Saw on IG that this location opened up so we decided to stop in.. long line out the door .. I didn't realize it was opening day and Friday and Free Cookie Day!! The line moved quickly, staff was friendly, smelled amazing .. open kitchen area where mixers are being loaded, cookies are coming out of the ovens and cookies are being placed inside paper sleeves ready to be purchased .. I got a box of four .. 2 sugar with bright pink frosting and 2 chocolate chip PLUS 2 free ones!! They were packaged in a pretty pink box and were warm and gooey.. the sugar cookies were chilled and right out of the fridge .. I had half of each cookie when I got them home .. the chocolate chip cookie was slightly under that's why it was melt in your mouth yummy .. it was super soft .. the sugar cookie was maybe too buttery on day one and slightly greasy on day two .. both had good flavor though, they are big cookies perfect for sharing .. I will definitely come through again when I'm needing my cookie fix.. they deliver warm to your door also for a delivery fee until midnight!! read more

Normally, I'm a fan of Crumbl, but recently I'm not happy with their delivering services. I was sent a box of cookies for my birthday. I live in a gated community and these cookies were left outside the gate turned vertical for who knows how long. The person that sent them had no idea that I live in a gated community, but would have been more than happy to reach out to me to get the gate code had someone reached out to her. It's the middle of summer in Arizona and I was not comfortable eating these cookies for temperature reasons and who knows if they could have been contaminated. I went into this location to exchange the cookies out as this is an issue with their delivery services and was given a ton of attitude from the manager on duty. I won't be bringing my business back here for a while and wouldn't suggest to use their delivering services. read more

Once upon a time when I finally get to try this cookie shop that everyone is buzzing about....I am now disappointed that I went along with everyone else to give it a try. After all I would never know if I do like it or not unless I've tried it. I bought a Chilled Sugar Cookie for $3.95, wow what a waste! The frosting was kinda thick with slight strawberry taste to it, but it just doesn't go along with the chilled cookie. Perhaps I should try a different one before I write this review, but I don't think I would try it again, because that was the most classic cookie you can try and to have a bad experience on top of it, I don't think there's going back at all. read more

Tried crumble cookies it was really delicious.This was our first time in so we grabbed a four pack to try a little bit of everything. The first one we had was the pumpkin roll it was so good not too sweet probably my favorite one. The second one was a peanut butter which had tons of peanut butter in the middle it was really Gooey.The third one we had was the Eggo waffle this is my husband's favorite it legit taste like a eggo waffle.The fourth one was a sugar cookie this one was of my least favorite he was extremely sweet.The staff was really friendly the presentation was really pretty on the cookies. I liked at the menu rotates so they always have different things. I will definitely be back and be bringing these to my nephews! read more

Chocolate chip oh my! So for just under $3.00 i was able to get 1 quite large, thick warm magnificent chocolate chip cookie. I have to say I was abut surprised by the price, but after eating it, seeing how clean the place was, efficient and wonderful the staff was I was good with the price in the end. I was excited to go here and see what all the fuss is about. I ordered one frosted sugar cookie and one chocolate chip. The chocolate chip was average, on a generous scale. The sugar cookie was served ICE cold, no joke, it was really really cold and I'm not sure what flavor it was. It wasn't sugary, it wasn't sweet. I've honestly never experienced that particular flavor but it was a bad, bad flavor. Two bites were all I could handle. I can't try it again to give it a second chance. I've been here three times since they opened and absolutely adore this place! They always have their warm chocolate chip cookie (which is gooey and delicious) and their chilled sugar cookie. Their other options switch every week. I've tried multiple variations - s'mores, peanut butter roll, churro, animal cookie, and s'mores brownie. So far the traditional chocolate chip has been my favorite! The cookies are huge portion sizes - perfect for sharing. Yes, they are a bit pricey for a cookie but I feel like craft desserts are the hype around here! Every Sunday they release their flavors of the week. I always look on social media, but I believe you can also find them on their website. They also offer a "stars" program where you enter your phone number and get points for each visit.
