I never thought about reviewing Crown Lexus in Ontario until recently, and I was like, why not post on Yelp?! I have been going to Crown Lexus since I bought my first car, RC 300T back in 2016 at this location. Long story short, I ended up in an accident, got a new RC 350 F sport at the Riverside Lexus in 2018 but I come to this Ontario location because I live in this city and have been with this car since. Almost 7 years strong with this car! Service has always been fantastic over the years, and I would argue service has been getting better as of more recent. The facility itself is huge, plenty of parking, quiet, very clean, and a great place to relax and get some snacks while your car is getting tuned up. It is very easy to set up an appointment with any rep. You are seen promptly. Basic every 5k miles tuning usually takes 2-3 hours, sometimes less so the waits aren't gregariously long. I think the fastest mine was every done was like an hour and a half. I definitely recommend getting to know one of the customer service reps and sticking with them, it goes a long ways. I have been with Tony Hang since 2022 as he was a recommended service rep by an acquaintance of mine. Shout out to Tony! He's super chill, very friendly, casual, but also professional, gets straight to the point and let's you know his recommendations while not trying to force you or urge you to do services that you may or may not want. I think there are 2 important things to note for any customers stopping by. The loaner car is not always available on request, unless your car is expected to take more than just a day for maintenance. I also believe the car wash is not always available and provided to you. This is part of the reason why you definitely should get to know your service reps as these can likely be offered complimentary. Car washes are always included when I see Tony and if ever I need a loaner, it's usually available. That's just great service overall. Great service, great location, and a great location for general/routine maintenance. Maybe some day I'll upgrade to the RC as my car is getting old! Lol! read more

Convenience and ease of booking a service appointment... Five stars! Customer service is a bit iffy, hence the lower rating. A couple of odd things have happened in the past services I've had for my car. One of them was something decorating my car went missing and then the other one was that I ended up having a screw stuck in my tire. Heads up, there no proof that the screw came from the service department, and it's just so happened that my tire went flat on the freeway the same day I picked up my car from service. I had only been to one other location before the tire popped. Consumers in general: Be mindful that certain Lexus models do not carry spare tires, so that'll end up costing more to replace and to tow. All that to say is the drop off service option overnight is very convenient. they replaced my tire within a couple of hours... It was just a very costly inconvenience. The Lexus representatives range from nice to apathetic. read more

Mr. Temores is excellent!! He's like mailman because he always delivers! He provided me with excellent customer service, kept me up to date, and helped me resolve my issues right away. I wish he was a psychologist too so he can fix my wife's issues right away. Anyway I chose Crown Lexus even though I'm only 20 minutes away from Lexus riverside because Mr. Temores helped me get approval for warranty repairs and he is always professional and I feel that I can totally trust him and his service recommendations. I own 3 Lexus vehicles that I usually bring to Lexus Riverside, but from now on, I will be bringing all my vehicles to Mr. Temores anytime I need any service or repairs. P.S. every single person I have come in contact with from pulling up to the service area to the cashier have been very professional and accommodating. I was interested in purchasing a certified used car, the process started off well and quickly turned sour. Josh was the internet sales person who I spoke with to handle the sale. I wired my money to the dealership on 1/23/26 after speaking with Steve Sussman in finance. Due to it being a weekend the money did not process until 1/26. During that time I was overnighted a set of documents that had my name and address incorrect so they never arrived. After asking where the docs were I was sent a text message with a photo of the FedEx receipt with the wrong address and no context. I replied that the address was wrong and gave the correct address for them to be resent. The following day they arrived and when I opened the packet my name and address were wrong. I called Steve to ask when I could have correct documents, he said he would handle it the following day. I called Josh to ask that the docs were checked for accuracy before resending them, he replied that "they reprinted them so it should be fine". Again I ask that they look at every page to ensure they were correct, I was told they would.  The Fedex arrived the following day and was an incomplete packet and incorrect address information. I called Steve to let him know, he said he would redo the entire packet and send again. I expressed my disappointment and asked that each page be checked so we didn't delay the sale any longer. I also asked when a transport would be scheduled for the car to be sent to me. He said he wasn't sure, that isn't his department.  The following day (1/29) I received the docs packet and my name and address were correct. I was asked to get it notarized and send it back so it could be processed. I still had no idea when transportwould happen and at this point they have had my funds for three days.  I messaged Steve and told him I was becoming more disapointed that this process was taking a long time and that the issues were on their end. He apologized and tried to help with expediting transport. There had been zero communication to me regarding where in this process we were to finalize this purchase. I called in to the dealership again and spoke with a salesman who connected me to a sales manager, Greg Jeter. Greg told me he had overheard Josh on the phone with me a different day and that he was only minimally aware of what was going on with this sale. I updated him on where we were and how disappointed I was that this deal was mishandled. He apologized and offered me all weather floor mats valued at $250. I said that wasn't going to work for me I'd rather cancel the deal and buy elsewhere, they had delayed for several days because of issues processing contracts. He asked me to call back later after I had time to consider what I thought could make it right.  I called back and asked for : $1k off the sticker price, free transport for the vehicle, the floormats, and an additional extended warranty. He put me on hold and when he came back he said they'd return my money via check.  I would caution anyone doing business with this dealership to exercise due diligence and read your contract line by line for errors before signing anything or wiring money in.  At no point prior to me calling in to speak with someone about this deal and my experience was management interested in stepping in. I emailed the acting GM, Dave Woodland, and received no response. on 2/2/26 I was called by someone from the dealership to ask about my experience and she assured me I would hear from Dave Woodland, there has been no attempt from him to contact me. The kindest and most helpful person in my entire experience was Jennifer in the Controllers office. She was not only apologetic but expressed disappointment in how I was treated (and ignored) during this process. Thank you, Jennifer. read more

Received an appointment to view a car. Promised it was still available, drove an hour away, arrived, and was told that the car was sold the night before. Also confirmed 30mins before arriving and was told that the car was still here. Upon arriving, we asked for Alinda and waited an additional 15mins before she came out of her office. Despite qualifying for a vehicle, providing all required documents, and having a large down payment ready, the manager, Greg, refused to sell us the car, even tho he asks us to come in to move forward. I'll start by saying that I have bought 2 (not 3) cars from Crown, but this last experience left me wondering if I ever should have trusted them I also now wonder if I was taken on the last two deals. I went in to purchase an SUV and trade my Toyota Camry. Got there around 12N. The salesperson showed me several cars and we landed on a new one instead of pre-owned. Where it went south was when I specifically asked for my credit union to be contacted to get an approval. I was told by the salesperson that I should stay with Lexus financial because the rate would be better than what I'd get with the credit union (which I knew to be false). When I finally met with the finance guy (6pm, mind you), I was given an interest rate that I thought was not so great. I was not shown any other offer of financing so I presumed this was my only approval. Fast forward to the next morning whereby I called my credit union and they told me that they had in fact provided an approval for my car loan. This was NEVER presented to me and the terms with the credit union were much better than Lexus Financial. I contacted the sales person (D. Carter) and he rather blew it the whole thing off by telling me that I could refinance "in 6 months or so". Completely unacceptable. I will not be going back. Ever. read more

I received a passenger airbag recall for my RX450h and took about 1.9 yrs to get replaced due to parts availability. Lexus is good about on updating important information. I set up an appointment at Crown Lexus-Ontario, CA and Chris Santos take care of everything. He made good gestures by greeting and took a video of the whole car and engine as the condition upon receiving. He explained to me the process and the hours it will take. He also mentioned that i still have another freebee maintenance that is due for 35k miles and I asked if i can bump it to 7.5k which he put on a note. Exactly at 2.5 hrs as promised the car is ready with decent car wash and cleaned the mats. Nice lounge with Wifi, free water and coffee. read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I had an appointment to pay off my lease. I came with a checkbook and wanted to just buy it. I was there for HOURS!!!! The sales person made two appointments for the same time and would go back and forth and then disappear. We didn't negotiate, it was just a pay off, it should have been so easy. Days later i get an email from Lexus that my payment is late, even though i paid it off they din't tell lexus financial. And today I get a call saying we need to give them ANOTHER $300 for fees! We already paid their fee and DMV fees, but i guess there are more DMV fees that they couldn't figure out in the hours we were there. They can't explain the fees and they can't explain why the fees are different than the DMV records, but they have called and harassed us to pay more even when they assured us that we were done. The sales person really was clueless and then pressured me into taking a photo with the car and a bow that i insisted multiple times that I did not want to do and that i had to get my kid from school. Eventually i did it so she would give me the keys and i could leave. So now my photo will be there to make it look like she made a sale, when really Im the one who called and did everything. ZERO customer service. WE have gone through 3 Lexuses, we paid this off and gave it to my son and got my husband a BMW instead. We had a great experience leasing the car originally at a different dealership, and that was during the time there was a chip shortage three years ago and it was hard to get a car! That actually took way less time, including negotiations and returning the previous lease! Go somewhere else, including drive time you'll save time. read more

I chose Crown Lexus because they could fit me in days earlier than any other dealership. Chris discussed the process with me upfront and set me up with a loaner car. I dropped my car off Monday (9/23) and was able to pick it up the next evening! My overall total for the repairs also went down roughly $600. I happily drove over 80 miles, one way, to purchase a new Lexus at this dealership, after wasting my time trying to buy at 6 other Lexus Dealerships. Ricardo at Crown Lexus gave me the lowest price and an amazing buying experience, hands down! I was looking to purchase a new Lexus as an anniversary gift for my wife. After not being able to reach a satisfactory deal on a new Lexus at any of my local Ventura County/ So Cal Lexus Dealers (and actually having been belittled and humiliated by a salesman at Thousand Oaks Lexus, in the public lounge, with my family, while trying to make a deal there, please see my review and buying experience with them,) I began to work with Ricardo Luna at Crown Lexus in Ontario. We were looking for a specific model, color and option and through the Lexus website, I discovered that the Lexus Dealers in Ontario, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, Woodland Hills, Valencia, Thousand Oaks and Mission Viejo had the cars with the options we wanted. Most of the dealers would not go under sticker price. A few dealerships went under slightly under sticker. Ricardo at Crown Lexus beat out all of the other dealerships and went under sticker significantly. He even made me aware that I was eligible for a $1k Military rebate, which none of the other dealers informed me of. The buying experience at Crown Lexus was great. We were greeted at the dealership by an extremely friendly young man in front (sorry, did not get his name) who directed us to our scheduled appointment with Ricardo. Ricardo was extremely kind, friendly, helpful and professional. He answered all of our questions about the process. After the test drive, we worked with Daisey and Steve in the finance department. They were extremely friendly and helpfull. I came pre financed from my credit union, but ended up going with Lexus financing as they beat my credit union. The process was fast and easy. Ricardo stayed with us after we sealed the deal and spent a lot of time with us showing us how to set up the various systems and safety technologies. He even went out of his way to make sure our daughter had some snacks. To the General Manager-I would like to commend Ricardo Luna for his hospitality, honesty, customer support , attention to details and for the hassle free, no gimmicks, games or pressure buying experience he provided to us. I have been trying to get in contact with the dealership on so many occasions after purchasing a vehicle from them. It's nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone, they never answer the phone.. no matter what department or time of day I've attempted to contact them and each time get sent to voicemail. On the rare occasions I do get an answer and need to be redirected, it's the same issue not being able to get the service I require for my vehicle or even to answer any questions. This dealership only cares to bring in business but doesn't care for the after purchase service when it comes to their customers. read more

**I'm only writing this review because I emailed @crownlexus.com with my complaint and receive no response *** I have been a loyal Lexus owner for 8 years, and very happy with the 2 Lexus vehicles I have driven. My daughter was also an employee of Lexus which is what first drew me to the brand--to where both of us bought vehicles and still drive. I've always appreciated Lexus for its reputation of integrity, reliability, and customer care. Unfortunately, my recent experience at Crown Lexus with Service Advisor Jennifer Villalobos was the complete opposite of what I've come to expect from Lexus. I brought my vehicle in for service after my check engine light came on. I was specifically seeking a second opinion, as finding a mechanic or dealership you can genuinely trust--especially once your car is out of warranty--can be a difficult task. Sadly, this visit only reinforced that concern. From the moment I interacted with Ms. Villalobos, I felt as though she was being predatory rather than helpful. When I asked questions about the issues that were supposedly identified, I received vague and unclear explanations. Instead of providing transparency, she deflected by making an unprofessional and dismissive remark along the lines of "Is money an issue for you?"because of the price she quoted me. That comment was completely inappropriate, uncalled for, and immediately turned me off. When I decided to take my vehicle elsewhere, Ms. Villalobos became hostile and disingenuous. Rather than properly closing out my service, she walked off without advising me that my car was ready--I never saw her again. Only for me to later find my vehicle left unattended in the service driveway with the door open, car running and keys inside. This level of disregard for a customer's property and professionalism is unacceptable for any dealership, let alone one representing the Lexus brand. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Crown Lexus and would caution others to reconsider before taking their business here. If I could give this location a negative rating, I absolutely would.
