We love a thicker, moist, pulled corned beef and good gracious--this corned beef Reuben was fantastic. Our mate had a classic BLT. No complaints. Killer bacon. How could that be wrong in any way? The chicken here is really interesting because it's marinated in pickle brine. You can definitely taste the brine, and it adds something you didn't even realize was missing. My wife used to order the same thing, but now she tries something different each time because she knows she can share my strips. Everything she has tried has been good. Also worth mentioning: they have really good ranch dressing. I was surprised when I looked up Crafty Cow on Yelp and saw that it had less than four stars. Looking at some of the older reviews, I'm guessing it may have had a bit of a rocky start.
