Eagle was easy to work with and very helpful in researching what kind of Andersen windows we wanted - we got different glass types for different facing windows which makes our house cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. It has been two years now and we couldn't be happier. Our electric bill is much lower and we have had no problems whatsoever. Installation was quick and professional. You can expect to have to call BHNV back several times to even get the shotty work patched in a half hazard way. They came out quickly to provide an estimate and were able to create a quality custom solar screen in a week while other local companies were estimating over 6 weeks just for an initial consult.
