This is the first place that has provided me with the full package- professionalism, efficacy, friendliness, and good atmosphere. The physical therapist Laurie is great and has a great understanding of my problems and how to solve them. She is very perceptive and direct, which I appreciate. The treatments and exercises are made clear and are even printed out for you, in case you don't remember. The other staff is great as well, like Shea, and the front office staff, who are all very competent and responsible. Patients even get a reminder call the day before the appointment. In addition, now that I finished my 15 sessions of physical therapy, I can continue and maintain the exercises I need for my rehabilitation through their Fit-for-Life program. This allows me to have my own personally tailored exercise plan, and I can come in any time in the week as long as someone is there. I am not self-disciplined enough to do all these exercises on my own, so this is a great way for me to continue improving my core strength and building up my energy, while being careful to not injure myself. Besides the physical aspect of it all, the social atmosphere is positive and friendly, and their equipment is state of the art. All in all, this is the best physical therapy place I have to, and trust me, I have been to many.

After a hiking incident, I received a ACL reconstruction using my quad tendon, meniscal repair, and some other things, so I needed physical therapy to be able to walk again. Over the past year, my experience working with Sheree, Shay and Melanie was AMAZING! They were attentive, supportive, flexible, motivational and made my recovery process enjoyable. Spending 2-3 hours doing this recovery was not always fun, I cried sometimes, but this staff made me feel safe and comfortable. Along side Sheree, Shay and Melanie's care, the techs, James, Ethan and Julio, and receptionist, Yessenia, were also a pleasure to work with. They honestly felt like a family in the end. I LOVE this office, and would recommend to anyone dealing with physical pain, or a post-operative recovery. I am moving out of state, which is the only reason we're ending care, and they gave me more exercises to work on! Upon arriving at the appointment, the woman behind the desk offers no greeting, no smile as I walked in. I walked up to the desk and informed her that I had appointment. I fill out all the paperwork. Then she tells me there is likely going to be an additional $125 charge for an evaluation. None of this was mentioned beforehand had. This should have been mentioned before I made the appointment. Receptionist needs to learn to smile and offer a greeting when you are on a public-facing position and the company needs to present all fees up front.

She always worked with me about re scheduling my sessions when needed due to my work making my days less stressful. About my sessions: I was diagnosed with osteonecrosis. When I started my PT with Dr. Harvey Wallmann, my husband had to take me to my sessions in a wheelchair. Nobody could touch my knees because it hurt so much. Learning to mobilize was painful. I got very little sleep and I was afraid of even walking. Harvey (he wanted me to call him like that) was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient and so was the STI team Denise and John. After three months of 3 sessions per week, my Orthopedic Surgeon told me I have improved 7/10 which at my age I didn't expect it will be that much. Of course, I put my time and effort even when It was painful at the center as well as at home. I can sleep now, walk around the house and even walk around my neighborhood. I have just been discharged from my PT on my fifth month and can't wait to see my Dr. Tomorrow to confirm I'm fine now. I am using my guest room now as a permanent mini PT room where I keep doing what I learned. Health is everything and I feel blessed, humble, and grateful.

He was able to quickly discover the root to my problem and give me specific remedies that didn't involve 500 more visits.
