Never been in, and don't intend to due to FALSE ADVERTISING!!…read more They post vehicles on AutoTrader as "One Owner, No Accidents" then CARFAX reveals multiple owners and accidents. Classic sleazeball used car lot.

I don't recommend. The first thing they asked is if I had a trade and like others have said as soon…read moreas they found out i didnt have a trade they were not interested in my business(call next week and maybe we can work somethig out). Trying to mess with the numbers and also tax implications are the reason for this(been audited lately?). I am sure like all the other negative reviews they will have some sort of response to this review but in reality what it comes down to is there are a large number of negative reviews with this place..I recommend to stay away. Just to update: as i stated above they had no interest in my business or building a relationship since i didnt have a trade. The conversarion was litteraly that. Do you have a trade available? No i dont was my answer. There reaponse: call next week and maybe we can work something out. And yes messing with the numbers on a trade in have direct tax implications as a business. I am not upset at all, in fact glad the red flag was thrown so soon. Yelp and other review sites are here for consumers to inform other consumers about the experiance they have had with the business. Mine was not good and as such i am letting other consumers know the experiance I have had. No hate or mean its strictly the experiance..to bad it wasnt better.

I am not the one to leave reviews usually but I would definitely recommend this dealership. Todd…read morewas amazing, professional and transparent from the start. He made this experience really easy. Negotiating was amazing and he was also just a good man to have a conversation with. Please work with this man he knows how to help and deliver with his promises. I would say I had a worse experience in the finance part of the process. Helen wasn't so easy to work with. She was pressuring us into buying an extended warranty they were selling it to me on a discount which wasn't a terrible deal. But she was almost insulting, just because me and my wife are young doesn't mean she gets to just talk like that. Went on a 15 min rant on why i should get the warranty after I said no like 20 times. Seems like she forgot the meaning of the word "no", then had the audacity say things like "if the car breaks who you are not gonna call?" And "do you know how to fix a transmission" transmission does not go out that easily. 0/10 experience on that side. Overall avoid Helen and work with Todd.

I fully understand what purchasing a vehicle "as-is" means, and I accepted those terms. However, I…read moredo not believe "as-is" should extend to items that were misrepresented. Before purchasing my vehicle from Rairdon Auto Sales in Auburn, I specifically asked about recent servicing and an electronic issue I had noticed. I was verbally assured that the vehicle had been serviced, including fluids and filters, and that the electronic concern had been inspected by a manufacturer's dealership and confirmed to be normal. After the purchase, the issue persisted, so I had the vehicle evaluated by an authorized dealership. They confirmed there was, in fact, an electronic issue and noted several maintenance items had not been completed as represented, including low or dirty fluids and an unchanged engine air filter. I chose Rairdon as a large, reputable dealership because I expected a high level of honesty and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. For future buyers, I would strongly encourage independent verification of any claims prior to purchase rather than relying solely on verbal assurances. Reputation matters, but it ultimately relies on the integrity and follow-through of those representing the business.

If you think "out the door price" means the total cost you will pay for your vehicle, Smart Motorz…read moreis not for you. We had agreed on an out the door price and I wrote my check. I was extremely disappointed to hear a month later that I owed a balance, putting my actual cost above a price that I had refused. The issue was that the estimate for registration/title/plates etc. was listed on my purchase order as $100 when the cost was actually $260. Fine, you got me Smart Motorz, I should have known that $100 was an impossibly low estimate for registration in WA and not trusted you to be honest with me at all. My bad, I has assumed you were like all other dealers that manage to get within $25 and usually give you a few bucks back when the plates come in so their customers do not feel cheated. I called the state and looked into it. Having my address and knowing that it would have taken two of these cars to go above the base weight fee, there was only one fee that was not fixed and needed to be estimated, the $18.29 RTA Excise Tax. This means $240.50 in fixed fees is the minimum possible fee. Breakdown attached. A $100 estimate is in no way possible or reasonable. Nobody told me Smart Motorz could be shady and/or incompetent that ther estimate of fees they deal eith every day could be 150% off just so that it appeared as if I woud pay the agreed price. Now I know. I asked why the estimate was so far off when picking up may plates, and was told the estimate was "random" and they blamed the state. No effort to make things right or even acknowledge that their fabricated "random" lowball estimate cost me money. To me, a deal is a deal. Whether it was gross incompetence or deliberate use of an unrealistic estimate, Smart Motorz does not deserve your business. They will certainly not get any more of mine. I'm sure there is a catch to the "free oil change" but I'm not going to waste my time finding out.
