Good food. It looks nice inside. They usually have deals on the Lucys every couple of months.

bourbon cranberry chicken salad--10/10!
Judson H.

We had a great experience both times we visited the Crooked Pint while in Fargo, both times being for lunch and dinner on the same day! We liked it so much we decided to come back! Lunch was lighter fare for me: I had the bourbon cranberry chicken salad, and everything about it was great! The chicken was cooked well and with good portion, the dressing had good flavor, the rest of the salad toppings were portioned well and complimented each other, and the greens were fresh! I normally don't love salads that much, but this one was pretty great--would order again! Once the day was finished, we decided to come back and grab some burgers and wings, and they did not disappoint! I recommend the bourbon molasses sauce on the traditional wings--they're pretty big wings and sauced perfectly! We also grabbed the giant pretzel and the poutine! The beer cheese was good but a little thick, and the poutine had a great flavor but could've had more gravy on top! But hey, if the only complaint is wanting more of the food, then you've got yourself a hidden gem, which is what Crooked Pint feels like tacked right beside a hotel! Anytime I'm in Fargo, you can be sure I'm going to the Crooked Pint!

Alaskan Ale

Food was very good, definitely would come back for that. Unfortunately the place was a little bit understaffed. Wait staff were very personable, when they came to the table which was once for order, then to pick up the dirty dishes... even sat with empty glass for over half of my meal... no checking on how food was or to see if I needed anything else, which was to bad because I was ready for dessert, Dairy Queen here I come. Again it was a Ver nice place with great food, just disappointed with service tonight, maybe being a Tuesday was the reason?

Kona Big Wave on Tap, they have HAPPY HOUR on Saturday's!!!

Very chill and relaxing place to grab lunch. Food was great, beer was cold. They have happy hour on Saturday afternoons. I will come back again!

GIGANTIC pretzel and very excited hubby

Great place for comfort pub food. We were traveling with our pup so we needed a place where we could eat outside. They have a great patio and we're super accommodating to serving us, even though we were the only ones sitting outdoors. We ordered the hot tot, Mac n cheese, and gigantic pretzel. Since we are vegetarians, we ordered emerging without the beef and it was still delicious. And when they say "gigantic pretzel", they really mean it! It was perfectly cooked. If I was to criticize anything it would be the cheese sauce for the pretzel... it was a hard cheese, instead of the hot and gooey cheese you normally expect for pretzels. Still really good, though. Shout out to Austin who was a fantastic server. Great sense of humor, super helpful, and prompt service.... Can't ask for anything better.

Lucy Burger menu with salad wording
Dan A.

We wanted burgers and Crooked Pint has awesome "Juicy Lucy" burgers. What they don't have is great service. If you look at the attached screenshot, you will see that the burgers are served with fries OR seasonal side salad. So, my family picked the seasonal side salad, assuming it was included, similar to fries. To our surprise we were billed $3.00 for each salad. When we pointed out the language, the server indicated that "it's not worded very well." Not an acceptable excuse. This review is to serve as a warning to others. CONFIRM what salad you will be getting and any extra charge.

A big black lump of "potato" from the mashed potatoes.
Brittney S.

Food was expensive for how much I was given, and they gave me mashed potatoes that had obviously gone bad already. Disappointed.

Walleye Sandwich

Good beer selection but that's where the positive part of my review ends. I ordered the walleye sandwich and it was both the blandest and most expensive fish I have ever ordered. Literally zero seasoning, and the fish was bony. Even worse the breading peeled away to reveal skin that certainly did not look like it came from an actual walleye. Absolutely will not be returning. Very disappointed. EDIT: added a start because our waitress was attentive and friendly, and my fiance's club sandwich was actually pretty good.

This food would've been bomb in like 2004, or if you've never eaten anywhere. Painfully average.

The food and beer always good. They are happy to let you sample the different beer, so I never get one I don't like.

I dined in with a group of 12 on a Monday evening and had a super young server who was very gentle and kind, yet not equipped to handle a table this large. Not only was our server not ready to host, I don't think one employee in the building was. Everyone seemed to ignore our big table and we had to serve ourselves for a majority of our stay. To start, we all went around the table and ordered drinks. The server didn't know many of the beers and couldn't find a mojito on her tablet. She later came back and told the group there was no mint to make a mojito with which should have made her life easier because almost every person got a beer. It took about 25 minutes anytime a beer was ordered and was almost a guarantee that it would get delivered to the wrong person at our table. At one point, we started a game of swapping drinks or just accepting beers that were brought to us in error. When I say this was a total disaster, it was. It was embarrassing for this establishment to say the least and I really hope management looks into it. When it came time to order appetizers, we ordered a variety and that seemed to go over smoothly. The cheese curds and pickle fries were my favorites. The only issue was that utensils, plates and napkins were not delivered until 30 minutes post app delivery forcing our group to share the appetizer plates and me to go up to the bar and grab napkins for everyone. The food order went decent as well. The quality of the food was outstanding. Many people ordered burgers in my group, a couple of wraps and I opted for the mama's Mac. I loved my meal. Personally, I didn't have hair in my food, but 2 others did. Sadly, the service needs extreme work and perhaps chef's hair nets can also be implemented. Bummer!!

The burger selection is honestly impressive. With 50+ specialty burgers on the menu, there's something for everyone--from classic builds to bold creations piled high with unique toppings. The quality of the beef stands out: juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Even the buns hold up well against the towering stacks. Beyond burgers, they've got solid appetizers (the fried pickles and cheese curds are local favorites), good wings, and a wide beer selection featuring regional and national brews. Portion sizes are generous, so come hungry. Service is typically friendly and fast-paced, even when it's busy--which it often is. It's a popular spot for a reason. For an appetizer, I ordered the cheese curds, they were hot, but very average. Not bad, not great, just your standard bar-style curds. For my meal, I decided to try something different and went with the donut burger. Definitely an odd combo, but it was fun to try while in town. Flavor-wise, it was fine, unique, but not something I'd order again. The mac and cheese side, though, was a miss. Easily one of the weakest parts of the meal. I'm not sure why so many restaurants struggle with mac and cheese but still feel confident charging extra for it. On the bright side, the $5 happy hour drinks were great, generous pours and a solid bartender. Overall, this place is your average, run-of-the-mill sports bar. Nothing special, but not bad if you're just looking for a casual spot to grab a drink and a bite.
