Priority Express is the best dry cleaner I've found in the marina! They do a wonderful job with my comforter and nice blankets, and turn the items around super quickly. I went to Peninou to have a suit cleaned and they did an awful job and tried to charge me $100. The didn't remove any stains and used way too much heat. The suit came back wavy and wrinkly. I took it to priority express a few days later in a time crunch. I was thinking my suit was probably already ruined. Not only did they get most of the stains out, they did it in less than a day, only charged me $20, and called me when they said they wanted to keep it an extra day to focus on a stubborn stain. FOR ONLY $20!. Literally the best dry cleaner I've ever been to. The lady on the phone was very nice and accommodating and understood I was a little nervous about having a $3,000 suit cleaned in 24 hours. Thank you! read more

I was visiting from out of town and didnt have laundry access, came here since it was a short walk from my hotel. The staff here is very friendly. I dropped off my clothes for fluff and fold service. My clothes were ready early which was great. Everything was nicely folded and clean with nothing missing. When im back in town ill definately come back here. Do not get your wedding dress cleaned here. Not only did Priority Express not clean the dress but the dress came back with new scuff marks. Priority Express said that they couldn't issue a refund as they don't do the cleaning themselves (they use a third party). If getting a wedding dress cleaned, my advice is to find a cleaners that specializes in wedding dresses and one that does the cleaning themselves. Very disappointed with the poor service at Priority Express Cleaners. read more

Gloria and her team are the absolute best. I never thought I would grow to be so attached to a business. I've been going to priority express for the last 4 years and even though I've relocated to NYC this last year, I still bring all my most expensive items back to SF when I visit so that I can drop it off here (even though my building offers dry cleaning services, I'd still rather put in the extra effort to going here). If there is something they're not able to fix/remove/clean, they are always very upfront that they'll do their best but there's a chance it won't be perfect - except every time they've said that, it's worked out better than ever. This is my first Yelp review, and unfortunately it has to be a negative one. I get my clothes dry cleaned via my company at this location, and consistently (for me anyways), my clothes have been torn up. Over the span of 8 months, at least 4 shirts and as of today 1 blazer's sleeve have been torn. The blazer was the last straw. Every time I try to inquire about any sort of compensation or figure out whose been ripping my clothes, I get deflected or something along the lines of "You brought this to us ripped and you can't prove otherwise. We don't need to compensate you." That's not good customer service at all. A few shirts I can understand, yes its possible I overlooked a rip and brought it in that way. But 4 Shirts? AND A BLAZER?! Sorry Priority Express Cleaners, not buying it. Take your business elsewhere. Your clothes will have more peace (harhar) there. read more

Update to my past review: The manager was kind enough to write me a letter, attached to my laundry. In the letter, she apologized for the rude behavior of her employee, who admitted being rude. Furthermore, she clarified that there is *NO* charge for same-day service (provided brought in early enough). I had brought mine in before 9AM so it was the cashier who mis-informed me. The manager also put a note in my file that all wash-n-fold should be on low, which is actually their default. Finally, 50% was taken off my current bill, and "if I choose to use Priority Express again", I have a $10 credit on my account. I have, and will continue to use Priority Express after this rectification. I appreciate the promptness of the manager and her reaction to my dissatisfaction. read more

They do a good job but with their recent price hikes I am in the hunt for a new cleaners. They've just become too expensive- $15.95 to clean a dress (and more if it's a maxi) and other prices hovering around 2x what other cleaners charge is just too pricey. Disappointing since they are nice, but friendliness can't make up for not feeling like you're getting good value. read more

These people ROCK! Two day turnaround is standard and their prices are the lowest in the neighborhood. Significantly more reasonable than the cleaners on Chestnut. Street parking is also available for pick-ups and drop offs. Drop-off and retrieval speed is exceptional when you visit. Their computer system is also unusually efficient. Good work PEC! read more

They have gotten out difficult stains on some of my silk garments. We moved to the Bay Area recently after getting married and when I wanted to clean and preserve my wedding dress I was naturally a bit nervous looking for a great cleaner to help me out. I found Priority Express through their great Yelp reviews. I first went in to ask about their wedding dress service and spoke with Gloria, the owner, who patiently answered all of my questions and reassured me that my dress would be in good hands. For this type of job they do send it out to another vendor that specializes in wedding gown cleaning and preservation, but with Gloria talking me through the process (and even helping me make the decision of cleaning and preserving vs. just cleaning), she gave me complete peace of mind. When I went in to drop off the dress, Gloria wasn't there and the woman behind the counter couldn't really answer a few follow-up questions I had (since this is a pretty specialized service for them), so I planned on going back in to speak to Gloria a little later. Before I could do that, Gloria called me directly on my cell phone to answer my questions! She was so great to work with and you can really tell that she cares about her customers and loves her business. I just picked up the dress today and it's perfect. The dress itself is preserved inside a box with a plastic window and then that box is placed inside another box for easy carrying and storage. They also include a note that summarizes everything they did to the dress during the cleaning process. I am extremely satisfied with this service and will definitely keep going back for our regular dry cleaning needs! read more

Priority Express Cleaners offers exceptional customer service. Several weeks ago, I came to the cleaners after hours on Sunday. I noticed that there was an employee still working, so I knocked on the door. Unfortunately, he was just closing shop and was unfamiliar with how to operate the system. I was flying out to LA the next day at 6AM for business, and I desperately needed a suit. The employee called the manager, and the manager came back to the cleaner to open up the shop for me. I merely explained to the manager that I was in a tough jam, and she graciously offered her help and gave me my suit. Furthermore, the employees always tell me when an article of clothing requires laundering instead of dry cleaning. They were the only cleaners I found that could do it same-day on a Saturday. Not only that, but they got the stain out perfectly (after I had tried several things at home, only making it worse).
