Frank and Carlos did an AMAZING job! Highly recommend them. They fixed my sliding screen door, replaced some some window screens, and replaced a screen door. Their work product was top notch! They showed up on time, were very polite, and kept their work area very clean. They exceeded my expectations. My new screen door looks exceptional and the slider glides like butter. We no longer have a gap in the door and the bugs are kept out. Couldn't be happier

About two weeks later Frank and his guy came back and installed the screen door for us, even hauled away the old one!

They were here for 3 days. They communicated everything, were always on time and left everything just as they had found it or better. They were so knowledgeable and professional and everything looks so great. It looks like a new house. I just can't say enough about these guys.

Instead, we experienced nearly a year of delays, shifting explanations, broken promises, and unresolved warranty issues. The installation was originally promised for January 2025. It didn't occur until June 3, 2025--nearly five months late. Unfortunately, the door arrived with multiple defects that we documented immediately, including a dented frame, paint defects, improperly finished grids, damaged weatherstripping, and screen frames whose paint began peeling during normal wiping and cleaning. To be fair, the subcontractors who performed the structural opening modification were professional and did quality work. Our concerns have never been with them. Our concerns have always been with the condition of the product itself and how The Window Factory handled the problems afterward. We reported every issue on the day of installation. We were assured a technician would be out within a week. That never happened. Consultant James later confirmed the repair items had been approved under warranty. We believed the company would stand behind its product. Instead, weeks became months. Timelines repeatedly changed. We were told repairs were delayed because the company was "waiting on parts." Eventually, after months of waiting, technicians finally returned in November 2025. Despite all of the prior explanations about waiting for parts, no major replacement parts were installed. The visit consisted primarily of cleaning drain/weep holes, replacing some weatherstripping, adjusting one interior lock, and using the same bottle of touch-up paint that had already been left at our home months earlier. The dent remains. The paint and finish defects remain. The screen frames continue peeling during normal cleaning. During that visit, one technician acknowledged the ongoing screen issue and said the office would follow up regarding replacement screens with the factory-applied baked finish we had originally been told they would have. No one ever contacted us. The previously discussed refund was never honored. Our follow-up emails went unanswered. More than six months have now passed since that November visit without any meaningful follow-up. What has disappointed us most is not simply that a product had defects. Manufacturing problems can happen. What matters is how a company responds when they do. Throughout this process we tried repeatedly to resolve the matter privately. We accepted compromises. We continued giving additional opportunities to correct the issues. We remained patient through months of delays. Unfortunately, the communication became increasingly inconsistent, commitments were not fulfilled, and the matter was ultimately left unresolved. We paid more than $10,000 for what was represented as a premium custom installation with warranty support. Instead, we were left with a damaged product, unfinished repairs, unresolved warranty issues, and a company that ultimately stopped following through. Our hope is that sharing our experience helps future homeowners make a fully informed decision before signing a contract.

I was referred to Bobby by a local lumber/window store. He was prompt about going to our home and…read morewalking through the entire house and telling me exactly what every Fleetwood window and door needed. He said he would be available almost immediately to do the job. He indicated the job could be completed in one day with him and his son working together. He seemed quite competent and personable and knowledgeable. However, he never sent the bid and when I called him he promised to be sending that info the next day because he had already written it. It never came. Then his phone message box was full and I left four messages and he never returned the call. I texted him three times. No response. I checked the Internet and found the very negative review being the only review of his company. I do not recommend that you use this man. Apparently other people have gotten back to the initial business which referred him to me with complaints similar to mine. I guess I was lucky to have not had the work (which theoretically included two additional houses I was referring to him) done by him. I am out three or four weeks of wait time but no money.

I made the mistake of trusting Bobby and we ended up spending thousands for someone else to finish the job (after EIGHT months of waiting for Bobby to finish a job) and fix the mistakes. One window was not properly fitted or sealed so that during the recent rain storm, it was raining inside the house through the cracks around our brand new sashes. Bobby told us the frames were salvageable so he repaired and told us they were paint ready. When the painter started, the frame caved in from rot. Then we had to have a new window frame custom-made to fit the undersized sashes. An expensive learning lesson, one we couldn't really afford.

This was an outsource from Home Depot and not impressive. To start with the good, Ruben the owner…read moreis very nice and has a lot of experience. But he has younger less experienced workers who operate mostly unsupervised. Matt is knowledgeable and a hard worker but tends to cut corners a little. He left several windows dirty on installation with hand prints all over and put screens on the windows without wiping dirt off the window that got on it from laying it down in the dirt prior to installation. I also noticed when the foam sealant was getting low that he kept trying to use every last bit which in turn led to some poor foam coverage compared to what was given to other windows. I can feel for him because he seems to do the bulk of the work by himself. But if I'm paying over $17,000 for some windows to be installed, I expect a certain level of care and respect for the job. The other guy was ok, but not the best attitude. They left my gate open on day 1 and the dog got out and had to be found a few blocks away. It was a 100 degrees out so that was not fun. They then left the gate open several more times. On day 2 and around the 5th of 6th time of me having to say please keep the gate closed, I let him know hey this is getting frustrating. And his reply with attitude was "I coming right back " It would've been nice for Ruben to show face on day 2. There was one window he had to remove molding to install. He said he would nail it back in. I said no problem. Just do your best. He left that. I don't believe the others carry the same license or experience he does. And he isn't there to oversee their work so it's not much different than hiring 2 randos. Home Depot offers a pretty strong warranty. So I've taken my notes and tried to provide them the opportunity to address my concerns, but I'll run it up the flagpole with Home Depot and see how they respond. Home Depot has been slow to respond. The company sends out youngsters to complete the job. These guys are rude and unprofessional and get agitated when you have issues with their installs.
