I like that they pick up and deliver (maybe only locally). The leather recliner chair we had darkened and conditioned came back a bit darker than we thought it would. Not such a big deal. But the leather doesn't feel like leather anymore. It's not soft, it's cracking in places and feels stiff. I think this was a waste of $500. We should have just bought a new chair. Chris is a miracle worked when it comes to repairing anything leather. We had two twenty year old sofas in our living room. We were thinking of just replacing them, but I went on Yelp and found Chris and Leather Care Services. Both couches had leather that was severely sun damaged and one had bite marks on one of the arms from a dog. Chris came out, looked at both sofas and gave me a price to repair them both to "like new" condition. Because of Covid it took him a couple of weeks to come and get them, and then another three to four weeks to do the repairs. But when he brought them back they indeed looked brand new! The dog bites were totally repaired as was the sun bleached leather. I don't know how he does it, but Chris is a master with leather. Chris is a leather magician. We have a 13 year old leather sectional. After more than a decade and three kids it was pretty trashed. I have an expensive leather recliner that was severely stained by body oil. I had been told that it would need to be reupholstered. Price quoted by a leather upholstery expert was such that it was cheaper to buy a new recliner. As a last resort, I contacted the manufacturer of a variety of leather care products.
