This was my third time coming to this shop, I actually had an opportunity to try the cookies and buy some. I was so disappointed to be greeted poorly when it usually feels so warm walking in. I asked for some cookies, the cashier wasn't so nice and messed up my order. :( the cookies were perfect to taste with a group of 4. The minis were so cute so I couldn't be upset! The regular day to day cookies were incredible but then you add in a featured one? The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially to newbies and the lobby area is always so clean. Their cookies are large and have a wide variety of flavors that change on a weekly basis. The tres leches is a cake pastry and not a cookie pastry. I think I like their short bread type cookie even more than the regular chocolate chip cookie. read more

I'm not a Crumbl cookie fan but when I saw that they had released banana pudding, I was all up for a visit. It was busy when we stopped by and people were waiting for their orders. We placed our order on the tablet and it was pretty easy and quick. By the time I was done inputting payment, our pudding was ready at the counter! The pudding was delicious. Crumbl is a pretty standard experience in my opinion, regardless of the location. I know there are some reviews mentioning grumpy workers, but that wasn't my experience--everyone was friendly and helpful. If you go into most places that employ younger kids right before closing, it's going to be a tough time for all involved--haha, that's just my general retail experience. That said, let's talk product. Crumbl cookies are RICH. They're soft, heavy, and packed full of whatever it is you order. One cookie will most likely more than fill you up. Here are my Crumbl tips: order with a group and split the cookies--it's more fun that way. Check the rotating menu; it changes weekly, with only a few standards (like the chocolate chip and the sugar cookie) sticking around all the time. I won't lie--anything non-cookie here (like the ice cream) I haven't been too keen on, but I'm not going to Crumbl for that. I'm going for ridiculously sweet, creative dessert that will most likely delight whoever you're eating it with. They also make great surprise gifts for people having tough days. read more

Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service. My little sister wanted a Dubai chocolate brownie so we drove across town to get one. They marked them as sold out on the menu but had a whole tray on the counter. When asked how we could get ONE they snickered amongst eachother like little school girls at us and said there was no way to get one unless we wanted to reach across the counter. UNPROFESSIONAL, CHILDISH AND TERRIBLE excuse for an establishment. If you want to ruin your evening and start hating crumbl you should visit this store . Will never set foot in this store again. The cookies were crispy at the edges and a little more soft on the inside. I like cookies that remain soft after a few days. The cookies are huge and they are enough for two or three people to share one cookie. I think it's best to buy the cookies when there are people to share them with so you can try a lot of flavors at once. I personally think the plain chocolate chip is the best. Luckily this is the case because they always have that flavor available. I have some favorite flavors or items at other stores and am sad when the item becomes discontinued. I have tried many different flavors and I can't remember them too well. I had a peanut butter flavored one, a strawberry flavored one, a chocolate flavored one, one with caramel on the top...
