Needed something refreshing and light. Casual counter service place I can enjoy now that Roti is not an option anymore. Ordered their platter dish and a regular gyro. Really liked the fresh crispy salad and the nice char on their kabobs. Pita came warm and soft. BUT the best thing was the thick Greek yogurt sauce. I ordered a gyro I thought the pita was delicious and different because it was nicely cooked with some crispy edges. I thought the meat was average. I was craving a gyro and literally drove from Northfield for this. The guy who took our order was very welcoming, the lady making the food...not so much. They were not stingy with the meat, so I was very happy about that. The 3 tomatoes was a little annoying, and my traditional gyro wrap barely had any tzatziki sauce, so I got a side of that. However, their sauce is pretty much just the yogurt. It should be slightly tangy with hints of maybe dill and/or lemon. So I'm not a fan of the sauce. The chicken kabob wrap was pretty good and loaded, of course with just 3 tomatoes. But the chicken wasn't tough and the sauce was distributed nicely. The fries were a mix of crunchy and soft, I preferred the crunchy. They season the fries with a seasoned salt and there was some on our table if we wanted to add more. And ftr: They oddly play Indian music here. Nothing wrong with that. It's just the last thing I'd expect to be playing in a Greek restaurant, but whatever, the food was good. One thing I didn't like was the access to the straws. They're just open and in a bucket so you just grab one. A bit unsanitary. read more

We had the kabob feast and the meats (beef, lamb and chicken) were super tender and perfectly seasoned. It came with pita that was soft and fresh. I really wanted to like this place more- I love Mediterranean food and this is the closest one to my house. Maybe it was a bad order on my end but it wasn't something to write home about, especially for the price. Ordered in store for carry out on a friend and they were super busy. I thought it would be like a they make your bowl as you build it and then pay and walk out with it , because that's what the set up looks like inside. Maybe during non peak hours that is how it works? But I waited about 10-15 min for my order which felt a little odd for the type of establishment. I ordered a chicken gyro bowl which comes on either rice or a greek salad. I ordered it on a greek salad. It wasn't bad but it wasn't anything special, which is different for this cuisine. Usually I order gyro meat out because I know it can't make it like that at home. I paid like $15 for it and it felt overpriced for what you actually got. Probably won't be returning unfortunately. But it seemed popular when I went so maybe I am Missing something delicious and special here. read more

My coworkers, and I stopped here for lunch, and we were not disappointed. I really liked the selection of toppings meat choices and how you could get your food. Whether that is in a bowl, a wrap or a plate. I had the volcano bowl, which didn't have a description anywhere of what was in it, which I recommend they put the description on their menu, there was just a sign that said it was the best. So I took a chance on the volcano bowl and was not disappointed. It was a little spicy, but nothing more than Sriracha heat. I really liked it and would definitely come back and get that again. my coworkers got the chicken bowl, the chicken euro plates and the chicken kebab plate. All of them loved their food and enjoyed the toppings, sauces, and meat selection. I personally really liked the pickles. The toppings were all very fresh and seasoned well. we will definitely come back here, my only complaint was that the menu didn't have everything on it, and did not have all of the descriptions. I would love to have them cater for a work event since they are so close, but didn't see any information on catering so we'll have to ask next time I'm there. If you're looking for authentic Mediterranean cuisine, and in this neighborhood, make a stop! The ability to customize things worked great for me and my coworkers. Utterly disgusting! Came here for the first time thinking it would be fantastic based on the number of great Yelp reviews. Warning: this is so, so, so far from even decent Mediterranean food. I watched in disgust, after paying for my meal, as the chicken in my bowl and gyro was microwaved ... I wanted so badly to ask for a refund but had to suck it up because I convinced my girlfriend to try it with me. Just an unfortunate experience, and I feel bad leaving a poor review for a business, but since I only came based on previous reviews, I want to help potential future customers avoid the same mistake. We tried some take-out from Kuubs. It was OK but I wouldn't order it again. We tried the lambino gyro and the grilled chicken gyro. Both OK but not very flavorful. Also got the Greek salad. This was small and mostly lettuce and onions. The side of hummus was two small scoops and you have to pay $2 more for four small pita pieces. Overall, not a good value and you can get much better food going to Med Box in Chanhassen. read more

If you are looking for a great Mediterranean spot in the Eden Prairie area then look no further. This fast casual joint has taken up residence in the old five guys spot and I tell you what it's a hell of an upgrade. Owner Nour is seriously devoted and passionate about his food. It's a breath of fresh air actually. A few things you'll find on the menu: deliciously mouthwatering wraps, bowls, hummus, spanakopita, and baklava. You can't go wrong with any of it and everything is made with TLC. Some highlights for us: the lamb kabob wrap is incendiary and so succulent. The hummus has some red cabbage which really makes flavors pop. The bowl has some basmati rice that's so to die for and the pickles are imported from the Middle East and wish we could take a giant jar home. Check this spot out asap! read more

Recently had the pleasure of dining at Kuubs Modern Mediterranean restaurant for the first time, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the owner's warm welcome made it comfortable ordering something different or not familiar. We also asked for recommendations and owner recommended the lamb curry which did not disappoint. The volcano bowl was also delicious and they were not stingy with the meat and sauces. One thing I would recommend would be including descriptions and/or pricing on certain items on the menu since some food items were either unlisted or not priced on the big screen and small chalkboard. In all, Kuubs is a great restaurant to dine in or takeout and very delicious. Will be visiting again! read more

Placed an online order for my business. Got a confirmation email thanking me for my order stating it would be ready at the stated date and time. I was doing pick up. I got here and they claim they have no record of the order, so nothing is ready. Saw this new fast casual Mediterranean restaurant on Yelp - so glad I decided to check out this new place! I had the chicken kabob bowl with Greek salad (you can choose rice or Greek salad). Such a wonderful collection of flavors amongst the grilled to order kabob, warm pita, tzatziki sauce, hummus, cabbage slaw, feta, and pickles. As others have mentioned, the price point is a little higher than other area places, but the high quality of the food makes it worth it. First the pros: Warm pita bread, ok gyros, friendly service, clean (new) fast service restaurant. Now the cons: Very expensive for what you get. "Fresh" cut fries were lukewarm and soggy. Tzatziki was strangely thick (more like sour cream than yogurt). Hummus lacked flavor. It costs $17 for a gyros sandwich with fries and drink. My gyro was fantastic, but unfortunately I don't quite see the hype that everyone has had about this place so far. So for $6, I got an upgrade to my gyro to include a drink and fries, which were pretty mediocre. Super expensive for what it is. Not sure if I'll be back anytime soon. read more
