I had a last minute RV cancellation on another service and I called NW Adventure Rentals searching…read morefor an RV I needed in less than 30 days and they pulled through for me! I couldn't easily find their address online or their website but I emailed them and received a response within a couple hours (located in Lynwood, WA). They provided the quote within minutes of a phone call I had with one of the RV owners for the 2016 Tiffin Allegro. The cost for the RV and the value of the RV was decently fair from it being 30 days out from needing it for a 3 night rental (4 days total). Although 40% of the cost were tax & fees (prep/basic protection/rental tax/sales tax). You are able to pay in two split payments with 1st being the deposit, and 2nd being 14 days away (might be different that I needed it in less than 30 days). The RV itself was awesome and very nice for 4 people and expanded in three areas (bedroom kitchen/living room). It included camping chairs, portable propane grill, dishes/utensils, pans/pots, toilet paper, paper towels, dish cloths, trash can/bags, and so much more - honestly loved that it came with so much that the cost was worth it. We didn't have to buy so many extra things at the store. We didn't use hookups at the gorge - but with the restrooms/showers/water they provide at the gorge we never ran out in the RV, it was good enough for 3 nights! Generator usage - we ran it for about a 2-4 hours a day. We did get charged for over gen usage which I was not aware they would but we were fine with the extra cost. NW does provide a "platinum package" for fuel/ cleaning/dumping/other items, they charge by square footage of the RV. You can also opt out from different services and only itemize what you couldn't do last minute. Any additional questions I had before and during renting it, they were able to answer quickly with a phone call/text which I loved! And such quick responses! Shout out to Julie who was on call and easy to text with! And Victor for going through the RV with us when we arr NW is also perfect for Gorge Amphitheatre rentals and they also provide a wide selection of RVs just for specific events at the Gorge. Overall experience as A+++++ loved everything and such a smooth experience!

To salvage our vacation we were lucky to find a company that came to our rescue. NW Adventures and could rent us a motorhome replacement last minute. They were quick to respond and Julie was a model of proficiency to help us on our way. We rented a 24FT Four Winds. It had everything we needed and a great layout. The entire staff was great, and no trick gotcha hidden fees in that fine print you don't catch. During our trip Julie was readily available for any questions we had while in the far north. While all components worked, this motorhome was built during Covid and it was clear quality and workmanship had taken a hit. Regardless, that's not anything to do with NW Adventures and they have quite a variety of equipment to choose from. I would rent from them again in an instant.

Luck was on our side, as we were their first customers to enjoy their brand new 2021 36ft Reflection. We had a family of 5 (3 adults, 2 kids). The owners were very particular about the cleanliness, everything that went into the camper was sanitized. The owners provided us a hassle-free and stress-free experience. They supplied all the basic amenities from kitchenware, towels, vacuum, trash bags, seasonings, even shampoo/conditioner and hand sanitizers, all we had to bring were foods and clothes. Even more, they delivered the camper to the RV park, set it all up, taught me how to operate it, even refilled one of the empty propane tanks in the middle of our week-long stay. Their pricing is very competitive, for the services that they provided. We want to truly thank the owners for such a good memorable trip. Highly recommended!

Customer service before I booked was great as well. They quickly answered all my questions. You can tell this company is committed to quality product and helping you create a memorable trip. I also loved the email list with tips and ideas. They really cover it all! The van had 220,000 miles on it but ran like a gem so clearly serviced regularly. Great visibility in the windows (no real blind spots while driving) and the turning radius of the maverick wasn't bad at all. If you go over mileage, the fees didn't kill you either. 10/10 recommend booking here and no they didn't beg me to write this review... I just love talking about my trip and this great van company!!!! Tip: make sure you bring an aux cord, dongle if you have an iphone and an AV car charger for your devices. You can always buy the aux cord as an extra if you need it! Don't forget to add a $5 propane tank. Finally, when returning the van, there are 2 gas stations near by... if passing the Escape Campervan property on your right, go past it to fill up. The one right off the high way before arriving there is way over priced!

We were frustrated that we had to schedule a specific pick-up time and our pick-up was pushed later in the afternoon. This disrupted our day 1 plans and were not able to complete the hike we wanted to do. The van worked well for us. Highly recommend getting the rooftop tent. The van was old. It had nearly 300,000 miles. It didn't have any modern amenities (e.g. no carplay or gps interface). They also nickle and dime you for add-ons which is frustrating. I think there are too many other private campervan rental options (e.g. Outdoorsy) at a competitive price point with modern vehicles for us to use Escape again.

Would the AC crap out on us when it was 100 degrees and we were 200 miles away? TLDR: the RV was almost new. It was very clean and everything worked great. Would 100% rent from these guys again and will recommend them to others. A lot of others mention cleaning & deposite. We did what I would personally consider the bare minimum: wiped down kitchen, stove & table surfaces. Emptied garbage. Swept the main living space (and were shoes-outside while at camp). We got our whole deposit back & no cleaning charges. As instructed, we called and made a pick-up appointment. This time is theoretical and you will wait in line anyway (basically like any car dealership) so, if you can, make it as early in the day as possible. But after about a 1 hour wait we were on or way. The Forestriver Sunseeker we were assigned was in nearly new condition. It featured a queen sized bed with regular mattress and a little privacy screen. A very small bathroom. A dinette that could maybe squeeze more than 4. The dinette convers to a bed and there is also another sleeping area over the cab. There is TONS of storage space under the RV and some inside. The freezer is big enough for a bag of ice + a few other things. The fridge is probably 3/4 scale to a smaller full-size fridge. Kitchen area is tiny but functional. I brought my own knife & cutting board and wish I'd brought a non-stick pan. The kitchen includes a 3 burner stove and a microwave sized convection/micro combo. The pop-out gives you a decent amount of additional floor space and there is also a roll-out awning. Yes! The comfort kit we got included a decent set up of pots/pans/cooking utensils and dishes. The grey water tank (more on this in a sec) is not huge so if you plan to use the regular plates/dishes I'd bring a wash basin so you can wash up without using the grey tank. Otherwise, you may want to bring paper. Your RV comes with a full water tank. Note that this is technically potable water but not recommended for drinking. They didn't tell us this but important to be aware of. We were a little caught off guard by how quickly we went through water. We were only able to make our water tank and black/grey tanks last for our 4 night camping excursion (for two adults) by using campground porta-potties and showers and being really conservative with dish-washing, etc. So, this is something to plan around and we weren't aware of. NOT Road Bear's problem but just something to know.

We booked a 25-27 Class C RV, arrived for pick up on time, they conducted a walk through (very useful but please watch the video they send prior to understand all functionalities) completed paper work and we hit the road. Return was super smooth they did a quick check, we left the rv really clean so no additional charges were applied other than propane gas(we were lazy so chose not to fill it ourselves) and extra miles we drove for (which is expected).. The RV was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2kids, the kitchenette very handy comes with pots pans glass ware etc. the bed was comfortable, tables big enough, awning wide enough to setup a table outside and enjoy the surroundings even in bad weather. All in all I will highly recommend renting from this RV rental store.

Sheila the owner did a thorough job explaining how the van operated and was very responsive when we had questions. The van basically drove itself! It had great safety features like slowing down when getting too close to the other cars, alerting when getting too close to the side of the road with an ariel view on the dash, and flashing a red light on the side mirrors when a car was in a blind spot. Also, had a several cameras on the dash for maneuvering when parking. We LOVED our Cascade Adventure Van!
