My first time noticing Crumbl and decided to pop in to rate the hype. The look of the shop is more industrial-like; you see staff creating the cookies and other desserts in front of you. There really is no ambiance per se, as the vibe is more order-and-go. Parking is plenty. The gals who were working were super nice and helped me select this jumbo thick chocolate chip cookie! Great service! The cookie was served warm and moist. My first bite in: I wish the cookie had more chocolate chips! Bummer! It had too much dough considering the thickness of the cookie. Overall, for the price of the cookie both monetarily and calorically speaking, I'd rather have more gooey chocolate chips in each bite! Perhaps Crumbl can have an Xtra Chocolate Chip cookie option for those that want extra! Regardless, the cookie was delicious! I ate the entire cookie on my way home, and definitely wished I had a big cup of milk to dip the cookie in! read more

Last week, I posted a frustrated review of the Crumbl West Hills location, after having gone several times and was always disappointed. This week I drove twice as far to get my desserts from the Calabasas location. 1. Every single offered dessert was available 2. The store was spotless. 3. My cookies were ready to go when I walked in. 4. Both cookies were completely covered with their designated toppings. Not a microscopic dollop like West Hills. 6. All while only one person staffed the store while having a friendly attitude. If they keep this up I will gladly drive straight past the West Hills location to the Calabasas. read more

Stopped by on 01/15/24 for the first time. Got 2 boxes of the 6-pack cookies ($25 each). The overall cookie concept here is very cool. The cookies are definitely on the sweeter side, but it's all about eating small portions per day. We waited for a while for our cookies as there were a bunch of other customers ordering and waiting in line. Tasty cookies but there are other affordable cookies out there. I never had been here until the other week, which is sort of like when a parent doesn't have a Gmail but is totally fine with their old AOL email. It just screams I like not better things and will shun them despite how popular I realize they are! Because I am the DESSERT girl! I don't get a meal from McDonald's (guilty as charged) without a hot fudge, extra fudge at certain locations, sundae after those salty fries. That's just not acceptable in my life! I love making desserts as well, plus I am not particularly into chocolate which shocks most but chocolate nowadays is garbage. We are suffering from a lack of real desserts in this country and being forced to eat things Frozen Dairy Dessert because it doesn't have the right amount of fat to be called ICE CREAM cause the name in this case really does imply what it is! So last week at 2 am just like most normal people I imagine, I was wishing I had something sweet to snack on and I was also looking at the Google Play Store wondering how many years until it only has submissive girlfriend who isn't real apps or girls you have to pay to talk to apps and Tick Tock in regular, AI girl, and real girl apps ONLY (my bet is 2 years btw) and I saw the app and I was like WTF why haven't you tried those cookies since I thought it was just cookies, so I downloaded it and I mean I believe their is something similar to being turned on except when it's food and I spent time practicing my order since it was 3 am. When I finally did order though the next day I got 6 big desserts cause I had to make up for time lost. Of course not every flavor is a winner but I was more surprised by what was good than what wasn't! The frosting is hands down amazing because it isn't super sweet. Most of the time people seem to think this is an already sweet item so the best idea is to put even more sweet on it! No, no it's not it's gross. This was buttercream frosting which should be voted as the one true frosting and yes I will be unabashedly frosting prejudiced. My favorite thing was the one thing I didn't really think so much about, it was shortcake with triple berry topping and again this beautiful fluffy white frosting. Moist, delicious, and for the price I felt these desserts were very much worth the price and I don't feel like that almost ever anymore. I also thought the store was clean, it was actually so cool I walked in and there are these huge dough stand mixers. I'm sure any of you into baking will understand how much a giant dough mixer will capture your heart. I spoke to the very sweet worker and she said yes it's all made in house! I was and still am impressed by that! True I guess McDonald's might claim the same thing but no, they are start to finish measuring ingredients, mixing, baking, AND decorating! Decorating isn't easy fyi and I know cause I'm thinking about how many people I know who actually decorate their baked goods, like ones I know personally. So give those guys a tip please, it's not putting things in a box it's making everything that is in the box. I wish I had tried this sooner because I can see how over time it gets better but probably the first couple years had some amazing flavors but I got into it just in time. Every store has unique flavors, one or two, I love the app it's one of the better ordering apps, it's priced fairly, it's made in house, so what are you bringing to the next office party??? Just saying it won't hurt you one bit lol! I am ordering tomorrow for my bday so I'm excited but I'm gonna keep it to 2 or 4 we will see! read more

If you like huge, sugary, buttery cookies like I do, then you must try this place. They have a couple staples from what I gathered and then make special limited addition flavors. I tried the vanilla cupcake and it was so delicious. They are so decadent, I will have to restrict myself to coming to this place once or twice a year, but if someone brings them to me more often then I won't refuse. read more

After eating at King's Fish House I had a sweet tooth and wanted to try out this weeks flavor! So i went in and as you see.. it wasn't packed. They only had one worker from what I saw. There was another lady in front of me but the worker moved fairly quick! She was very pleasant. The place was nice and clean and smelled of fresh cookies! I decided on the Vanilla Sugar & The Wedding Cake. I really wish i would have just gotten the Kentucky Buttercake. The wedding Cake wasn't bad just not a fan of the icing! Other than that! I'll be back next week to try another flavor! You all get 4 stars because the Wedding Cake was just ok to me! read more

Just went to order six cookies for a Friend's birthday. I'm not sure why I should tip in advance. The box was dented and worn out looking. The frosting was very sloppy and messy looking. Obviously the person working there didn't give a hoot about making it clean and presentable. They are only cookies. How can you possibly mess up the decor? They obviously don't train the employees on cleanliness. I should've opened it right in the store. This tipping policy is nonsense when done in advance. After I got home, I had to use a napkin and a knife to clean up the cookies and the box because there was a mess of frosting all mixed up. read more

Just picked up cookies from this location to surprise my staff. All they talk about is Crumbl Cookies so I thought I'd give them a nice treat for being so awesome. I've never been to any of these locations because they don't offer vegan options. That's my one complaint! Do better on that please!!! Anyway, Hailey (sorry if misspelled) was so kind and patient. She explained everything while being quick at the same time. Good customer service for sure! The decor was cute as well. They have regular options listed on the electronic menu and their weekly options are displayed near the register. They're available until they run out. There is one dedicated parking spot for those who are there for curbside pickup. It's located within a shopping center so lots of parking. read more
