Upstairs area for 21+ only, an amazing wood fire food truck that will deliver your food if you are downstairs. The couches were amazingly comfortable. Staff all nice & consistently going around cleaning. Live music that was not too loud. Cons: need to add umbrellas to the benches outside; add a 21 and up only sign on both sets of the stairs and on tables/door because people with kids were coming from the stairs by the food truck because they didn't know. Need to add cocktails or more seltzers for non-beer drinkers. A possible elevator for upstairs & a bathroom for disabled people would be a great addition although I know that's not always feasible. Husband loved his blueberry sour beer. it was refreshing with a very prominent blueberry flavor. read more

Ok, so this place has the best views of ANY brewery I've visited. The rolling mountains in the background makes this spot a nice place to chill out and relax. It's located in the Cumming City Center, which feels like a mini plush LA hot spot. Shops and restaurants right at your fingertips. In this particular day, we had a rented space for a graduation party with two big comfy couches, ledge seating facing the mountains and a roped area with appetizers. There was also a live band playing across the street. Unique about this place are the flights. You can order a massive 14 flights or 7 or less. The only thing they need to keep up with are more options on beers. Decent options of IPAs but could use some additional options of: Hefeweizen (perfect for the scenery), stouts, apple ciders and some spicy beer options. The witbier was actually pretty close to a Hefeweizen and I found as my favorite. The Mexican lager, with lime, was my second favorite. These two were very drinkable ... as in easy to crush or sip/enjoy. They were out of the "stout" so I had to pout but probably for the best to avoid gout. I liked the Kevin ... hmmmm, wonder why? Overall, this is like the winery of breweries ... meaning it's worth the hike for the views and beers. Your girlfriend, wife, significant other, mistress will enjoy it ... tell them you're going to a brewery with a winery view ... or just say shopping is right there. You can find Crooked Culture Brewing at 421 Vision Dr Cumming, GA 30040. This is one of those new developments off of Canton Highway that combines a mixtures of businesses that can feed visitors to the nearby Lou Sobh Amphitheater during events. I'm not sure how busy it is outside of events, but I found the parking to pretty much suck, there doesn't appear to be enough of it. I visited with a few friends coming from Cherry Street Brewing at Halcyon on a Friday. This location is pretty far out as it took 23 minutes to get there with little traffic, from Cherry Street. It's very easy to find, with a tank on the corner and parking to the rear. The interior of this place is pretty stunning with high-end finishes, a very high ceiling and a room divided off to the side (plus it appears there may be a private room off stairs and a mezzanine). We arrived around 2:30 and there were about a dozen patrons already seated. The crowd when we were there were definitely in the boomer/GenX range and as the place filled up it was more of the same. There's an expansive bar with a pretty decent variety on tap. They had 14 taps with 11 listed, 4 different IPAs, 2 sours, a Mexican Lager, a Kolsch, a Bohemian Pils and a Whitbier. Peach Punch Sour - 4.6% ABV - I liked this a lot although it had an off-nose with the initial sip - afterwards it drank fine. 4/5 Today was a G'day - 6.6% ABV - New Zealand hazy - nice mix of slightly dank hops and citrus notes, a bit grapefruity with a dry finish. 4/5 Gordon's Survival Guide - 5.9% ABV - Hazy Pale - fruity notes with a dry body and finish, fairly easy drinking. 4/5 Service was great with very nice people pouring behind the counter. There was a vendor there selling pizza (didn't appear to be on premise) but otherwise no food is available (it's not a brewpub). Overall a great general impression - I'm looking forward to spending more time here. read more

I love this brewery! I have been to so many breweries all over the south and beyond. To finally have one so close to my home in Cumming, Ga is a dream come true. I have had multiple flights over several visits and there were very few I didn't care for but those were mainly because they were out of my comfort zone not because of the brewery. It's a great space very well done with multiple areas to choose from inside and out. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and every team member appears to have the ability to correct any issues on the spot without having to track down a manager or an owner first. They not only have flights but you can have a 5 or 7 drink flight versus many breweries zero to 4 fight plans. Fantastic Food Trucks are a definite plus!! Big room, a little on the noisy side, but there is a side room for parties which would make the place great for a gathering. No food here but they have a food truck present to meet your needs and there are other local places that bring food (pizza!). I think there is rooftop space but I didn't check it out. Back to the beers-- I enjoyed how each beer had its own glassware, a different style of glass for each style of beer.
