Service sometimes takes a long time. Place is very clean and the folks in charge are usually very friendly. We can't eat a whole cookie by ourselves and they have so many flavors so we get the minis. This has been a home run for us to be able to try things and they have some really amazing flavor combinations. And some misses here and there. Thus 4-stars! read more

Cookies were brought to the car jumbled, we were able to fix them with little mess. I called the store because we got the receipt saying order complete and waited 15 minutes and still no cookies. When we called the girl was short and rude when she said they were behind on orders. I understand the busy aspect but why say my order is complete and then be rude on the phone when i call to inquiring. First the positive, these cookies are delish! That is where it ends, unfortunately. We came in for the first time and received NO greeting at all by the employees that were talking amongst themselves. We placed our order on the kiosk, still no greeting as they continued to visit with each other. While we were waiting for our order, another customer came in and the employee that was wiping down cookie trays proceeded to ask her what she needed without even walking over to the counter, just shouting at her from a distance. The customer was trying to redeem her birthday coupon and it seemed like a bother for the employee to put down her cleaning rag and walk to the front counter. She was tart with the customer and it felt really odd that she wouldn't offer up a "happy birthday" greeting to her. We did when we walked out and it was clear that the other customer was grateful that someone acknowledged her birthday. It took about 5 minutes for our order to be handed to us, which was fine but again, no thank you or have a nice day! Bakeries are one of the happiest places on earth. The vibe here is nothing like what we would have expected. There is so much potential here with thoughtful packaging, great product and amazing scents when you walk in! Customer service is the key to repeat business. In a wonderful community like Avon we would expect to feel valued and welcome when we are supporting our local businesses. read more

I sort of forgot this place opened and happened to be driving nearby and stopped in. They have someone to take your order and 2 self-serve kiosks to order from too. Cookies rotate each week and are served warm or chilled. They pulled them out of a warming oven or cooler and put your toppings on before Inc handing to you. The box they put them in makes them look very nice in my opinion. They could be given as a gift. As far as service goes. I watched a young lady decorate the cookies quickly and show the 2 men in front of me their cookies to make sure they looked good For my order, it took awhile for it to come out and the guy who handed it to me apologized for the wait. The box was closed and he didn't show me my cookies. Now to the cookies...delicious. We tried oatmeal rolo, cinnamon fry cake, chocolate chip and chocolate cake! I walked in and the worker said hi but did not make eye contact i ordered 3 mini cookies and one big one and i was in there waiting for 7 minutes and no one else's was in there. the one reason i am making this review is there unpreparedness. I realize I'm bucking the trend here with a non-glowing review of Crubl, but at $4 per cookie, the stakes are high. We sampled Chocolate Chunk, Salted Caramel Chocolate, and Pink-Frosted Sugar. The Chocolate Chunk was very good, the best of the three. Sort of doughy and chewy with lots of chocolate. The Caramel was also good, with the salt a nice balance to the sweetness. The Frosted Sugar missed the mark entirely. Overly sweet and one-note with a sort of chemical aftertaste. Couldn't finish it. If you can eat them right away, the fact that several are served warm is a very nice touch. The bottom line is: would I pay $4 for one of these cookies again... and the answer to this is probably not. They are huge, yes, but they are also four dollars. read more

Hard to get cookies wrong you say? I guess, but we've all had that batch that went left, and these guys do it really well. Big specialty cookies, with great flavors and topped creatively. I like the service as well. Friendly and a lot of automation here. I've been in similar places where the walk-in wait is painful. If you've never had a chance to get Crumbl then you are missing out on what could possibly be one of the best experiences of your life. Every week the flavors change and they are always a mixture of chilled vs. warm cookies. Chocolate chip is a constant option which is always dependable too. Downloading the app is a nice way to have them delivered to you! This particular location in general has always been good to us and we will continue to go back. read more

Staff was super friendly and helpful! I was immediately greeted when I walked through the door with smiles and wishing me good morning and welcoming me to Crumbl. The cookies were good! We got four of their warm cookie selections which included: chocolate chip for my husband, Kentucky butter for me (which was the favorite for us!), and two galaxy brownie cookies for my stepsons. You can choose to buy one cookie, four cookies, six cookies, or 12 cookies. They also sell ice cream by the half pint or a pack of 4 half pints. You can buy the cookie cutter to split your cookie into fourths which is great for parties and serving in general and can be reused. read more

I gave Crumbl a try when I had a free birthday cookie. I went in to get my cookie and couldn't decide between just one flavor so I also decided to get a 4 pack. The flavors change weekly, so they only had 6 options. I'm pretty sure the chocolate chip and pink frosted sugar cookie are always options every week. These cookies are huge. I have such a sweet tooth, but it is hard to eat a cookie in one sitting. I can't wait to go back and try other flavors. read more

Stopped by this morning right when they opened at 8am, as I needed to pickup dessert for a meeting. The staff were friendly and super helpful. I got one of each flavor; chocolate chip, double chocolate, lemon cake, peanut butter & jelly, and a chocolate toffee. They also had a strawberry pop tart, but the staff advised me that it would take about 20mins, so I opted for another chocolate chip. I also purchased the cookie cutter, as the cookies are really rich (but delicious), which quickly allows you to split the cookies into quarters. All of the cookies I tried were absolutely delicious, and my coworkers agreed as well. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff there today, as they all were friendly and interacted with me. read more

I have experienced Crumbl two times since the opening and both have been great. The first time I ordered through door dash and the service plus the cookies were great. The second time was in person. There was a little confusion by the person handling the cash register when it came to the reward card system but that was okay. Why? Because I was a little confused as well due to it being my time in person and using my reward card. Once that was cleared up by another employee, everything was smooth sailing and the cookies are absolutely amazing. read more

So the process at this store is a total mess. I ordered cookies on there app for a pick up time of 4:40. My husband went to pickup the order and I tried to say I was there on the app so they could make the cookies and it kept telling me I was to far away! So even after he showed the screen shot of the order # they put him at the bottom of the list. I have ordered cookies multiple times off the app and have never had an issue. Purchased a four pack. Gave the chocolate Chip away but tried the sugar cookie, red velvet cookie and a carmel topped cookie. Cookies were warm, fresh and very good. Sesame Street's 'Cookie Monster' would go ballistic here! We drove 15 miles to check out this place, and it definitely lives up to the hype. The gourmet cookies here are delectable, large, fresh, and often topped with tasty frosting, candied fruit, chocolate syrups, sprinkles, and many other garnishments (you can choose to skip the toppings). Ordering is super efficient and simple, with credit card stations and screens, and they rotate new flavors in weekly. You will want to come here at least once a week (can you say 'DI-A-BEET-US)! I appreciate that cash is accepted as well, given the fact that many people like me hardly ever put food on our credit cards. The friendly employees here are wonderful too (I hope they hire 'special needs' teens too), and it's interesting to see so many of them operating the machinery and ovens while making the cookies in front of you in an 'open kitchen' setting. I'm sure lots of little kiddos get wowed seeing this 'wonka-like' mini cookie factory operation in front of their very eyes! First of all, I didn't get all the cookie flavors I ordered. 3 were right and one was a duplicate. The strawberry shortcake tasted nothing like I thought it would. It was really gross and didn't taste like the strawberry shortcake bars. Way too much cream on top and basically a flavorless cookie. The banana one had zero banana flavor and it was RAW in the middle. The mint brownie was good, but too rich to eat more than 2 bites. It's fun to order them, but this is my third time getting different flavors and I haven't really enjoyed any of them. They're just very very very sweet. read more

i worked at Crumbl for almost a year , most of my time there was amazing good crew good shift leads ( terrible pay and hours) a new manger took over and everything went in the garbage everyone felt like they had to walk on egg shells . all mangenent did was complain that everything we did was wrong and made us feel like we wasnt enough . we had a flock of crows that would come time to time and we would feed them an egg and a friend asked me to give them an egg on days he wasn't there , so the first and only day I grabbed an egg walked outside placed it down finished my shift even had a talk with my manger explaining how she thought how much of an asset and valueable employee I was then fired me later that day ( but only me ) so professional no warning or nothing just boot to the curb .. over an egg read more
