Perry's is off the beaten path a bit, but there are big yellow signs guiding the way. The stand is on the front porch of house. There's a bell to ring for service. We ordered a Frybread with bean and cheese and an Indian taco. Both were really delicious. I did feel like this bread was thinner and crispier on the edges than I'm used to but the middle was soft and pillowy. The beans were a little on the bland side, but admittedly, I would have wanted hot sauce either way. Right now there are two picnic tables, which probably isn't enough seating when it's busy, but there's a plan to add more. I'm glad I got to patronize a small, indigenous and family-owned business that serves delicious food.

One phone call with a scant 2 hour notice, brought the MSCC team to our door with a complete, top quality catering for 40 guests that was raved about all evening. I wish I could give them 10 stars! The store was very aesthetically pleasing...calm..and simply had good vibes. They owner was so sweet. She welcomed all the visitors with kindness and..even offer to show me around the space the store was using to host Saturday's weekend local market, too! Apparently, they do host local markets 9am-1pm every Saturdays from late Spring (say April? to October (before it gets too cold)! I will definitely check this out the next time I'm in town on a weekend day! I loved the drink and food were made and served with love. I had their special matcha latte with hint of coconuts and I really loved it. Their avocado toast was scrumptious and hit the spot for a late morning munching for me. Honestly, I had a hard time deciding what I wanted...so I guess next time I will also try something else as well. Check this place out! Mindfulness was my favorite part of my last position, stopping to chat and teach others how to slow down within just a few minutes. Coming here, that is way more possible - THE DEPOT makes this possible for anyone who has that need or desire. PineTop-Lakeside has a new coffee shop and it's worth the stop. It is worth the drive. And, you'll feel welcome here. (BTW I still love a few other shops on the Rim...but right now this will likely be my spot 75% of my time).

Last night we threw our Kick Off the Holidays party and had it catered by Thumbs Up. I lost track…read moreof how many people I invited, but that didn't matter, there was lots of food! Leslie and Mike made the evening perfect! As hosts my wife and I didn't lift a finger unless it was taking a bite, and all night long our guests were RAVING about the food! The pulled pork and the pineapple chicken were down-right drool worthy, and I loved the fresh bite of the fresh sweet peppers stuffed with a cheese mix! The hit of the show though were the snacks and desserts. The sugary pretzels and apples with Carmel dip, and the fruit with chocolate dip, and the brownie bites with this dab of Carmel magic, and the Bourbon snack mix.... oh and their SMOKED CHEESE!!! Obvi I thought it was amazing. The food really was out of this world, the friendliness of Leslie and Mike kept our guests entertained, and they cleaned it all up!!!
