Did my trial class with Jon and it felt so good that I decided to get the unlimited membership.

Megalit has become one of my favorite workout spots. It is a lagree studio that really challenges…read moreyou. My body starts shaking within the first ten minutes of class and I always leave feeling accomplished. I try to go at least once a week and I have noticed a big improvement in my core strength and overall tone. The instructors are great and really help guide you through the moves. The only thing I would change is turning the music down a bit so it is easier to hear the instructor lol Overall, a great studio and a solid workout!!

I love this place! I first came here with the Brickell Women community and had no idea what Lagree…read morewas. I thought it was just Pilates 2.0 but please don't ever call it that lol. I've become the strongest and leanest that I've ever been with what feels like minimal effort. It's "hard" at first but after two classes it becomes very "easy" on the body and helps build your mental strength which dominoes into other areas of life. I love that each set is slow paced but the sets themselves move very fast, a great cadence for people who get bored easily. I've worked out with Sean Perry (the owner), Christopher Push, and Dorian Nicholson. Sean is very attentive and kind and is great for total body and abs. Christopher will absolutely push you to your limits in the best way, you will leave his workouts feeling accomplished and brand new. Dorian is great for beginners and very informative and energetic! I also love the price point for this location. It's about $100 a month for 5 classes, which I attended weekly. So far, the most affordable in the area. I'd walk or jog there to and from Brickell, which is about a 3 miles or so and would get my 10k steps in for the day via the travel. There is also free parking in the back if you decide to drive. I would definitely recommend this place because of the cool staff and the cool small businesses they support inside (seamoss, fresh juices, jewelry, art etc). Overall 10/10

Yeah, sorry guys this review is a year late I went in October 2024 during their grand opening with…read moremy cousin Diamond (Yelp Elite too!), and I still remember how much fun I had. Listennnnn, I really broke a sweat faaarealll. The staff was super upbeat early in the morning and I don't even like talking to people that early! But they were legit: correcting form, checking in, motivating you through every round. + The Workout ___________________ Classes start every 10 minutes so smart especially if you are a busy person. You rotate through 4 circuits, 10 minutes each, and the trainers guide you through the whole thing. It's intense! The vibe? Very community, not one of those gyms where you feel stared at. + Location ________________ It's in that big plaza in West Pines (you know, with Sam's Club or Costco). Tons of parking, but if you're late, that walk is brutal in the SoFlo heat. Inside is small but super clean, new equipment, and they use every inch of space. Grand opening had free towels, water bottles, and local vendors. + Customer Service: 10/10 + Overall Experience: 10/10 + Would I Be Back? ______________________ Probably not. I'm not spending a small fortune on fitness, especially when I have access to multiple gyms through a work app for just $40/month. As a RN, I try to be smart with my coins and this spot, while great, is just too pricey for the size and setup. If you've got the funds and want a HIIT experience with flexibility and structure, Sweat 440 is it. Well-run, motivating, and worth trying at least once they do give you a free trial so take advantage. This establishment has been Tamied™
