When I'm traveling thru the airport I'm always on the lookout for a good, satisfying meal that isn't just overpriced and underwhelming. People's Organic delivered a surprisingly decent breakfast experience that left me fueled and ready for my flight. I opted for the Breakfast Burrito with added tofu, a staple in my breakfast repertoire. The burrito arrived promptly, a good sign when you're on a tight schedule. Visually, it was appealing - well-wrapped and generously sized, hinting at a substantial filling along with black bean chili layered in top. The eggs were fluffy and well-seasoned, and the addition of the tofu was a smart move. The tofu wasn't seasoned but did give me the protein boost I was looking The tortilla held up admirably, not soggy despite the generous filling. While it's airport food, and you should adjust your expectations accordingly. People's Organic managed to provide a well-executed breakfast and was a decent option for a nourishing meal before you board. Be prepared to open your wallet a little wider than you would normally for a similar meal outside the airport; however, if you're a fan of plant based protein it's something you should anticipate.

    Really Greek Salad togo

This spot within the MSP airport is a convenient find for travelers on the go. It's easily accessible within the terminal, and the layout is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate both the rushed and the relaxed. For those tight on time, the pre-packaged food items are right up front - easy to see, grab, and go without waiting in line or navigating a menu. If you've got more time to spare, there's also traditional restaurant seating toward the rear of the store. It's a quieter area to sit down, unwind a bit, and enjoy a more leisurely meal. On this visit, we went with the quick option and grabbed the pre-packaged Really Greek Salad - as you can see in my pic. For a grab-and-go salad, it was fresh. The produce was crisp, the feta was plentiful. The accompanying tub of dressing was flavorful without being overpowering, and it brought all the ingredients together nicely. What I especially appreciated was the thoughtful variety in the salad--it wasn't just the usual cucumbers and tomatoes. The addition of garbanzo beans and farro gave it extra texture and heartiness, making it more satisfying than the typical airport salad.

Food: 8/10 The cheeseburger was a hit. The bun was soft, the cheese was perfectly melted, and every ingredient tasted fresh and high quality. No complaints from the kitchen. They showed up. Cocktail: 10/10 Classic Martini with Tito's. YUMM! Perfectly made. Service: 0/10 Mary Anne, on the other hand, seemed like she was being held hostage behind the bar. When I sat down, she barely acknowledged me. I figured she might be slammed, so I let it slide. I ordered a drink, which apparently required ingredients this bar only stocks in theory. So I simplified it. Still no vibe shift. Ordering food felt like a burden to her. No smile, barely a response, and when I asked for water, she stared into the void like I had spoken another language. I actually repeated myself just to confirm I hadn't imagined placing the order. She wasn't rude in a loud way. Just quiet, cold, and clearly uninterested in doing the bare minimum. Maybe she was having a bad day. Still, if you're the face of the bar and you act like customers are a nuisance, it's a bad look. The food was great. The service made me want to eat it somewhere else. I will say, Mary Anne may be mean but she makes a great martini.

Good food - fast and friendly service - nice healthy, organic breakfast spot when traveling through MN airport.

    Zone Omelette (3/5)

Ehh.. a bit stressful during my experience here. Service was a bit delayed despite not having many people at the restaurant. Ordered - Zone Omelette (2/5). I could not eat this. Asked for no cheese and they still served me cheese. Since I needed to hop on a flight, did not ask them to re-do it but it was explicitly made clear that no cheese was preferred. My credit card was also swiped incorrectly with another person's and thankfully the other person was nearby so we exchanged our cards and had to tell the server to help with reconciliation. Our cards had a pending charge that lasted a week or so and just added to extra monitoring. Will I re-visit? Maybe... for a water bottle or one of their packaged meals to avoid getting things mixed up.

Upon arrival to the MSP airport, we were quite hungry. I checked out Peoples organic given the vegan options available that can be accessed by QR code and also per menu available. Service was timely so that i could get to connections in good time. So i ordered the Cowboy burger with salad since i was hungry yet appreciate a healthy choice. The burger had a nice fried onions and flavor in the whole burger. The green salad gave a nice healthy greenery to the whole meal.

Peoples organic is one of go to spots when I seeing a movie . They have such a variety and everything always is beyond fresh .. "organic " haha For a drink I had the ginger turmeric tea hot with cream and sugar . I wish it had been a bit hotter . The tea bag itself was just beautiful with all the aromatics . This tea is packed with flavor and just made me want to snuggle up on the couch tucked in a blanket . The flavors are bold and bright , just such a delight . The ginger is the star here . For dinner I had the chicken and goat cheese ciabatta . Chicken, goat cheese, roasted tomatoes, organic spinach and tomato aioli . The ciabatta was incredible so light and fluffy it was like eating a ciabatta cloud . The sandwich itself was underwhelming it lacked flavor and depth . The goat cheese was just bland , which I feel is odd for goat cheese . Honesty just not my favorite , it definitely needed something . Their newish Southdale location is super cute and the patio is also large and inviting .

Peoples Organic is a healthy, fairly vegan-friendly chain in the Twin Cities. Replacing what used to be a French Meadow outpost in MSP Airport, this location has two labeled vegan desserts and a couple vegan food items. I got the vegan brownie ($3.49) which was thick and chocolate-y, but also got boring after a few bites and was too heavy. They also have great loose-leaf teas which is a nice change of pace from low-grade bagged varieties. The service is friendly if erratic and scattered (which one can only expect from a busy airport cafe). Whenever I'm in MSP Airport, I'll definitely stop by Peoples to grab a vegan snack.

We stopped in here for lunch in between flights. It's across from gate F6 and it gets a recommend from me. I had the grilled Rachel which was a turkey Reuben and it was great. It came with a mixed salad and basaltic vinegar dressing on the side, also very good.

I was trying to be healthy-ish...and the next door Chick-Fil-A line was massive. I decided to give PO a try, and I'm glad I did. Much more positives than negatives. Pros: 1) unique food options that don't look or feel like fast food. 2) excellent descriptions of the food options so you can feel good about your choice. 3) prices weren't hideous, especially when compared to what you get. 4) Salad greens were plentiful and fresh, salad dressing was yummy, grilled cheese was filling (cheese was melted, bread wasn't soggy). 5) packaging seemed mindful. Cons: 1) food took a while, probably 10 minutes (but people waiting for CFA waited longer!). 2) shared food court seating is minimal. Bottom line, i would definitely eat here again if I find myself in the F concourse.

Chef Pedro took our order (bonus points) and we had a lovely conversation about New Orleans. The menu here has a lot of New Orleans food intertwined. Based on where Pedro previously worked in New Orleans, he has an outstanding culinary background. I was going to order the Muffaletta, which can be served hot or cold, but they were out. When I heard why, I was impressed. In New Orleans, the gold standard of bread is Leidenheimer. Minnesota doesn't have the same bread (Trung Nam Bakery is the closest substitute). Pedro uses Leidenheimer for his Muffalettas. Pedro also makes his own olive salad. I am looking forward to trying a Muffaletta. My husband ordered the Zambon Dip and really enjoyed it. I had the Herb Brooks Focaccia. It was great. Big portions. What is really funny is I knew the North Stars as I worked at the Met Center. Fun memorabilia too. On street parking and some tables outside. What we used to call a neighborhood joint. Stop in and say hi to Pedro. Now I just wish he would make Gumbo with some okra and filé.

The creole mayo added that nice creaminess. The homemade pickles on the side added that little vinegar punch to cut thru the richness of the sandwich. Smoked salmon BLT. Huge potion of perfectly smoked salmon. The smoke and crunch of the bacon was a perfect pairing. This is an amazing creative surf and turf. Overall: This is a must try on your Minnesota food tour.

Unfortunately, this Firehouse felt more like a fire drill -- lots of motion, not much coordination. The staff looked like and acted like they didn't want to be there and then someone had just yelled "everybody make sandwiches!" and then left the room. Service was slower than boarding Group 9, and by the time my sub arrived, I was halfway through my emotional support chips. As for the sandwich -- let's just say it didn't quite live up to the usual Firehouse standard. More like Smoke Detector Subs -- something was missing, and it definitely wasn't flavor from being too fresh. Two stars because I did eventually get food, and it was edible. But next time I might just grab a granola bar and call it a win. If you're hungry and have time to burn, give it a shot. If you're in a hurry... you might want to bring your own siren.

Also made my order after another couple. It should be first-in-first-out at the airport. I wouldn't mind the delay normally but at an airport, time -can- be precious.
