Very good cookies! They're super large and very reasonably priced, you really feel like you've got a full-blown dessert with each cookie. The weekly special format is super fun too and keeps me coming back. I think that the cookies can lean a bit too dry or sweet on occasion, and I've had better luck with chocolate chip and chocolate-based cookies than sugar cookies. Cloying sweet and under baked with frosting to boot on some of them. Tasted like barely baked cookie dough. Service was fine at the place but just not a fan. Gave me a stomach ache. I have been to several Crumbl Cookies and even this location. But, tonight I have received the worst service and it's unfortunate that this establishment would allow an employee so callous. The employee Stella lacks basic manners and is a terrible problem solver. It is obvious Stella cannot handle her role at Crumbl Cookies - she has no idea how to serve customers when there is more than one group of customers. She controls employees who are doing the right thing and tells them the wrong thing. She is a terrible communicator, and this location would be better off without her work. If anything, it brings the location and overall work environment down. Jules on the other hand is a great employee and I would celebrate her for her customer service and ability to balance customer needs and work. I'm happy to discuss further. read more

I wanted to treat some friends in the Arcadia area to Crumbl Cookies. A gal from work was feeling under the weather so I had cookies delivered to her and another buddy did their pick up curbside. I was able to get right to Crumbl's website from Yelp and do everything from my phone. You pick your day and time for delivery and pick up and what you want to order. (Plan ahead to make sure of availability!) If you leave the site and come back you can pick up right where you left off. You pay and tip online as well. You can even leave kind little notes when gifting cookies too! I was so tickled! I received confirmation texts with no spam from the location and it has been over a week. Both delivery and pick up went smooth for both parties. They do ask for vehicle information when picking up. So get their vehicle info if it is for someone other than yourself and you can give them the number to text when they arrive so they can bring out their cookies to them. I just placed an order to be shipped to my family back home from the main website! I love all the options of spreading cookie joy! Woohoo! read more

Is anybody else really sick of getting cheated? I usually order Crumbl cookies for people for their birthdays. It's a nice treat once a year. This year I decided to do minis as a gift I didn't know they offered them and didn't realize how ridiculously tiny they are compared to the regular cookie for the exact same price. Well, it's obvious that they're going to be mini and stupidly I assumed they wouldn't be quite that tiny being as they're the same price as a regular sized cookie when he handed me the box I thought this has to be wrong. I don't mind paying for things that are worth the money. This just isn't worth the money. And I'm tired of paying too much for things that aren't any good and being told that that's just the way it is. I went in to get a 4-pk as a thank you for a coworker. Placed my order and proceeded to wait. You wouldn't think you'd have to wait long for 4 cookies with one person ahead of you but you'd be wrong. I waited about 10 minutes only to be told they were out of everything I ordered and did I want to wait 12-15 minutes? No I didn't. I was on my lunch break and really couldn't wait any longer. I asked for my money back and had to wait for the staff member to get the assistance of a manager. I was given an apology and the staff was courteous but I don't understand why they took my order if they were out! All in all, I was there for over 15 minutes just to get cookies - or rather not get them. I don't get the love people have for this place, I honestly do not. Probably won't go back. read more

Crumbl Cookies are always a fun treat. The cookies are huge, they come in a cute little pink box, and they're tasty! I typically pick up cookies directly from the store, but I decided to use their delivery service to send a fun little surprise to my mom. I was a bit surprised to discover that they use DoorDash for their deliveries. Due to numerous terrible experiences with DoorDash and other third part delivery services, I try to avoid using those apps like the plague. It wasn't until after I placed my order, and finally received a text notification that the cookies were on their way, that I realized DoorDash was the one making the delivery. When placing the order on Crumbl's website, there's a $6.99 delivery fee and an option to leave a tip (which they state goes directly to the baker). There is absolutely no mention of DoorDash during the checkout process. When I called the store in an attempt to cancel the order, the cookies were already picked up by the Dasher. Had I known that DoorDash would be making the delivery, I wouldn't have ordered at all. What I find even shittier is that Crumbl doesn't specify that the tip to the baker instead goes to the Dasher (who I'm unsure is getting the tip or the $6.99 delivery fee). Overall, Crumbl is great for a treat once in a while for yourself or for a fun little gift to someone else. However, I would absolutely avoid their delivery services if you try to avoid places like DoorDash. read more

They have seasonal cookies that look just as amazing as the regular ones offered. Service was fast and they show you your cookies before you take them to ensure they are to your liking. So I'm not the biggest cookie, cupcake or donut fan. I'm more of a savory person. But I have to admit these guys make a good cookie. There are over ten Crumbl locations all over the Valley to choose from. I stopped by this location in Arcadia for my first experience and enjoyed my Chilled Twix cookie (one of my favorite candy bars growing up!). These cookies are pretty big and come in their own little box. Crumbl was started by two cousins who let customers taste test their cookies until they got the perfect recipe down. The first location opened in Utah. Now they are nationwide and offer local delivery, curbside pick-up and nationwide shipping. My boss recently picked up a few boxes of Crumbl cookies and got to try a variety of flavors. They have over a hundred rotating flavors to choose from! Some highlights for me in that box were Chocolate Chip, Red Velvet and Oreo. The only thing missing was a big glass of milk. read more

I am honestly very upset. I spent $4 for a burnt cookie and then got rude service and was treated like a liar after nicely saying it was burnt. I even asked my boyfriend to taste before saying anything to make sure I wasn't being dramatic. The lady ended up giving me another cookie and this one was raw.. Like borderline cookie dough raw. I know crumbl typically has chewy cookies and my boyfriend's was a very yummy fully cooked not burnt cookie, and mine was raw. Again, I had my boyfriend taste to be sure and it didn't even taste like a cookie it had that cookie dough taste some people like. (For reference my boyfriend and I had the same flavor the second time around so I know what a fully cooked one was supposed to taste and feel like). If you give Crumbl any less than 5 stars, you are insane...INSANE, I tell you!! I am not really a sweets person, and I'm definitely not a cookie person. That's not to say that I dislike cookies, but I don't crave them, and I'd never met a cookie I couldn't pass up, until there was Crumbl. I was introduced to Crumbl when I was visiting a friend in Idaho last summer. I couldn't believe how amazing they were, and I was so excited to discover that there is one less than 5 minutes from my house!! I love that the flavors change on a weekly basis, and so I am forced to try different cookies each time. I don't love them all, but I love most of them, and they are all good quality cookies! They are soft and flavorful, and they go a long way. A box of 4 can feed a small party. I like to cut them into quarters when I have people over, and we share them all! Crumbl Cookies is my favorite new discovery. This shop is small, but incredibly clean and chic looking. The concept and menu is simple and I love it. I have tried the following flavors: churro, smores, chilled sugar. The chilled sugar cookie is my favorite for sure. The rotate flavors each week and try cool flavor combos.
