Not sure if they're in the process of renovating but even when I came here few months back, it still looked the same so I don't think they're in a renovating process or it would have been done by now. Quarters use to give 7 minutes and now they give 5 minutes. You'll get your basic laundry needs done here if you're just coming to wash and dry clothes. I personally haven't used their services but seems like they're great base on other reviews. There's some cute decors around the place now but the place is absolutely filthy which is ironic when it's a place you come to get your clothes cleaned. Machines are dusty, found pet hair or some kind of fur in some machines, floors are dirty, and it looks like someone was sleeping here and left their blanket here. A worker came in and didn't even bother getting rid of it. There's wooden boards around the place too and benches are dirty which sucks if you want to just stay, relax, and wait for your laundry. Some pros: they have a vending machine for snacks and laundry needs and they have a scan and pay on some of their machines.

They continued to say I could've had a friend bring it in before since the print was recognizable...even after I told them it is a very expensive & popular brand to which I'm sure they've seen the print and possibly same dress. The response honestly felt dismissive, and almost as if they no longer wanted the job because I had not chosen their company first. What confused me most is that the room still clearly needed cleaning regardless. All machines are coin operated; however, the least expensive washing machine was 4.25! Luckily, the change machine worked, but to purchase laundry detergent and softener did not! Also overpriced at 2.50 for a small box of Tide and Downy. I had to run down the hill to a local convenience store to get a travel sized liquid Tide (at least that was only 2 bucks). Laundromat is also very dirty and not well kept at all. They dryers appear to be brand new and the washing machines appear to be in newer condition. At least the dryers are .25 to operate. To sum it up, do not patronize this business unless you're in dire need as I was (visiting, on foot).

The customer service is amazing. I can't think of another business like it. I have been here maybe 2-3 times in a year and somehow Kathy remembers my name and my story. The bad news is, besides not being friendly or even telling me his name, is that I had a big red spots on my sleeve 4 months ago and I told him this wasn't there when I dropped off. Not only did he immediately state that it had to have been there at drop off but he did so without emotion. He didn't even offer to clean it again. I can't believe I foolishly continued going. On 4/24/26 I picked up my shirts. One of the shirts had a major amount of brown stains on it. Like coffee. But the shapes were so weird that even if it was coffee, it wouldnt be in a square shape outline for a portion of it. When I told him (can you believe I still don't know his name or his wife's name?!) these spots were absolutely not there when I dropped it off, he began to give me this speech denying it was not their fault of responsibility and it was there when I dropped it off. I told him this is the second time it has happened and don't you think i would notice it when I unbuttoned my dress shirt of which I have to take my watch off first. He didn't want to hear any of it. Cold, no emotion, it was disturbing. Again, he never made an offer to try cleaning it again. So bizarre. I told him that just prior to the last time this happened it seems you are using a new "plant" to do the cleaning. I mentioned that there is now a plastic clip on the shirts and you were aggressive in asking me to allow my initials on the shirts so the shirt can't be lost. He denied changing to another plant. I also notice this store isn't paying to be on Yelp anymore. A year ago, he was on Yelp as a highly rated dry cleaner. Why stop paying Yelp to be on Yelp? Lastly, this place is not inexpensive and you would expect to be treated better for how much and how long I've been there. This is my first Yelp review and I hope you read the other negative ratings about this business as they are on point. I write this today, 4/26/26.

They love to break the buttons on my shirts. My shirts are no different from anyone else's, I can't understand why all the buttons are getting cracked. And I usually find out about this when I get home. Now I find that they like to ruin shirts by spilling, some sort of paraffin or chemical agent on them. The photo shows the most egregious example of just poor workmanship. I don't like trashing a place that actually has hard-working and nice people working there. Same time, I'm getting substandard service, even though I'm asking for the same thing everybody else does when they walked through the door.

I brought it in and they looked it over, giving me a receipt that stated my coat would be ready in 5 days. It took 10 days and when I removed the plastic bag and inspected the coat, the same three small milk stains were on the back left hip which I had pointed out when I dropped off the coat. The coat also smelled musty. I'm convinced that it wasn't cleaned, but was wrapped in plastic to convince the customer that it had been processed. I live on disability insurance and have to stretch every dollar so this was particularly upsetting to me. I then took the coat to a different dry cleaner and it came back clean and smelling fresh.
