Since he came over full time things have been getting handled on a more timely basis. It's pretty unbearable how thin the ceilings and the floors are if you have loud neighbors upstairs or downstairs ( they are VERY thin) You don't really hear your next door neighbors at all. There are EV parking spaces and the rates are the best around. They do get misused at times with residents leaving their cars there for hours past their completed time ( currently working on this issue) The complex does a nice job of community upkeep as well. The front office can only do so much while they are here, but once they are gone, it's up to the residents to take care of the community.

Imagine my delight when it turned out to be a surprise, 24/7 surround sound experience featuring what sounds like a community of 20 vocal canine residents. Apartment 119, in particular, seems to be hosting the premier nightly debate club. It's like living in a luxury dog pound, minus the adoption fees:) Every Wednesday morning is an exhilarating, high stakes game of musical chairs. If you enjoy the thrill of fighting for a single open spot while admiring the historic preservation of cars with expired 2023 tags, you'll love it here. And if you want a second spot? They generously allow you to manifest that dream by just adding a casual extra fee to your already modest rent!!! They love promising you one set price and then change as soon as you're ready to settle. They also switch managers like someone would change their underwear... that should say something. Forget going to the city zoo!!! we have our own local collection of rats and roaches right here! They are incredibly friendly and love to explore the complex at all hours of the day SO CUTE... At a beautifully affordable $2,400 for a one bedroom and a steal at $3,200 for a two bedroom, you really get to experience what it feels like to pour your hard earned money into a literal black hole. Even the laundry room feels upscale, doing a single load of sheets feels like putting a down payment on a brand new car. I'd say more, but the atmosphere here is so incredibly exclusive and highly classified, it almost feels like we signed a top secret government NDA just to get the keys. Come for the luxury pricing, stay for the emotional rollercoaster and impending financial crisis! 10/10 would question my life choices again:) Also those dogs are NOT service animals.

I have enjoyed living in this community for 5+ years and a lot has changed since I first moved in. I don't know what we would do without Armando. Aside from maintenance requests, communication with the property management can be challenging because its a bit of a revolving door.... but Armando! He is patient, kind, hard working, has excellent time management to make repairs quickly, has really great attention to detail with our property's needs, and I can always trust him to come through with a solution if anything needs attention in my home. We have had so many property managers over the years, and changes to staff, and his resilience to stay true to his work ethic is phenomenal and one of the reasons I continue to enjoy our beautiful community. We used to have a food truck come to the community, or little events to get to know our neighbors or new staff, text alerts when things are going on in the community, and a security on site especially at night to prevent parking issues and crime and while those things have seemingly changed, the man who keeps our property beautiful and clean is going strong. This needs to stop ! I've been living in these apartments for quite some time now it has come to my…read moreattention to the point that I am looking at how to report these apartments to the city .the neighbors invited me to a kids pool party on the other side of the apartments and the bald maintenance guy was there with his kids . As he sees us there , he's picking up the chairs and moving tables around to organize them back to where they belong then he finds where to sit . And he sits near kids that are not his ! He takes out his phone and it looks as if he was taking pictures of my daughter and he was sitting down on the chair with his phone up . Keep in mind His daughters where in the deep side of the water but far away from my kids and the phone was directly at my daughter I told my son to go act as if he is opening the door to check and as soon as my son is near him he admittedly puts down his phone down and acts if he was doing something else . I get up to open the door for other people and I see him just looking at my daughter !! It's been a couple months now that we haven't use the pool because of him . The second time I see him was outside of the Chapman village apartments near the trash can I was walking my dog with my kids , and I turned on the camera on my phone and start recording I put my phone on the back of my pocket jeans as soon as I got home I checked and I caught him on camera turning quick and smirking . I don't know if it was for me or for my kids and that made me uncomfortable in a perverted way !! I told my neighbors downstairs and they say it's not the first time this matineance guy does this ! He's always serious and making everyone uncomfortable! It came to a point where one of the older girls from downstairs neighbors says he's always looking at her when he's walking around outside .

I must say living here has been a great experience. Carmen who is the leasing manger does a remarkable job making sure me and all the other tenants have everything we need. When I always put in a work order it is always done in a timely manner with the great maintnance guys on property. I don't want to live anywhere else. I'm very glad I chosen a community like this to live and I look forward to the wonderful things this property has stored for me in the future!!!!!!!
