Like other PB's, you get a pair of tongs with paper on a tray, pick your pastries and bring them to the front to pay. We got the cookies and creme mochi donut, which was the perfect amount of sweet and chewy. The tiramisu cake slice, on the other hand, was decadent but a bit too heavy for me. I emailed Chantel's two days after the in-person meeting informing them that my credit card had not been charged and asked when it would be. I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. It was not until the morning of my wedding did I receive a PayPal invoice, in which was paid within 3 hours of receipt.
