The establishment was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Although they were sold out of the Beetlejuice cookie, I enjoyed the strawberry shortcake and triple chocolate chip cookies. The triple chocolate chip was particularly delightful because it was soft and warm. While the strawberry shortcake was good, I felt it would have been even better if served warm. Would I visit again? Probably, as I am sure my young daughter will drag me in again. However, I would need to be craving sweets, as I generally prefer cookies with nuts. I'm not sure if Crumbl offers that type of cookie.
