Service: I've got a bit of a special Lexus. It is definitely loved, and because of that, I make sure it's always properly taken care of. Tony in service is hands down the reason I keep coming back. I was originally referred to him, and after my first visit, he immediately became my go-to. Now he's literally saved in my favorites he's the first person I call anytime my GX needs anything. Over the years, I've trusted Tony and the team with everything from annual maintenance and routine oil services to major services like the timing belt and water pump, alternator replacement, brake jobs (pads and rotors), and full fluid services including transmission, differential, and coolant flushes. Every time, the work has been thorough, transparent, and done right. What I appreciate most is the consistency. Tony is always responsive, honest about what's needed (and what's not), and makes scheduling effortless. He treats my vehicle like it's his own, which is rare and incredibly valuable especially when you care about keeping your Lexus running strong for the long haul (currently 276k miles) If you're bringing your Lexus in, ask for Tony in service. There's a reason he's the first call I make every single time

I normally do not leave reviews, but after everything I experienced with this dealership, I feel people should be aware before doing business here. I purchased a 2017 Tesla Model S after being told the vehicle had been fully serviced. I was even provided estimates showing work such as brake service had supposedly been completed. I made a $3,000 down payment and took the vehicle home, only for it to start making concerning noises shortly afterward. I immediately reached out to the dealership, but communication was extremely poor. For days, the vehicle sat parked in my garage while I struggled to get answers. I even had to borrow another car just to commute to work because both the sales representative and sales manager were unavailable, and nobody else could assist until they returned. When I finally brought the vehicle back, I requested a loaner car while they inspected it. Instead, they tried to move me into another Tesla with fewer miles "to see how I liked it." However, the rates and APR they offered were significantly higher than my original deal. The payments were so unreasonable that I would have ended up paying more for a used vehicle than I would for a brand-new car. I then suggested another vehicle on their lot that was closer in price to the original Tesla. What concerned me was that my credit was run again on 5/26 without my knowledge after it had already been checked on 5/23 and 5/1 for the original deal. Once I arrived, I was suddenly being asked for additional information and documents that were never requested during the first approval process, including pay stubs and employment verification details. I was also asked to complete a new application dated 5/26, which felt extremely questionable. When I asked why I was filling out a new application, I was told that although I had initially been "automatically approved," the bank now had an analyst reviewing everything. I specifically asked whether this could result in a denial and additional damage to my credit from multiple hard inquiries. I also asked why they could not simply repair the original vehicle instead of putting me through another financing process. I never received a clear answer. Throughout the entire process, I was given little to no updates about what was actually wrong with the original Tesla or whether it could even be repaired. I was told they could not cancel the original contract because the loan had already been funded, and that the only way out was for me to get approved on another vehicle. At the time, I already had another car loan in good standing with no missed payments. With the Tesla loan already active, they were essentially attempting to get me approved for a third vehicle loan, which made absolutely no sense. When I pointed this out, I was simply told they were "trying to help." Eventually, another manager stepped in and stated they could cancel the original loan and refund my money. However, I was never provided written proof that the loan was canceled, no receipt showing my refund was processed, and no timeline for when my money would actually be returned to my account. Since then, I have repeatedly tried contacting the dealership and have either been ignored, left on read, or unable to get a response. I still need to retrieve personal belongings, and nobody will communicate with me. At this point, I am left with no vehicle, multiple hard inquiries on my credit report, wasted time, stress, and uncertainty about when I will even receive my refund back. I understand cars are sold "as-is," but customers still deserve honesty, professionalism, communication, and accountability. This entire experience has been exhausting and extremely disappointing.

Where do I begin? Working with Joe Finley, Fhal Simaan, and Malcolm Dougan was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. This team sets a standard that's difficult to match. Joe went far beyond what you'd expect from a salesperson. He tracked down an IS 350 in the exact color we had struggled to find-- Infrared (this is the bright red--similar vibe to Inferno Red)--and guided us through every step with genuine care and attention. What stood out most was his sincerity; by the end of the process, he felt more like a trusted friend than just someone helping us purchase a car. Fhal, the Internet Sales Manager, made an immediate impression with his positive energy and professionalism. His warm welcome and hospitality created a comfortable, no-pressure environment that made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Malcolm in finance was equally outstanding. He walked us through the contract with patience and clarity, taking the time to answer every question thoroughly and ensuring we felt confident in every decision. Together, this team at Crown Lexus delivers a level of service that is rare to find. If you're considering a new or certified Lexus, I can wholeheartedly recommend working with them. With so many dealerships to choose from, there's no need to keep searching--this team will take care of you every step of the way. Convenience and ease of booking a service appointment... Five stars! Customer service is a bit iffy, hence the lower rating. A couple of odd things have happened in the past services I've had for my car. One of them was something decorating my car went missing and then the other one was that I ended up having a screw stuck in my tire. Heads up, there no proof that the screw came from the service department, and it's just so happened that my tire went flat on the freeway the same day I picked up my car from service. I had only been to one other location before the tire popped. Consumers in general: Be mindful that certain Lexus models do not carry spare tires, so that'll end up costing more to replace and to tow. All that to say is the drop off service option overnight is very convenient. they replaced my tire within a couple of hours... It was just a very costly inconvenience. The Lexus representatives range from nice to apathetic.

This dealership is your typical shady dealership. Do not sell your car here. I tried to get an estimate to sell my car here and they try to low ball me $6k below the market price. They got into a bidding war with other local dealership (i shopped) and finally want to buy my car at a FAIR market value. Both increased $1000 everytime they out bid each other. Lol. Wack fools. Save yourself the hastle and go to Carmax Ontario. Cant believe this still happens. What fools. read more

Wow, the best experience EVER in a car dealership. My daughter had already decided to purchase a new 2016 Lexus NX Sport and insisted I take it for a test drive since I was not really happy with my 2015 sedan (not Lexus). Mike J. Diaz was so patient with me! The fact that he wasn't one of those pushy sales men, took his time, explained all the bells and whistles really impressed me. He was the nicest sales man I have ever met! My daughter bought a white Lexus Sport, and the very next day I bought a light silver one. I was very pleased with my recently experience at Crown Lexus. I was taken care of by Tom Ryan (HE'S AMAZING). I went in for regular service and was greeted with a friendly hello and offered a cup of Starbucks coffee. After a short conversation about my car I was suggested what service it needed, how much it would cost and how long it would take. I relaxed in the lounge area and enjoyed my Starbucks coffee while I waited. My car was ready on time, was the amount I was quoted and when I left I was given a sincere goodbye by Tom and the Service Manager, Clayton. Good customer service is rare and I am thankful that their are good, honest people like Tom Ryan and Crown Lexus where people can take their cars to be serviced and feel good about it. read more

Two words-Ray Rasooli. Ray and team have delivered twice in two years. The first time, saving me from a CLA and getting me a RX350 for my expecting wife. This time it was my turn, a 16' GS. Ray is very honest, upfront and tells you the truth, even some you may not want to hear. This is what is important to me. I don't like wasting time. If you you have realistic expectations, he's your guy. With both cars I was in and out in about an hour. I told him what I want and what I want to pay, he does whatever he needs to do to make that happen. Thank you Ray and team. I'm sure we'll be back soon. read more

Service department is horrible. We stopped by on a Saturday at 1pm. We were waiting for 40 mins in the service line,even though there were no other cars in the service line, everyone was inside talking to each other. We finally went into find out was going on and see if their service department was open. Finally two techs came out to assist us. Definitely will be going to a different Lexus, CROWN LEXUS HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE. read more

I came here to get my car maintenance and they recommended me to get an alignment to help my tires last longer. My tire pressure light was on and they didn't even know I got a hole on my front tire. They just wanted to recommend services that they can up charge my bill. It was so horrible, I had my car broke down in the middle of the freeway due to their wreck less job. Please take your car somewhere else that actually care about your safety. Plus my service advisor was so rude, she shouldn't be in customer service if she wakes up with an attitude and takes it to work with her. read more

Came here for regular car maintenance on rainy days. Very friendly and polite staff. The service took about 4 hours and I immediately received a text and phone call that my car was ready. I didn't know they had a complimentary coffee/ snack bar, which is a plus for me because Newport Lexus requires you to purchase. The waiting area is quite small, but adequate on a not very busy day. Loaner car - nx, it was nice to drive in the surrounding area to kill some time. Required to return the car on the same day before 4pm. (Probably because it's a Sunday the next day), i believe weekdays you can return the car next morning if needed. read more

I purchased my luxury vehicle from Crown Lexus is September 2021, after finding it online. It was a smooth, hassle- and haggle-free transaction, which didn't entail a great deal of back-and-forth, dealership games, dishonesty or deception; I've come to despise such behavior from car dealerships and their salespeople. In that regard, doing business with Crown Lexus was a refreshing departure from all that usual foolishness. My salesperson was Abel Escobedo, who was likable, considerate, knowledgeable and honest; salespeople from other dealerships could learn a lot from him. I appreciated his professionalism and integrity, and I'm sure he'll continue to thrive in what he does. In Crown Lexus' Finance Department, I dealt with Cameal Perez. Rest assured, if an issue arises, during or after purchase, she'll address it promptly and professionally, wasting no time to make matters right. I adore my new vehicle; it's the most pleasure I've ever experienced driving each day - and, fortunately, the business related to its purchase left no negative taste in my mouth, an added bonus that only enhances the overall pleasure of owing it. We worked with Brett Marches, and he couldn't have been nicer. No pressure, patient, and really a nice guy. Ultimately, we ended up going with another vehicle at a different dealer, but the price on a certified used (2010) vehicle here was really excellent. It was just more than we wanted to spend at this time. If I am ever in the market for a higher end certified vehicle, I would definitely check them out. Not slimy like some of the ones we dealt with during this search. And they call you immediately when you inquire over the internet, which, I found, was as rare as a snowball in Tahiti. read more

*This review is for the service area* I never ever dreamed I would write a 5 star review for a service location at a dealership. I own BMW, Lexus and Porsche and my experience has always been a 2 star AT BEST so I decided to give Crown a try due to its good reviews...Yelpers didn't let me down!! My car just needed basic maintenance and tire rotation and alignment. I was helped right away by Tino who seriously got me in and out in 10 minutes! TEN MINUTES PEOPLE! :O He asked for a shuttle the minute I got in, and by the time I was done with my speedy appointment, the shuttle was ready to go and the shuttle driver Lena was soo sweet! My car was finished in 2 hours, and Lena was prompt to pick me up. By the time I got to the dealership, my car was ready to go and washed and already pulled to the front. I have never experienced such stellar service at any dealership and will take my business here when purchasing a car too! I used to go to other Lexus dealerships due to distance, but I will gladly drive to Ontario every time. :) read more

If you like the bait and switch way of doing business then this place is for you. Although I did buy a car from here, my experience was terrible. I DONT like my time wasted. I called ahead to get a price on a GX. They told me MSRP so I agreed to go in. Test drove the car and everything was great up until they showed me the numbers. They were adding a $5000 markup. It was VERY upsetting and I was prepared to leave. After some back and forth we agreed to msrp. They have young guys running the show here. I can appreciate bringing up and building the young, but too many mistakes were made here. When it came time to sign papers, the sales tax was incorrect by 1%. Big difference. And in the end they threw away the window sticker. Still trying to get a copy of that. I would not buy a car here again. read more

I must say crown lexus made it right with my tire. It took them 4 days to even take my call but they finally did and i went to the local American Tire and they put a brand new tire on and billed crown lexus. First the ugly - I saw an advertisement for a certified pre owned lexus es 300h and made an appointment to test drive it. I liked the car and as the deal was about to be closed I was notified that the car wasn't in fact certified pre owned. I explained to the salesperson that their advertisement online very clearly states this is a CPO vehicle and I was fed a line that Lexus pulled the L-certification nearly a month ago and that there is a disclaimer at the bottom of the page that the dealer can make changes to warranties at any time without notice. Well, they had nearly an entire month to fix the issue and did not do so. The saleswoman genuinely seemed embarrassed when even the carfax forms she printed clearly stated this is a CPO vehicle. I ended up purchasing it anyway because I needed to move quickly and needed a new vehicle but left with a nasty taste in my mouth. I expected such bait and switch tactics from a shady used car dealer and not from a franchised Lexus dealer. Now for the good part - The next day I got an email from the dealer asking me to rate them. I told their sales manager, Donnie Sizemore, about what happened and offered him an opportunity to make the situation right before I left my thoughts about the experience on the internet. Within a few hours a Lexus representative drove to my house (an hour away) and delivered the paperwork to sign to make the vehicle CPO. Donnie even went as far as to print out paperwork I needed to send in with my old plates so I didn't have to go to a public place to print it out (my printer was down). This was the world class service I expected from Lexus. Donnie Sizemore, you delivered and righted what was wrong and I appreciate you for that. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. my mom bought a used vehicle and salesman swore that it was not a LEMON and that they are a reputable dealership. Well two weeks later her car started blowing white smoke and now they don't want anything to do with it. Guess who's going to small claims to recover their money. LAWYER UP. Still NO answer. Manager that was handling the situation either got fired or they moved him to screw up another location. They still have the nerve to call and offer services on the vehicle for maintenance. DON'T TRUST OR WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! read more

Don't waste your time and money,, their salesmen can't answer any questions,,, all they say is "I need to check on that" then when I was making the deal, with the salesperson, they had to keep going back to finance manager , when I asked a question... this place will never get my business,, then they had the nerve to tell me to take my trade to Car Max and get a quote on my trade.???? Kevin chu, their Chinese speaking sales offered me 647 per month with 1000 down to lease a gs350 with msrp of 55105, 12k/36 month lease. Please stop reading if u feel this is a fair offer Keyes Lexus' online advertising price on the exact same car is 449 per month with 0 down. Maybe I am a Chinese so I am easy to rip off? By the way service was horrible, I waited 30 minutes for him to get back with this ripoff offer, and he kept on asking me to do credit check Avoid at all cost!!!! read more

service department is great. but .... we have 60000 miles on our RX. blower ball joints are failing. They shouldn't fail this soon, but it is what it is. luckily we purchased the most expensive and most thorough extended warranty through Lexus. the warrant won't pay. the rep said to drive on them some more and see what happens. they aren't damaged enough yet. Certified Lexus technician said worn and unsafe, warrant says keep driving on them. this is quintessential example of bait and switch. buy our warranty - of course we will do everything we can to avoid paying - including compromising your safety. read more

Fast , friendly service. They had drinks n snacks while we waited. They offered a shuttle to take my son n I to the mall since it would take 2-3 hours to service the car. No salesman walked up to help me for over 20 minutes and once someone came up I think he was drunk. He didn't take me to see any vehicles just told me take a look at the one in the showroom and then said he'd be back and took a smoke break. He didn't walk out with me to take a look at a car outside and then I just walked away since he didn't seem like he wanted to assist me in looking at cars at all. read more

I just had the best experience ever from a car dealership! I went into this dealership today to take advantage of the rebate deal I've heard about in ads. I went in expecting to hear a lot of fake sales promises with no follow through. Also I had my cranky 1 year old with me so I had a low tolerance for BS. I was presently surprised to meet Rose who was not a pushy sales person, she took her time to help me with my needs. She got me a great rebate deal for my trade in and she also helped calm my cranky son. I also met Larry (who is really cute ) he installed my car seat to make sure my son was safe. I received the best service from Rose and Larry today. I traded my dodge for a Lexus and I got a fair trade in value. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family read more

I can't say enough about the service I received from this dealership! I had been stuck with a lemon GMC Acadia that at only about 30,000 miles kept blowing fuel injectors every 6 or 7 months. I desperately wanted to get rid of the Acadia so started looking for Toyota Avalons, this because we still have the one we purchased in 2000 and it has had no problems whatsoever. I finally got my GMC sold after all the numerous repairs and we had started to look at new Avalons as well as search the internet for used ones with low miles. I found a 2015 Avalon online with just a little over 10,000 miles on it. Crown Lexus had it listed but since I live down in south Riverside county and was exhausted from going to numerous car lots looking at Avalons I called them on the phone. Every single person I talked to and worked with at Crown Lexus were fabulous. We ended up buying this car, sight unseen, because it still had the Toyota warranty and was a good price for basically a new car with very low miles. Crown Lexus treated us wonderfully. We applied for the loan online and they delivered the car and contract to us. We really didn't have to do much of anything except drive 15 miles after having the car for a few days because there were some areas on the forms that we missed signing. They would have driven to our home to have us resign but we offered to meet them a little closer to where they were coming from which is about 45 to 50 miles away. We absolutely love our "new" Avalon and we want to give a huge shout out and even bigger thank you to Crown Lexus. Maybe our next car will be a Lexus and, if so, we will happily drive to Ontario because we know, without a doubt, that they will give us the care and respect that every customer deserves. I'm really glad I went the state route. The generic Pick Your Part quote I got online was around $190, which was much lower than I expected. Through the BAR program, I ended up receiving a little over $1,000, which made a huge difference and was well worth meeting the program requirements. Finding the location was the only slightly confusing part. When I first arrived, I followed a sign that said "We Buy Cars" and made a sharp right, but that turned out to be the wrong entrance. If you're using Apple Maps, keep going straight instead. The correct office where the paperwork is handled will be on your left. Once inside, the front desk staff member was very friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the process. The paperwork took the longest, but everything was clearly explained. After the initial paperwork, I was directed back to the "We Buy Cars" area, drove straight down, made a small left, and found a mobile office where they finalized everything, took the car, and gave me the remaining documents. A couple of things to note: * Customer restrooms are portable toilets only, with a pump-style hand washer * Plan accordingly if that's important to you I arrived right when they opened at 9:00 AM and was completely finished by 9:53 AM, which I thought was very reasonable given the process. They handled everything on the DMV side and issued the check without any issues. Overall, a smooth experience, and I'd recommend this location if you're doing a BAR program vehicle turn-in.

They make you wait in a long DMV line of despair to check out with a bunch of pissed off customers, because they only have 1 or 2 registers open. When you finally get to the register the "Parts Expert" change the online listed prices on you. My cars fusebox listed at $30 turned into a $80 Mulifunctional CPU Flux capacitor. When trying to explain that this is a fusebox the customer service rep let me know he's worked at a car detailing place and Del Taco and he knows that's a CPU. Save yourself trouble and go to IpickUPull in Pomona. They have amazing customer service, better prices, short lines, and know what a fusebox is. They also all don't go on break at the same time leaving 1 register open with at least 50 people in line. Last thing What is up with the TSA guy dumping out your tool bag and going through each zipped compartment when you leave for 5 mins. I get that not every starter is going to be this easy, but you can walk over to a parking stall with the new starter and bang out two or three of these per hour if you're a professional. I have recently purchased my car from Crown Lexus and I was very pleased with their services and hospitality as it made my whole experience absolutely wonderful. Erik Bautista was my sales consultant, and he was the best! I appreciated him for not rushing me to buy nor pressuring me to lock in on a deal immediately. He was friendly and I felt his sincerity in wanting to help me get the right car. Erik had helped me with 2 offers. Even though the first offer didn't work out, he had a positive attitude and didn't make me feel I had wasted his time. Instead, he had suggested me to reach out to him again for questions as I continue my search elsewhere. When I found out about the "December to Remember" sales event, I immediately had Erik in mind so I had reached out to him again. Immediately, he gave me a warm welcome back to Crown Lexus and promptly sent me all the information I needed to get me the right deal. They didn't have inventory on the car I wanted, so Erik was able to locate one from Glendale. During the dealer trade, he kept me updated throughout the whole process: from sending me updates when the trade was approved, sending me pictures about my car when it was being picked up at Glendale, and to informing me about the arrival of my car at Crown Lexus. I was very impressed with Erik's workmanship, communication and his loyalty to his customers. Although I put him through so much work, he was graceful and showed more excitement than myself. Erik's devotedness to his customers and especially his humorous personality made it all a fun experience. Not only was Erik an amazing salesman to work with, their finance manager, Miguel Sevilla was wonderful as well. He was very detailed in explaining all the paper work and made sure I understood all the steps. RAY RASOOLI!! If you are walking on the lot don't let anyone help you other than Ray. Initially I was helped by another salesperson who told us to 'take the calculator out and do the math ourselves'. I should have left at this point but I wanted to see what kind of offers were on the table. When he came back with the numbers he was very rude and condescending saying things like 'well you look like a smart guy...'. Absolutely awful. He left again and I was about to walk out. Thankfully Ray came to the rescue. He sat down talked to us and explained everything very politely and professionally. He even got the payments to be better than what I had expected. He worked his butt off trying to get everything in place. There was a few challenges for him as the other salesperson threw him to us without explaining to him what car we were looking at. The car we looked at didn't have a navigation but it was something I wanted. (And yes the amazing quote Ray gave me was including the navigation, which might I add the other salesperson told me was a waste of money and unnecessary - great SALESperson right? Trying to talk someone out of something they want...) Anyways, they didn't have the car in the color I wanted on the lot with the nav system. Ray ran arround trying to find a car on the lot that would work, even offered the F-sport model at the same great rate but in a different color. And when I tell you Ray takes care of his customers, he really does. It was hot, he was sweating from looking for the car, and truly wanted me to get what I wanted. Eventually, Ray found a car that matched everything I wanted at another dealer, sent the first salesperson who was rude to go get it (about 60 miles away), and had that same guy deliver it to me at my house that night!!! Now tell me you wouldn't be happy that the guy who tried to steer you away from a car and tell you you couldn't get it at the price you wanted had to go, bite his tongue, pick it up, AND deliver it! The next week I went back to the dealer to get something put on my car, and AGAIN Ray was at work making it happen for customers. He greeted me and took care of me and my car and made it a priority. I've been going to crown Lexus since 2010 when I first bought my car and the service is the best. Hugo Solis is a wonderful service advisor. He is very professional and courteous. I had a wonderful experience overall. He has a great attitude and greets you with a smile when you pull up. He's an honest and responsible advisor and holds integrity in the highest when discussing any issue you may have with your vehicle. He is always pleasant and goes out of his way to make you feel like a valued customer. I purchased used ES330 for my kid in September 2015. One week later, I found check engine light was on. I went to the Crown Lexus, I quickly helped by Hugo which was very friendly and helpful, I have informed him that the check engine light is on, and he told me he would have the technicians take a look. They took the car to the back and started to work on it. Crown Lexus waiting room was very clean, beautiful, fully loaded snack bar with a nice array of drinks and a massage chair! After I relaxed in the waiting room about 15 minutes, Hugo came to inform me that catalytic converter (both bank 1 and bank 2) failed, power steering pump has noise, transmission fluid leak and engine oil has to be change. He took this experience to another level when he brought me to the back and I actually got to see professional technicians work on my car! I felt really comfortable seeing and knowing that my car was in great hands. He and his team do a great job and act with professionalism you would expect in this type of industry, he took care of my service process very fast and professional. Now I always remind Hugo and his team doing a great service when my kid driving my car with me in the freeway. I went to this dealership on Saturday and test drove a Lexus RX350. No one greet to my visit but Eugene was the only one treated me like he is a real boss. Laurie M. I purchased my 3rd Lexus at Crown Lexus the end of July 2014. I was not looking forward to it because I did not want to hassle with a salesman over the trade-in and the cost of the new car. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman by the name of Michael Rios. We had a casual conversation and Mister Rios ask me many questions about what my life style was, my hobbies and so on. My Trade-In-Car was seven years old and had only 23,000 miles on it. Never had a problem with the car. I needed a car with more High Tech. The GPS, the wide angle camera and the mirrors with no blind spots. I took a test drive and I liked the way the car handled. The brakes were much better, no skidding when using them in emergency or on a wet road. I decided on the car. We came to an agreement on the trade-in and the price on the new car. Mister Rios had the paper work ready the next morning. It took only 2-1/2 hours to get through the whole process. Mr. Rios set up the GPS and the phone for me. He is a first class gentleman. He is extremely polite and did not put any pressure on me. It was a hassle free and very pleasant experience to by a car again at Crown Lexus. I always had first class service at this Dealership over the last 10 years. I can highly recommend Michael Rios. He followed up with at least six phone calls to find out if I'm happy with my car, if I have any questions or need any help with anything. Ladies if you're on your own like me and need a new car go and see Michael Rios. I promise you will be very happy the way you will be treated by Mister Rios. I would also like to give recognition to a very nice young man by the name of David who always greets me when I drive in. He makes sure a Service Department Employee will help me right away. All Employees at the Service Department and throughout the Dealer-ship deserve a FIVE STAR Medal! read more

This place is worst to shop around in Ontario. I couldn't believe the person Eugene treated me like he is the boss in front of me. He refused my service and cancelled my contract after I signed everything. What's more to mention is his attitude. Please respect your clients, I used to train customer representative in my workplace, I can teach you how to treat your clients like a real family member instead being a boss to me. I am here to buy a car, either used or new car, the choice is ALL ON ME. I'll make my own decision what to buy. You do not need to gI've me this attitude. Hopefully you will learn this a better customer service experience from your upper manager. You do not want to sell a car to me because your coworker didn't disclose there is a problem with this car. Hiding information to client is bait and switch to business. Worst business conduct that I ever experienced so far. By the way, the financial manager Eugene provided the worst outcome to us. Now I would never go back to shop in your dealership. Your statement "buy a used car, sold as is. No repair, no fix, you take your own risk". You do not need to take your own risk for buying a BRAND NEW or L-certified Lexus. Great explanation but bad tactic for your nonsense selling point. My suggestion: Better check the vehicle's condition before signing any contract otherwise you will suck it up with a LEMON for a luxury ride. Paying over 30K for a used car might get you a LEMON to home. Be caution with your decision and make a better choice elsewhere. read more

Been shopping for a Lexus car for 3 months. I been to multiple car dealers including Car Max and Lexus of Riverside. I stopped in last Saturday at the Lexus of Riverside left supper unhappy they never asked me if I wanted to test drive the car. I told John the Internet sales manager what kind of car I wanted my budget and the color I wanted. All he seemed to care about was up selling me an FSport and a different color of vehicle. Worst sales guy ever, and to know he is a sales manager sucked more. By the time he started showing me the numbers and had run my credit on a finance car he wasn't working with me on my monthly payments at all. He even told me this place wasn't a bargain or a negotiation. I left thanking him and letting him know I was going home to think of it and he literally got off his chair rudely and said buy. I was driving back home un pleased and sad that they couldn't work with me, then I thought to my self why not try Lexus in Ontario right away I got there and Gerald was very sweet really made me feel at home took the time and was extremely patient with me. Gerald worked with me so much and thanks to him I got to take home my dream car. Folks don't ever think of going to Riverside Lexus the managers and staff their are horrible go to Crown Lexus in Ontario they are awesome and have a wonderful staff. If I can give more stars to crown Lexus I would. Definitely recommend this place to friends and family. read more

This review is especially for those who might be looking for a used car but not necessarily a Lexus... So my wife and I recently purchased a 2016 Chevrolet 3500 Dully from Crown Lexus (vehicle was a trade-in on a new Lexus); We walked through the door and knew there was something different about these guys... no hard selling, no knuckle breaking - it was relaxed but professional. We test drove the vehicle on two occasions; Erik and Dan were helpful & accommodating and Chris in finance helped us find the best value in a Lexus Platinum extended warranty that Chevrolet would honor. Less than 24 hours after the purchase... a critical engine Low Oil Pressure Warning went off requiring us to stop everything... a typical person might jump to all sorts of conclusions... I contacted Crown on Sunday afternoon; Erik reached out to me at home (imagine that); the team reassured us they were there to help and agreed to partner with us in finding the problem; Dan (Manager) paid for the towing charges on the Dully from my residence to a Chevrolet dealer where the vehicle was fixed... a critical, defective sensor was replaced that could have gone out at any time but it happened within 24 hours of purchase and covered by the truck's manufacturers warranty. I can buy a truck from almost any dealer... but what we were after was the customer experience. Give these guys a try when you think of your next used car purchase... read more

Don't' come to this place!!! Their customer service are horrible!! I am planning to purchase a new Lexus RX450 H so I did my research online and find out crown Lexus is the closest one near my house. I really like the car and wants to do a test drive. I came there around 3:30 pm on 04/01/2012 (there were no sales person even customers outside the building) I saw they are closed on Sunday and finally a old guy walks out the building. The old guys was not really wants to talk to me because I think he thought I am too young and I can't afford the a Lexus. Come on !! What a bad attitude!! This old guy keep outside the building for about 15 minutes and not even invited me into the building. The old guy come out with the key and asks me if I want the key or the car?? I was like "what hell", you think I am going to steal the car or something?? Ok, finally I did my test driving, he keep asking me what I am doing for living?? I told him I work for Bank of America. He never explain the features of the car and keep asking question regarding my income. Finally, the manager Mark come and told me I may not qualify for the loan and he don't want to waste my time. Then I left, I will never come to this place because they don't trait their client well. read more

If I could give Crown Lexus a negative 5 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. I called the service department to schedule an appointment because my "check engine" light came on. Once it was checked by the mechanic the service advisor called saying "good news, it's nothing major. The cap just needs to be changed." Thinking that was it, I picked up my car and drove home. When I got home I reviewed my paperwork. Usually the service advisor reviews the mechanics comments with me, but not this time, and you guessed it. The mechanic noted that there is an immediate concern- apparently my water pump is leaking. There was also a recommendation that my spark plugs be changed. The service advisor never said anything to me about these two items because apparently he doesn't care that my leaking water pump could have caused my engine to blow out and that I would be stranded. There were a lot of other unacceptable exchanges that occurred during this visit with Stephen, the "service advisor" I dealt with, such as him trying to have me pay $109 to have a new key made when my key was under warranty and free of charge, but lucky for me all you have to do is read the other comments to know how shady and incompetent Crown Lexus' employees have become. read more

This is the best Lexus dealership in So Cal yet to come. I went to this dealership for a brand new Lexus RX350. By the time they ran a credit history report and found that my credit score is 812 point. Guess what? With credit score above 800 points, they gave me a 4.99 percent interest rate. I requested to talk to their financial manager named EUGENE, he said he is the boss for this department and told me that this is the final interest rate they can offer for today. If we do not take the interest rate today, it will increase next week. What a shame to this person. Unreliable and inexperience financial advisor for the department. Are you kidding me with a credit score above 800 points that you offered 4.99% interest rate? I immediately exited their door and entered to my car about to leave. This person named Eugene approved to my car without a mask covered his nose knocked on my window and promised to give me 4.49 interest rate. I told him NO! I am going elsewhere. You are not earning my business today. Forget this dealership with unprofessional service. They will screw you no matter how nice you respect them. read more

Long time Yelp lurker, never contributed, but felt strongly compelled to write this review. Just bought a preowned HS 250h from Crown Lexus and the experience was very pleasant, which is something I don't say at all regarding the car buying process. I've had my fair share of car dealerships and by far this was the best. We had the pleasure dealing with Richard Werren and Robbie B. (sorry Rob, misplaced your card, couldn't recall your last name). By far, both were the nicest and most genuine representatives I've ever dealt with. Richard was honest about the price, gave us plenty of space and time, and was able to work a little magic. He kept his promise and addressed the issues with the car from our first test drive. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to be there the day we signed and picked up the car. Fortunately for us, Rob was his partner and he helped with the finishing touches. We had one last issue and Rob didn't hesistate, he went above and beyond, and made us truly happy customers, and kept a smile on our faces on the drive home. I highly recommend either one for your next Lexus. read more

Scamscam be careful ... I went here to trade my 2008 bmw328i trade value $4000 with 2016 rx 350 total cost $49000 , because of sweet talk I got the car almost 8 pm already no time to check the whole car after several days I noticed there is a lot of scratches in and out and den plus the rubber from the door pull off , when I went there I ask the them what is the best thing to do I told them I don't like the car they offer 2017 rx 350 because of sweet talk again they convince me then I realized the trade value rx 350 2016 is only $40000 so total loss for me $4000 (BMW) plus $6000 ( rx 350 2016 ) is $ 10000 they will not tell you or explain your total loss they are good to trick and cheat you now I'm paying $945 / month lease only for 48 months - so after 1 year of lease from them i decided to buy it to save more money ... im wrong no body wants refinance because of negative vslue .. i dont have any option , so the lexus ontario dealership give me a high APR of 5.9 % ... make me worse payment they refused to lower the apr... never never never come back here read more

I just recently purchased my third car from this dealership. I keep coming back because the service is phenomenal! During my most recent purchase, 8/12/15, the Sales Associate, Larry Mendoza, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and provided a first rate customer experience. The finance manager, Brian Fejleh, was equally as helpful and knowledgable. Additionally, the service staff, especially Tony Hang, are amazing to work with! They are extremely knowledgable and provide great service. The actual dealership is very nice, as it is always clean and managed well. They have a plethora of snacks and drinks available, free of cost and massaging chairs to relax in while you wait for service. All around, great service! Great job to Doug Pearson, General Manager! On a side note, I did have one of the former sales associates lie to me about the specifics of a lease and the return policy, which was extremely upsetting. However, Mr. Pearson handled the issue himself and fixed the situation for me and for one of my friends. Again, great service! read more

I am a 75 year old female who "saw" a Lexus IS250 C parked in a parking lot and it was "LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT" and I HAD to have one. First dealer I visited and said EXACTLY what I wanted - no, I had not test driven one, had not been in one - but, knew the Lexus reputation and that's what I wanted. He acted like I belonged in a "home somewhere - didn't offer a test drive or anything - guess he thought I was just a "lookie-loo". Left that dealer - drove straight to Crown Lexus in Ontario - was greeted and treated with respect. My salesperson, Mike Diaz, offered information on the IS250 C - we had a test drive and I purchased the car and drove it home. Crown Lexus of Ontario was very professional and efficient. Mike Diaz is a great and knowledgeable sales professional and their management, Paul Pridgeon and Finance Dept. were a pleasure to work with. Within two weeks of my purchase of a 2012 Lexus IS 250, I noticed a nick on a front tire that was most likely caused by bumping the wheel onto a curb. It also had a scratch on the rim at the same spot where tire was nicked, I pretty much resigned to the fact that I had to live with it for it was after all an used car I bought and it would have been an uphill battle to prove that the damage was existing. But to my pleasant surprise April Bray of Crown Lexus took my words for it ( all this through e-mail) and had the front tire replaced with a new and the scratch on the rim repaired. And I even had a loaner car, a brand new Lexus, at my disposal - all these at no cost to me. It certainly was a very pleasant experience and I now know more than ever that I made the right choice in buying a car from this dealership. I must add that Tony Hang who assisted me in servicing the car was very courteous and professional. Thanks to them my car now looks like new. read more

I brought my brand new Lexus TX in for its first complimentary maintenance service on 07/23, and it ended up being an absolute nightmare. The service department failed to take proper care of my vehicle and caused significant damage to the underside and front bumper, resulting in THOUSANDS of dollars in damage. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially for a luxury brand like Lexus. I expected professional, high-quality service and instead got a damaged car that was in perfect condition when I brought it in. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer property is shocking. To anyone considering bringing their car here for service, stay away at all costs. Their incompetence and carelessness could leave you with a massive repair bill for damage that shouldn't have happened in the first place. I'll never trust this dealership again and highly recommend finding another service center that values their customers and their vehicles. read more

At first, we had a frustrating experience with the salesperson--there was a clear lack of communication, and we left the dealership feeling unsure and unsatisfied. After filling out a review survey and expressing our concerns, we were quickly contacted by Tonya, the sales manager. Tonya was amazing. She called to personally apologize for the confusion, clearly explained the contract terms, and worked with us to finalize a deal that we felt good about. To make things even better, she arranged to have the car delivered to our home--an hour away from the dealership--which we really appreciated. While the process didn't start off great, Tonya turned the experience around with her professionalism and customer care. Thanks to her, we ended up happy with both the car and the service.
