's working that day. Same is true with the ingredients depending on the day of the week and who's working on your order. read more

First time visiting this location but have been to other ones near Boulder before, the staff seemed very genuine and friendly, the food tastes the same as when I get it from my usual store so it shows that there is consistency across stores. One of the managers with short black hair and tattoos helped me out and was super charismatic and made me feel welcome! I am extremely impressed with the quality of their food and the variety of toppings. The online app is very easy to navigate and although they have a bunch of preset menu options, your are able to swap out toppings and add extras. They have some unique toppings like mango and pickled onion and all the tasty dressings (which you get a very generous amount of-I would recommend asking for it on the side). They are insanely quick and putting together your order and every time I have ordered online, within minutes it is waiting for me. A fantastic customizable salad, wrap and grain bowl restaurant. They also have some good pastas! I like all the options, the dressings are really good, and the mad spice kicks any dish up a level. I prefer going in versus ordering on the app because that has always messed up. They are always willing to fix it when it's wrong, but then you just have to wait in line anyways. I love Mad Greens but this location needs work. I've been here twice on my lunch break nice I work in DTC (and had some BOGO coupons from Yelps a Party Animal, woot woot). Timing is really everything with this location so the line could be hit or miss. I love their salads and have gotten the Crazy Ivan and Genghis Khan (don't fear, they have salads named after women as well!) Even though the Genghis Khan is seasonal, I really hope they add it to the regular rotation because it's my fave! If all else fails, you can create your own salad with four add ins. This past time one of the girls making the salads stuck her hand in the mixing bowl to mix it and another girl got the wrong dressing on the salads for the people in front of me. They have a nice little patio right off Quebec so it's perfect for a beautiful day when you're in need of some time away from the cubicle. But since it's at a busy intersection, the noise is crazy and parking is sparse. I wish they would have more parking selections and another person taking orders, it really backs up the line. read more

Went to this location on Sunday around 4 PM. The food is always good however the customer service is lacking. When we walked in the woman working was kind of rude and it seemed like it pained her to do her job. Dang. What a great concept for someone who wants to eat healthy to make body and mind happy. If you like carb heavy stuff, they got it. If you want protein rich option, they got it too. If you are like me, they have many options of perfectly balanced salad and protein mixes. Also soup too. Plenty of seating inside and out. During lunch rush, no place to park. My only gripe which is not a fault of Mad greens is the way traffic flows to get into the parking lot. If you are heading west to get here, make sure to turn left just before the strip mall. If you turn at Quebec, it sucks big time trying to come back. No left turn from Quebec to this strip mall so you have to go to next stop which has no U turn so you have to get into the neighborhood to do that. Big headache during lunch rush. Actually, U turn is allowed on Arapahoe so that made easier. read more

I ordered 3 wraps and a panini, with the dressing on the side. The guy working packed up all the sauces and put them in a bag, not labeled. So i asked the girl to label it and she was happy to do so. Good thing i took the recommended sauces or she wouldve never known what was what. Then the guy does all three wraps one after another without labeling them. And he brings them to bag them. I asked if he even know which was what and he answered with confidence that he did, but i knew for a fact he mixed them up. He gets a marker and writes on them. I get home and nope, they were all wrong.... Maybe he was flustered because a line was forming, but i think that is common sense to label each thing.....then when i thanked him, he just gave me a "yep". Food is good, a lil pricey, may need additional training? Also, prob additional workers, since they work on each customer separately and takes awhile. read more

Used to go to this location all the time but I think I'll be finding a new one. I have never in my life seen such disrespectful employees. I walked in and was greeted with 5 staff members just staring at me - no "hello" "how's it going" just this look on their faces of "can you leave?" The employees at this location are really good at just standing and staring at you, super super unfriendly and unwelcoming. If you don't like your job, find a new one. I stood there for 5 minutes at the end of my order waiting to pay while the girl making my order disappeared, and another staff member decided to walk over and ring me out...after watching me stand there...be ready to pay. The staff was really nice, and the salad ingredients all looked pretty good, but what's with that tasteless chicken? It's a white cube, no taste, no seasoning. I guess for those that want their protein, and anything will do. I prefer taste with my chicken, so would avoid that if I came back again. And an extra buck for croutons?
