Okay, don't panic... but if you haven't tried Bosphorus yet, you are definitely missing out on something special. Go there today! I tried it for the first time on July 6, 2025, and all I keep thinking about is when can I get back there? Do not be fooled by the slightly pedestrian interior or the dripping AC unit that you must walk under to get through the front door - an AC unit that may have been broken because it was very warm inside. BUT, we were right in the middle of a tremendous heat wave. Anyway, none of that matters when it comes down to it. The food was freaking delicious and light and fresh and plentiful and varied and... and... I just loved it all! On top of that, the young man who sat us was so kind and gentle and patient; he took the time to explain what all the different foods were and what they were made of and he even made suggestions based on our palate. For what you get, the price was also right! I wish I was there now, tbh.

Enjoyed dinner last night. The people here are so lovely! They couldn't been more kind or accommodating. My son had the lentil soup which he enjoyed. We shared the mixed cold appetizers but my absolute was the eggplant, that was fire! The soft and fresh pita and Turkish bread, yum! I had an entree that had 4 nice portions of chicken dishes on the menu. Delicious! Will be back and can't wait to try the desserts

Small mezza platter. Plenty for two, probably enough for 4 to lightly snack on.

Another great meal. Byob. Friendly service and excellent food. Wish they would spruce it up a little inside but the food makes up for the decor.

    Best meal! Best server!!!

Our server was amazing!! Great food! Can't wait to come back and see Hilal again!!! She was so welcoming!

Can only testify to the take out experience which was about 30 minutes from ordering to pick up, so not bad! The food was tasty, but portions were on the smaller side and added up quickly in price. Baba ganoush was packed well with some bread for dipping, the cheese rolls would have been better in house. Make sure you differentiate between what is labeled as gyros versus gyro wraps in the online menu. We ordered the beef gyro which was a rice platter as opposed to the sandwich. Chicken Alexander was also really flavorful. While the food was good, the rating more so reflects the smaller, pricier portions.

The decor and music make you feel like you walked into someone's kitchen and dining room in the best way. Complementing the homey atmosphere is the sweetest and most attentive waiter. The food was good, with the lamb cubes (sorry, I don't remember the name!) standing out above all lamb options served in the Lamb Mixed Grill. The rice base was superb, with both my partner and I finding it to be the perfectly seasoned counterpart for the meat, vegetables, and tzatziki. The cheese rolls were very savory, and the falafel had a wonderful crisp to them, though I wasn't a big fan of the sauce served alongside it. The pistachio baklava was phenomenal, and a wonderful end to our meal.

Runnnnnn to this restaurant. Cute quaint hidden gem with delicious food in Glassboro. What a gem! I have been back several times since my initial visit and everything is not only unbelievably tasty but is very consistent. Service is great and very friendly staff! My faves include: lentil soup, lamb gyro platter. Honestly I keep saying I need to try more dishes but the lamb gyro is out of this world! The toasted bread that is served is also amazing! Soft, freshly baked and highly addictive.

I brought my mom here yesterday to celebrate Mother's Day. From the outside the restaurant looks like nothing peacial, though when we walked in I was surprised. The interior is decorated nicely and there is gentle music playing in the small restaurant. The service was friendly as well. We were brought complimentary Turkish bread and butter. I ordered the chicken gyro wrap, my mom got the falafel wrap, and my brother got the lamb gyro wrap. All of our meals were very fresh and tasty! It did take a while for us to receive the check after finishing our food, but I understand the staff was limited and busy. I would come back here to try more items on the menu and would recommend it to others as well!

This place has been on our radar ever since it opened, however this is a genre you have to be in the mood for, and the mood finally struck this evening. We opted to order takeout since the place resides in a small strip mall near our home and we didn't feel like going out after working all day. We decided to start with the falafel, and I will be the first to admit I have nothing to compare it to as I have never tried falafel before. My adventurous eating has only broadened in the last five years. Don't heckle me. It wasn't as crispy as I thought it would be but I'm still rating it high because I have no frame of reference for how they should taste. They were mostly what we expected with what tasted like cumin and various spices. I opted for the traditional lamb gyro with extra tzatziki sauce. On the ordering screen they offer a small order of fries as a side for $3.99 extra so I decided to try them. My husband got the chicken gyro also with fries. I didn't try his since he doused it with hot sauce and I'm more of a tzatziki girl. It's important to note this is a Turkish restaurant, so everything is slightly different than Greek, down to the flavor of the gyro meat, in my opinion. It wasn't your typical thick slices of spiced lamb/beef and was instead thinly sliced, but still very good. The fries were also very well seasoned. My only complaint may be that everything was a tad saltier than I anticipated, but overall a pleasant experience if you're looking for local halal. I should also note it took 18 minutes from ordering to our doorbell ringing, which is kind of insane, in a good way. However, we do live very close to the restaurant. I always appreciate the opportunity to try foods from other cultures rather than the typical American/Italian options, and I love that this is right in our neighborhood.

I don't leave reviews often, But when I do you bet you're sweet butt its worth the review. First off this place is a gem. Very unassuming the inside is professional and full on Turkish, the server was a great fella! Told us a little about his experience lifting weights and his life. Cool guy! The ambiance is calm, no music which is a bonus. Casual but classy. The food is delicious! We took some desert to go! Check it out and give them a follow on IG. The name is in the photo down below. Food was so dang good. Give me a follow just for giggles. @goodold_wolf The business @bosphorusglassboro

Not only was the color / presentation top notch, but the taste nicely complimented the meat. In addition to our wraps, we opted for the falafel bites. There are 4 generous pieces with a nice portion of hummus in the middle. The spicy sauce has quite the kick! We enjoyed an authentic Turkish lime iced tea drink. Loved selecting from the imported drinks- gives it a foreign and fun feel. My favorite was the ambiance and Turkish music. The booths are set in chic cages and it feels like you have more privacy. The servers also bring the meal to your table- added plus for a mall food establishment. My only critique is the price. It is reasonable, but I expected a larger portion for the price charged. If it was a buck or two cheaper, I think the size of the wrap would match the cost. Because of this, I'd rank it a 4.5 / 5 stars. Overall, wonderful spot. Highly recommend!

It was quick, efficient, and mercifully free of small talk. A machine that doesn't pretend to care about your day is, in many ways, the most honest companion while still lacking the dismissiveness of the Gen Z stare. My sandwich arrived at the table shortly after, delivered by a human who didn't linger. We understood each other. I had the Pink Sultan. Chicken, mixed greens, red cabbage, pickles, and a sauce the color of a polite sunset. I read that the sauce involves beets, which explains both the color palette and the faint suggestion that I was eating something that once grew in dirt and had ambitions. The sandwich was good. Not life changing, not tragic. The chicken was tender enough, the vegetables crisp, the flavors balanced in a way that suggested someone had made decisions and stuck with them. I drank a bottle of Turkish Uludag soda, which tasted like citrus with a hint of optimism. It whispered, "I'm like Fanta, but regional AND foreign, which of course makes me better." The place itself is clean and modern, with that fast casual confidence that says we take our ingredients seriously but not ourselves. They make a point of using fresh components and well seasoned meats that rotate slowly on a spit, absorbing flavor as time passes, much like the rest of us. Everything I ate was pretty good. That is not faint praise. In a world where many meals are often either regrettable or unforgettable, pretty good is a kind of victory. Four stars. The kiosk asked nothing of me, and the food delivered something in return.

I've long let go of the ancient proverb about not judging a book by it's over... in this case by the strip shopping center it's located in. Diana, our director of first impressions and food guide for this dining experience was engaging, smiling and truly excited to converse with us about our Eastern European food experiences throughout the Bulstleton Ave-Philly region. We took a walk through discussion across the menu to understand preparations and which dishes were most recommended to keep ups wanting to come back. So many to select from. We did try a few plates to get the full experience. Opened with a bowl of Mastava soup - ground beef, rice, peppers, carrots and onions, delicous. Wish there were closer to home to pick up on cold days... that good. Next we had a plate of 4 manti's - dumplings with beef, lamb and onions (think of wonton dumpling with meat inside, no soup broth- that would be a soup dumpling). Next, we shared a bowl of plov - slow cooked rice, beef, lamb, carrot and onions. This dish I could have weekly it was that DELICIOUS! We did try one beef kabab, so tender and juicy. I also love Bronzino and could not pass it up. Whole bronzino grilled and in place of french fries the chef did me a solid... stewed tomates and grilled peppers to acompany the fish. If only I could do this at home on my grill... will try. Was delicious. We found a new restaurant to add into our rotation. See our food photos attached and follow me on Yelp for more tasty adventures. What a gem. Thank you Diana. BTW... no alchol (no BYOB) allowed. Parking lot. Maza "platter" cost $13, and had less than 1/2 cup of dips (both hummus and eggplant combined), four dolmas that were tough, and clearly came from a jar, and some dry pita. Both dips were flavorless to boot. Gyros had two tiny bits of tomato, and NO onion at all. What was even worse, was the Gyro meat was pre-formed (curved edges) crap that you get at low-end diners. The meat was also tasteless, and only four pieces, each no longer than my index finger, which they charged $15 for! To finish that off, Baklava was clearly out of a box, dry, and had no honey at all. Most of what we ordered went in the trash. You can get a better gyro at ARBY'S (and I'm absolutely serious about that). So do yourself (and your wallet) a favor, and do NOT order from RB Kabab. What they serve, I wouldn't give to my dog (and honestly, I didn't).
