We decided to stopped here for a midday snack. The person who took our order was quite rude (bearded guy) when we were trying to inquire more information on the pretzel dogs section and what's inside of the different ones. He gave us a smart ass answer with "you never had a sausage before?" And didn't explain what's in them whatsoever - we were taken aback and just ordered the basic. Train your employees better. Pretzels were decently okay, extremely doughy, they're just huge for the price so I believe that's why people enjoyed this place. I got the cinnamon sugar pretzel and it was exactly like its name - thick layers of cinnamon sugar - very sweet and the size of my whole forearm. Cute little pretzel shop near downtown Wilmington. Definitely a very relaxed and cozy vibe. You order at a kiosk/ipad in the front. They have lots of flavor options - sweet and savory. They have stuffed pretzels and pretzel dogs too. We opted for just regular salted pretzels with a few dips - cheese and honey mustard. The pretzels were too thick and doughy for my taste. They were well seasoned and the dips were tasty. I just wish they were a bit thinner and crispier on the edges. read more

Super cute fun little pretzel place. The staff was super friendly and welcoming when we visited. They have iPads around the store that you can view the menu and order from, but you can also order at the cash register. My husband and I shared a pepperoni and jalapeño pretzel and enjoyed it. The dough was tasty and the salt was perfectly sprinkled around the entire pretzel. They also have a fun assortment of sodas, beers, and dipping sauces. Their new location is way bigger with seating inside and covered seating outdoors. However, there are only two bench tables outside. 2 TVs are inside. The ordering system is to fill out a sheet of what you want, grab drinks, then bring it to the cashier. There is a sign of the steps inside, but it's not noticeable right away when you enter. There are a lot of different sodas (Dang!, Big Ben's, Red Rock, Capone, Hanks, always ask for Avery, dad's, filberts, etc). Beer will eventually be available. Pretzels are made to order so be prepared to wait a few minutes. So you know you're getting a fresh pretzel every time! However, they did have some pre-made salted pretzels in the warmer. Each pretzel is $6 unless you get a salty, unsalty, cinnamon, glizzy (hot dog stuffed pretzel), then it's cheaper. I tried cheese and pepperoni, mac and cheese, krab dip (mixed with cheese), Cheddar and jalapeno, and a brownie. They even threw in half of the salty pretzel on the house. Everything was delicious! Part of the krab dip pretzel did get a little soggy so don't wait too long to eat it! Glad their new location is closer to me now! read more

This place was so good! The inside was so cute, the ceiling had murals on the tiles. The employees were nice and service was fairly quick even though they were busy! My sister and I both got a sweet and a savory pretzel, so we ended up with a chicken bacon ranch pretzel, a cheese and pepperoni pretzel, a brownie pretzel, and a nutella and marshmallow pretzel. the CBR was my favorite out of all of them, it was so savory and delicious. The cheese and pepperoni was very cheesy but was also very greasy and you should get some kind of sauce with it. both sweet pretzels were very good but the nutella one didn't seem to have marshmallow in it. After driving by for the last two years, today was the day I stopped to try it out. We talked with the co-owner and got the history, back story and then put in our order of savory pepperoni/cheese and artichoke/spinach to go.Both were made fresh to order and took only 10min. They both were still warm when we got home. OMG, so good. It was more than enough for me to eat just one and my wife had half of hers. Fabulous.
