I came to crown cleaners even though it's ~10 mins from my house because I had a very special, luxury wool coat that I needed dry cleaned and crown cleaners had the best reviews I could find... Since then I've been wildly impressed! Cathy is so warm, friendly, and a wonderful communicator. Her and Peter gave me tips on how to spot clean some of the spills on it myself which worked so well. Then they did a great job on dry cleaning (& I've taken a number of other items here and everything has turned out well). But what has been most impressive is the dedication and communication from Cathy. I was leaving for a trip and called her and she stayed past closing so that I could pick up my items. Best dry cleaner I've ever used, and here's why: - The owners are so nice, and somehow (I have no idea how) always remember you no matter how little you go - They get out any stain on earth. Seriously. I took a dress here that another dry cleaner had already tried to fix and failed (it was a red wine stain on a cream dress) and they got it out no problem - and for less money than the original botch. They have never yet failed to get out a stain. - The service is above and beyond. I put in a dress to get dry cleaned one time and it had a bead on the back that was broken. They rang around a bunch of different places to try and get a new bead and then rang me to apologise because they couldn't find one that was the same. What other dry cleaners would even notice?!
