He said he could get it done before then and was not available for the following 3 weeks. He engraved the name on the wrong side and said that it was unfixable. Called the store to order me a new one and said that it would be on the house... they didn't have any available so he grounded down the metals on the original knife and re-engraved on the other side like I asked.. finally picking up a knife March 4 when he said it was supposed to be done before Christmas. The knife is not in the same shape it was when I initially brought it to him. It was brand new. The knife now does not close correctly and I told him that and he got very frustrated and raised his voice at me and told me he doesn't have time to talk to me and to take a knife and get the F out of his store.
