The Fire Fighter roll belongs in my personal top five: an ideal contrast of crunchy texture and silky raw fish, lifted by bold, layered sauces that deliver both flavor and heat. The Tiger roll was equally impressive -- bright, fresh-tasting and finished with a spicy mayo that was spot-on. Service was attentive and genuinely helpful, the dining room and bathrooms were very clean, and the ambiance fit the meal perfectly.
