You need to put all the ingredients in the hot soup to cook.

The restaurant is located on Eat Street. Parking can be challenging, but it's comparable to other restaurants in the area. The noodles are prepared in the traditional Yunnan style from China. You'll be served an extremely hot stone bowl filled with piping hot soup. You then add the ingredients to the soup to cook them. After 2-3 minutes, you can enjoy the delicious result--it's a super fun experience! I highly recommend trying the sour pickle soup. The waiters were very friendly, and the service was quick. You can scan their app to get a $2 discount. The space is uniquely decorated with Chinese bamboo and traditional hats, adding to the ambiance. We'll definitely be back in the winter, as the stone bowl keeps the food warm for a long time!

A friend told me that this was a real and authentic location to get this dish and it did not disappoint! I came with a few friends and The service was great and fast and the staff were all kind! They let us try 3 different types of broths first - we tried the tomato broth, one of the spicy broths, and the original. All were delicious! The one that stood out to me was the tomato broth and the original. The tomato was like a nice warm soup that I'd like to go with grill cheese, and the original was so smooth and flavorful. I decided to go with the original broth with pork belly and it was amazing! Everything came out spectacularly and you get unlimited noodles! The noodles had the perfect textures and the pork belly melted in my mouth, it felt like home. Overall, excellent experience and will definitely go back.

We walked into the restaurant and were greeted by a very kind man who sat us immediately. The restaurant was very clean and not super busy. We ordered the popcorn chicken and smashed cucumbers to start our meal off and thought both tasted great! The cucumber was perfectly balanced in flavor and super crunchy. For our main meals we ordered the Tom Yum & Pork Belly bowl and the Original & pork belly bowl. The broths were very flavorful and delicious. I loved how hot the bowl kept the soup. I was a little bit surprised by how little came in the tray for the add ins but it ended up being more than enough! The pork belly was extremely tender and delicious and the add ins nicely complimented the soup. The noodles you're given with the meal were chewy and delicious! You get a big portion. Our server was extremely nice and our food was brought out quickly. All of our food only came out to around $50. For the excellent food & service, i thought that was a very fair price! Would definitely come here again to try more.

Really enjoyed my meal here! The food is high quality, the space is nicely renovated, and they offer generous portions. The service is also top notch, including offering samples of the soup bases before ordering. I'll be back!

Loved my first experience at Cross Bridge Noodle! We went on a Friday early at 5pm and it was pretty quiet but it definitely picked up as it got later. The service was great and everyone was so friendly & kind, it definitely made me want to come back. I love that you can try the different broths first before committing. Everything we got was delicious and I'll certainly be back! They also have a rewards program that's super simple to join, just give your phone number and they sign you right up when they take your check.

I'm not in the downtown area as often as I'd like to be. But when I am, I have to find yummy food! Walked into Cross Bridge Noodle right at 5pm on a Friday and it was still quiet inside. The server welcomed us in right away. The ambience was exactly what I was craving for a soup dinner. Our server was so kind & attentive, he even offered us to try the soup broths before ordering. This gesture amazed me. We ended up splitting Shrimp Fried Rice & the Tom Yum Soup (not as spicy as I anticipated and was so thankful to try to broth first). Both hit the spot. As time went on, the tables filled up- which to me is always a great sign of a great establishment! Wonderful experience. Will be back for soup & genuine hospitality!

We've come twice now and it's going to be a staple in the rotation. Prices are so reasonable. The food is superb. The noodle texture alone is worth the trip. Service each time has been above and beyond. Decor is nice and restaurant is very clean

Great hot pot spot. First time and absolutely loved it!  The food is really fresh and delicious. the service was amazing. We totally will come back again.

Cozy Hmong-American restaurant with French-influenced pastries? Count me in! I literally updated my destination to this restaurant while in the uber and decided to grab a bit of food before heading to my hotel. I had no reservation, but arriving a little after 1 pm on a Monday had no wait for a bar seat. It's such a cozy, homey restaurant with light wood, light brick, natural light, few plants inside and a very casual patio with picnic tables outside. I could see this place being a tough reservation during peak times. I hadn't eaten all day and was extremely hungry. I opted for the king crab omelette with red curry beurre blanc. I got a side of sticky rice to make it slightly heartier since I was so hungry and got some pastries to go, since I was in a bit of a time crunch to make it to my hotel and take some work calls. Service was incredibly friendly and fast. My server really did Minneapolis proud, chatted with me about my trip, gave me other great goodie recommendations to fill out my dining for the week, and overall really made the visit special. The crab omelette was unreal. Simultaneously fresh, light, but with a hint of kick and richness from the red curry beurre blanc. Excellent flavor combo. I got the crab Rangoon danish and the coconut pandas croissant to go and ate them for breakfast the next day and they were still so light and fresh with unreal flavor combos. The pandan was my favorite and I tend to be a savory over sweet pastry girl. This place is deserving of all of its hype and more. I honestly really wanted to go back and asked if I could try to sneak in a reservation to come again for later in the week, but sadly they are when I was free the rest of the time I was in town. Absolutely scheming to come back to Minneapolis just to eat here again!

Overall, the service and lack of attention to detail really took away from the experience.

If you like sweet and sour chicken, this dish is for you. Chicken mushroom noodle soup was a little bland. But I was sick, and this was filling, warm and heartfelt. They also gave generous amount of black mushroom, which I really like. I would not get this soup if I am not recovering from cold or not sick. Chili oil was also tasty and you can tell it's made in house. But, if you are a vegetarian or don't eat a lot of meat, your options are very limited. Service was fast and you can even scan menu and order directly through the code. Vibes are cool and we went around 4. So it was quiet and chill. We will be coming back!

We ordered the scallion pancakes, Sichuan wonton in chili oil and the Mongolian Beef entree. Everything was delicious! The scallion pancakes were a little bit thinner than I'm used to but the flavor was great especially with the provided sauce. The noodles were excellent just the right consistency that you get out of hand-pulled noodles. The restaurant was overall very quiet and laid back. With pretty artwork and a nice vibe. The window where you can see them making the noodles was a really nice touch. Parking was a little tricky (make sure to park in back) but if you can snag a spot you don't have to worry about street parking. We'll definitely be back one of these days for more noodles!
