I've found the holy grail of businesses that buy gold and precious metals - Crown Gold Exchange - and I didn't even sell anything! So why is it the holy grail? I went into Crown Gold Exchange yesterday June 9, 2015. I started by looking online and they had great reviews. I noticed their website said "100% Complete Satisfaction. High Price Guarantee. Although we already have one of the highest payouts in the country, you are further protected by our Guarantee. We'll beat any legitimate offer by 10%." I did some research online and found the Cash For Gold (Los Angeles branch) www.cashforgoldlosangeles.com was paying almost 20% higher. Crown Gold was at $14/g and Cash For Gold was at $16.58/g. When I went in the measured everything and tested everything and made a call to verify the quote by Cash For Gold LA and then talked the manager or owner, whoever could sign off on the price match. The lady informed me they would do the price match but when I mentioned their website said they would beat any offer by 10% she made another call and they refused to honor that part of their offer on their website. I instead chose not to do business with them because of the lack of integrity.
