Dr. Ji bought out the practice from Dr. Habermeyer, who was, in my opinion, a dental saint. Dr. Ji is not as warm or caring, and was quite rude to my dentist-phobic child. She also seems to push extra treatment and is more a "scold" than a partner in dental care. When I had a dental emergency, I was only able to get a message on the machine; I later heard that "we have had trouble getting other dentists to cover when we're out of town."
