Removed a sofa and loveseat. Replaced a sofa with two person wall hugging recliners. Perfect. Had a fireplace cabinet made to exactly fit where the loveseat was. Wonderful. we have heat and ambiance on cool days. In addition to that hand made cabinet, they added a smart tv which slides down when not in use. Repaired a gas leak in our fridge and repaired the sealed compartment. Removed an old tv from above our windshield that we didn't like the location. They built a new cabinet there to fill the space and matched our woodwork! To top that off, we had them tear out old walls and replace them with fresh new walls. Put in a smart tv to replace the old tv in bedroom. Rewired all the satellite and antenna wires. They also found a gas leak under our RV and fixed it. We just can't say enough about the work and craftsmanship. If I could, I would give ten stars. Better than we ever imagined.

Despite…read moreonline researching and trying some suggestions for fixes we could not get it to light and work with gas. Being from the Elkhart area we headed home and made an appointment. They were able to get us in within 2 days of our arrival which was surprising in and of itself. We arrived at our appointment and talked over the issue with the technician and let him know it worked fine on shore power and had been working great. We made him aware that we had just replace the propane regulator to try and fix the issue. He talked over some possible issues then set about to fix it. He checked back with me frequently throughout the process and showed me what he was doing and how I might troubleshoot in the future. The issue was not with the alde system but a result of air bubble in the gas line feeding the system. Despite taking his time up to find the issue we were not charged the regular hourly rate. I HIGHLY recommend their service team and would definitely return there for any future service I might need. There customer service is top notch.

I started investigating the issues and found that every piece that was plastic broke. After a bit of trouble shooting, several discussions with a fellow Luxe owner and a load of phone calls with Certified RV, I decided it was going to be cheaper and easier to replace the entire hot water heater. Tammy at Certified RV helped me get what I needed. Certified RV's tech Scott provided some valuable insight for the install as well. It is amazing how nice a hot shower in our own rig feels! A huge shout out to Tammy at Certified RV for all her assistance making sure she got me the parts I needed as soon as possible. She truly went above and beyond the normal to get us the parts. After replacing my gray water tank around the middle of May 2025 they inadvertently put a screw…read morethrough a hydraulic line while reinstalling the under belly. I was unaware of this until a month later I noticed hydraulic fluid seeping from the edge onto the frame. I checked fluid tank which was a quart low. I finally got it in for service July 15th in Dewey, AZ where they found the screw into the hydraulic line. After hydraulic line replacement and degreasing it cost me $1000.00. I contacted Custom RV repair several times and got the runaround as they said they'd have Brian call me which he never did. Don't trust this business as they won't back up their work or mistakes. They stiffed us! We had a Schwintek slide issue. They came and looked at it, stated they would…read moreorder replacement motors and come back in a couple of days and fix the issue. We told them we were leaving in 7 days. After waiting 5 days, I called them to follow up. They stated they were having a hard time locating the parts and would get back to us later that morning with an update. After not hearing from them, I called back and they told us they were looking a used motors. I hesitantly agreed because of the time crunch. I also questioned their diagnosis as the noise was grinding gears, not a motor noise. They called me back the next day (the day before we were leaving) and informed me they would not fix our slide with no explanation of why. Luckily, there was a Lippert Technician in the campground. He happily came over and diagnosed the issue as a worn H channel and a slide alignment issue. He was unable to make the repair due the short time frame, but explained exactly how to repair the issue and provided me with their local shop information if we wanted to have it repaired with them. Maybe the fact that JCS stiffed us was a blessing since they mis-diagnosed the issue!
