I first walked into the studio with several sports injuries and an extremely limited idea of what Pilates even was. The owner, Barb, is truly wonderful, and took the time to ask me about what my fitness goals were, what my current issues were, and where I would like Pilates to take me. Talk about caring- you're not going to get that anywhere else! My formerly problematic hamstrings and badly healed rotator cuff injury no longer pain me, thanks to careful and expert instruction at the hands of the Pilates Connection staff. Every instructor is highly trained, really down to earth, and very talented. They want to help you become your best YOU, and not in a cheesy way either: Pilates helps you inside and out. I've become so much more aware of how my body moves, and my flexibility is lightyears better- not to mention the amazing toning and strengthening benefits! Also, there is no judgment at the studio. You don't have to be a fitness buff or a supermodel to fit in like other gyms or studios. I honestly could go on forever about how much I love Pilates Connection. Try it out yourself and see!

The staff is friendly and the coaches are empowering. The workout is 50 min rotating between a rower, treadmill, and weights. They also have classes with the treadmill only or weights only. The workouts change up a lot with some reoccurring events and challenges. They have benchmark classes where you can track your progress. I'm excited to start transformation challenge in January, and I'm a big OTF fan.

I really enjoy working out here because the workouts really make me feel accomplished afterwards. The trainers are extremely encouraging, positive and creative with the workouts. I do have to modify a lot in order to keep up and they are perfectly fine with that. They are like a close knit union but they welcome newbies with open arms. I've never felt so challenged in my life! I started bootcamp at the end of the season, Thanksgiving will be the last day and I'm already looking forward to starting back up after the weather breaks. So whether you're in shape, out of shape or in between, I'd say give it a try! It was the best decision of my life!!

I've worked out with Armond when they (Terrance, Shawn, Candace and Armond) started Run This Town. It was a movement in the city for fitness and I was just returning to Detroit from Atlanta. I've meet a lot of amazing people through RTT so I will always support. The gym has expanded. There are a variety of classes from CrossFit, Zumba to booty bootcamp. Whatever you're looking for can be found here. Without the Black Friday deals. Classes are $15 to drop in. I haven't viewed there membership packages. All of the instructors are nice and welcoming. The exercises are high in intensity and offers variation so that it doesn't become mundane.the music is always good. The vibes are great. They have water for sale that is not overpriced. I enjoy Jabs gym and would encourage anyone to try it out. If you are struggling to keep up you can always take a personal best knee. But it's hard but it will get your results if you're consistent.

The entrance is on the side of the building...it can be a little tricky to find.

With that being said i will definitely be back. The workout was just that. I was there to exercise & it felt like i had a personal trainer or 2 due to the amazing staff! They are very accommodating and considerate! And the way my body felt the next day... Who am I kidding the rest of the week for three days! I know that I'll be toned in no time.
