Can't get a hold of the general manager. When I called, your customer service person, Barbara Perez contacted your service department. I asked for a refund for your services and let them know about the state police, claiming my sub frame passed inspection, along with other things they that said failed and needed to be replaced. The police said he couldn't find anything wrong with my car. He inspected the old tires too and said they did not need to be changed. Now I also have on paper that my break pads were still good too. Your service department tried to claim i needed over $6000 in repairs and my visit to Koons Toyota costed a little over $1000. Barbara Perez with customer service was rude and unapologetic. She claims "But you authorized the tire change." I told her "Yes, because your service department claimed they needed to be changed but when the police inspected them, he said they were fine." Barbara Perez then said your service department inspected the tires better than the police did. That isn't true.

I wish I had done my due diligence and read the reviews before I made the trip to this dealership…read more They were one of the few dealers that had a particular car I was looking for. My friend and I arrived and started viewing some of the cars. Marcus came out and greeted us and provided information. My friend talked with Marcus and we ended up going for a test drive. Marcus provided excellent customer service but unfortunately did not trump the disrespect and rude behavior we experienced from the manager Steve. We made it clear to Marcus that if we could negotiate a deal in my budget we would leave with the car that evening. He went over to talk to a manager and Steve came back with paperwork for financing instead of leasing. When we clarified that we were interested in leasing options Steve became annoyed and rude and abruptly left as if we were inconveniencing him. He returned with the correct paperwork and we attempted to try and negotiate the price. Steve was rude, unprofessional and cut us off. I could tell Marcus was embarrassed by the manager's behavior. My friend and I immediately got up, thanked Marcus and shook his hand and walked out. I ended up finding a great deal from another dealer. I will NEVER give my business to this dealership and recommend others stay away as well.

Zero Stars: I would avoid this service center at all costs…read more I initially brought my vehicle in to have suspension components replaced and specifically requested OEM parts. Less than 30,000 miles later, I began hearing suspension noises. When I returned, I was told there was nothing wrong and that they could not replicate the issue. The noise continued, so I went back a second time. This time, I was told that my suspension components were failing -- which made no sense given that OEM parts should last far longer than 30,000 miles. That is when I was informed, for the first time, that aftermarket parts had been installed instead of OEM. To make matters worse, they presented me with a $7,000 estimate for parts that had been replaced less than two years ago. The service manager, Steve, insisted that this was simply an estimate from my original visit. That was not true -- the estimate included additional services that were never discussed during my initial appointment. It became clear that no one was reviewing the maintenance history of my vehicle. After I raised concerns with both the service manager, the GM, and Honda corporate, the diagnosis suddenly changed from "the entire suspension is failing" to "it's just the right driver-side strut." They replaced the strut, yet the noise persisted. On my third visit, I was told there were loose bolts near the steering rack and motor mount and that the issue had been resolved. I still hear the noise. At this point, I am extremely frustrated. The shifting diagnoses, lack of consistency, and failure to properly review service history are concerning. I strongly believe I was being pressured toward an unnecessary $7,000 repair. As a "resolution," they offered $300 off an $800 rear brake job. I do not trust the quality of work or the transparency at this service center. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here -- not even for routine maintenance.

It feels like a hundred years ago I was tracking a used Porsche Cayenne & in parallel a used Porsche Macan 6 cylinder. Faithfully for months he has called politely to my home and left me extremely professional & helpful voice mails if he feels he has something on-site I would be interested in. I'm never there to answer since I'm a standard DMV workaholic, but I always smile when he does. Superstar performance, knowledge, energy & enthusiasm for what he does. One of a kind. When I am in a different position I will absolutely be buying from Mr. Madden. I was waiting for the call back to give the deposit and then would be taking a cashiers check for the remainder of the agreed upon price.  I was very excited, this was my dream car.  I received a call from the finance person Jay hours later only to be told "sorry I just sold that car".   My husband called and spoke to the manager Taryn who stated that even with the deposit it was not a binding contract so therefore they could still sell the car if they wanted to. And they did just that. Not where I come from, a deal had been made.  My husband is a business owner and being a retired former business owner there were many times I could have made more money on something I was holding a deposit on.  I have more integrity than that.  Due to our business practice of "a deal is a deal" we have both been successful.  I have since gone to another dealership and gotten my dream car.  Due to the lack of integrity of both the manager Taryn and the finance manager Jay at Porsche Annapolis I would not recommend this dealership.  Which is unfortunate because working with Jake was a great experience.

Julian Connor is a top notch salesman and spent the better part of his Tuesday understanding what we were looking for, letting my wife and I test drive the car, working out the particulars of trading in our existing GLK 350, and initiating paperwork and financing for the new car. He's very knowledgable - not only about the cars they sell but also about the entire process of buying one, which makes for a seamless experience. He's also a pleasure to talk to and seems to genuinely value his customer relationships. Once the sale was done, Julian stuck around to make sure we fully understood all of the car's features and were ready to hit the road. Larry Cash, Sr. was wonderful to work with on financing and patiently walked us through all the details with a great deal of clarity. Like Julian, he put us completely at ease through what would normally be a bit of a stressful experience. The dealer itself is one of the best located we've come across, very close to downtown Annapolis and the harbor and in a great neighborhood with several restaurants. The showroom has a positive vibe and is not overwhelmingly big like at many dealerships. Everyone seems happy to be there and they were all great to our 3 year old, who was in tow for the duration. We left Annapolis with what we felt was a good deal on a great car and did so without the normal car purchasing pain. Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis makes the case for getting your car through a dealer and we look forward to continuing to do business with them in the future. Thanks, Julian, Larry and team!

After a terrible experience at Heritage in Bel Air where I was insulted and dealt with shady car salesmen, I was pretty on edge going into this process, but this team completely changed everything for me. MJ took care of me and ensured I had everything needed, he was very knowledgeable about the car and walked me through its features. Carley really helped solidify the deal, making everything feel fair, transparent, and straightforward. And Alex in finance made the final steps incredibly smooth--no surprises, no stress, just clear and efficient. This was hands down the easiest, most stress-free car buying experience I've ever had. The whole team was professional, honest, and actually enjoyable to work with (which says a lot when it comes to buying a car!). You can tell when you walk into a dealership the integrity of its staff and this place definitely values transparency and integrity! I was immediately put on hold for 8.5 minutes then was disconnected. I called right back and went through the faulty telephone tree as before. This time instead of speaking to a person I was asked if I wanted a call back. I did. Two hours later, not having heard from the service department, I made another call. This again wound up with my being offered a call back. I again agreed and again received no call within a reasonable amount of time. A fourth call finally got me through to a service writer. An appointment was made for two days later at 8:15 a.m. I was told that the work would take 1.5-2.0 hours, so I elected to wait at the dealership for repairs. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told the wait would be a minimum of 3.5 hours. I called my wife to pick me up, disrupting both of our morning expectations. There's no excuse for that kind of stupidity. This service department doesn't appear to know what they're doing. When I finally retrieved the car, the bill was 150% more than what I was expecting. If I can find another Mazda dealer in the area, I doubt I'll be returning to Fitzgerald.

I was annoyed with the free car wash that was promised (one of the salesman's selling points) every time you bring your car in for service. I have never seen a more half-ass wash in my life. Also, I took my vehicle in for a recall service last August and they didn't even bother to wash it. I was going to let it go and just take my business elsewhere. My wife didn't let it go and asked that a manager give her a call. Apparently the manager is waaaay too busy or he/she doesn't give a damn. A week has passed and we still haven't received a call from the manager. It's only a car wash, but it was promised and I hold businesses to their promises. If they let simple things slip, how will they handle bigger issues? I guess I'll never know because they've lost my business. Three months later after being required to purchase a new battery over $700 to inspect the possible water damage, and continuous phone calls and messages I received a text message informing me I would be charged $75 a day for storage. I responded "when was I going to be notified my car was fixed and ready for pickup." It was then I was told the order would be placed for the repairs. I was notified again via text my car was fixed and ready for pickup. I picked my car up the next day. I received a phone message from the Service Manager John(?) referencing my survey and stating, "Because you have not had a good experience with Audi Criswell you will not be returning here to have your car serviced and you can find someone you are happy with." Unbelievable, I've had my 2017 serviced for all maintenance for nine years and my new Audi has less than 36,000 miles. I was told by the Service scheduler I was due for a system update (?) and it would take up to six hours and a loaner could be provided via speaking with Marvin(?). I called Marvin three times, left messages everything over six days and never received any return phone call or.response. When I spoke to John(?) I am still scratching my head ilon how to proceed. He would not give me the information on how to escalate this matter. Does the owner know how he's being represented? Or does Audi International know how they are being poorly represented. Someone who has information on how to escalate this please let me know.
