This is the sweetest hometown place to stop for breakfast. The people are so nice. Breakfast was your simple home cooked style. Loved it.

From the outside looking in Summit looks like your average new age storefront. But the moment you…read morewalk in that all goes away, you're greeted by intoxicating aromas that satisfy the doubt of "just another trendy coffee shop", especially if you catch them baking the incredible sweet treats that they offer! As basic as it sounds, get the chocolate chip cookie and DONT scrape off the salt. It's INCREDIBLE!! Above that the coffee they serve here is truly top notch, so many different notes in so many different brewing methods... if you truly love coffee, come here and don't be afraid to explore something off your usual path. The incredible team behind the scenes at the Highland Creek store has been absolutely incredible. Welcoming a new patron with open arms and making sure I leave completely satisfied gives you that feeling that you're not just another customer. Especially if you engage in conversation of their offerings. Summit might be classified as a "chain" due to their multiple storefronts... but this one runs like a small business that cares. Thank you so much for what you guys do!!

Stopped by here after searching for a coffee place I haven't been to yet…read more It was 9:30-ish am on a Sunday and had a decent amount of customers. Some working, some ordering to go, some hanging out with friends. The playlist was jamming! Was my first time here and was easy to order. The menu is on the wall and they have the seasonal menu there as well. I got the brown sugar cinnamon latte, warmed. It was good but not super strong in flavor. A hint but not milky if that makes sense. I'd order jt again. And it's reasonably priced. A little over $6 for a 16. oz. THEY DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR MILK SUBSTITUTES!!!! I love that concept and wish all places did the same.

Really great, local café that I will absolutely be adding to my regular coffee shop + bakery…read morerotation. Plentiful parking out front. Good amount of seating inside (mostly 2-seaters; one larger table reserved for bigger groups). Helpful and friendly staff who were amazing with my little one. You have to try a slice of the basque cheesecake. The plain slice (with no whipped cream or fruit topping) is not overly sweet and the perfect amount of "burnt" & creamy. We also tried the madeleines, which - as the café's name suggests - were on point. And the garlic bagel is a garlic + cream cheese lover's dream. The iced dalgona latte was such a treat. Sweet with a creamy foam and topped with crunchy cookies - very well balanced and delightful to drink. The prices reflect the care and high quality of the products. Come support this amazing local spot and enjoy their unique, thoughtful offerings!

She got their garlic bagel--the only type of bagel they offer - and it was generously stuffed with delicious, aromatic garlic. She enjoyed it! The café is decorated charmingly, with little Madeleine cookie designs stamped throughout the space. They have a small section with some gift items for sale. They also sell Madeleine cookies, of course, though we didn't get any. The service was given with genuine smiles. The prices were normal - not a deal but not over-the-top. We enjoyed our breakfast and will happily come back!
